We agreed with this office (whoever answered the phone) that we would stop by this past Saturday afternoon to come up and check out an RV as we are planning for a trip for next summer. They said that they would be there and we could check out the RV. We drove 75 minutes, only to find that no one was there. We called the Cruise America call center they said that this location is actually closed on Saturday, and they have no idea why they (at this office) told us that they would be there. Also, this is not a cruise America Center. It is a low rent, smalltime car dealer with a few Cruise America RV's on the lot. We are taking our business elsewhere.
