Don't exchange currency here. They claim that they offer competitive rate. However, their rate is even much worse than airport's.

I think I would have got a better deal at Wells Fargo. Was told over phone exchange rate for US Dollar to Euro was spot/wholesale rate you find on the Internet (at least that's what they called it) plus 1% plus a 1% fee for amounts over $600. Actual charge was 10% over spot/wholsale rate. They advertise heavily on the AMEX name but on the receipt it is Samso's Express Money Transfer, Inc. For a $1,000 I received 700 Euro. If at the actual rate on the Internet I would have received 769 Euro. Personally, I feel like I was ripped off.

I go here frequently to exchange currency. There are the usual fees you'd get anywhere in this country, but the location is convenient and the staff is efficient. Keep in mind they don't exchange coins.

I should've done my research. This place ripped me off. I exchanged 700 USD to 75,000 Icelandic Krona when that can actually get me 87,983 Krona. That's a $100 dollar loss! I was better off withdrawing cash and exchanging it in Iceland!

Kathy Brent is AMAZING! She made everything- ALL the logistics so simple for me and my sister! We are traveling to Mexico for my birthday present and we have to coordinate flights from Atlanta through Dallas (to pick up my sister) and make sure we get our airline seats TOGETHER. All to land before the last ferry takes off to the island where we have to ride mules up to a boutique exclusive hotel and she handled it all like a PRO. I am a long time AmEx Platinum card memeber and can’t believe I’ve never used this service before- so I’m estatic and will be working with her in the future over and over again.

This place has wonderful employees .. but 6$ transaction fee PER CURRENCY!? that is straight up theft! While CIX at Copley may have similar (slightly higher exchange rates) you still save loads of money. They have a one time full transaction fee (regardless of how many types of currency). They charged me 4$ one time fee for the 450$ I exchanged. this place is nice but they also require you come in to order and pay half upfront where CIX allows you to order with nothing down over the phone or online and go in the next day to get it.
