From the moment we came on board Where's Waldo, we were treated to exceptional service with the MOST friendly crew, who consistently made it clear that our family's experience during this yachting vacation was their focus. The yacht itself was family friendly, immaculate, and laden with the most gorgeous fresh orchid arrangements throughout. We were treated to incredible meals, despite having a few family members with restrictive diets. We celebrated a birthday on board, and the staff could not have been more cooperative in that endeavor. Every member in our family agreed that this was the BEST family vacation we have ever experienced!

Just returned from our second trip to the BVI. First time at the Bitter-end resort and this time on a private crewed yacht, booked through Ed Hamilton and company. My wife was a little nervous of spending a whole week on boat, but it was the most amazing experience for the whole family. We booked our original charter in early August 2017. Steve McCrea provided great advise and suggestions when choosing our boat. After the hurricanes tore through USVI, BVI and Puerto Rico, our original charter was canceled due to damage to the boat. Steve got ahead of the problem and found several other charter options, all of which were bigger boats than we originally chartered and paid for. Based on his suggestions and knowledge of the other boats (he knew the crew personally), we chose Twilight Rodeo. The crew, Jody and Paul, were awesome, and now good friends of ours. They too, spoke highly of the Ed Hamilton folks, and Steve in particular. The trip exceeded our expectations based on the service provided by all parties and we fully intend on returning next year. I've chartered through Ed Hamilton & Company eight times, and have been very pleased with their service. I am leaving on my 61st bareboat charter in a couple of weeks, and probably 30 plus of these have been through Steve McCrea while at Ed Hamilton or in his previous positions. He has always been very helpful, from idea stage through exploring boat options, booking, and occasionally needing to re-book because of crew changes, etc. He has also been great with local knowledge (provisioning, ground transport, anchorages, restaurants). I used to do things by myself without a broiker, but Ed Hamilton is basically a free resource to me (they get their cut from the charter company), and an invaluable one. Dealt with Steve McCrea at Ed Hamilton for a crewed catamaran charter out of Split, Croatia in Sept. 2019. Steve was great to work with and was very patient and knowledgeable regarding Adriatic charters which seem to be a little more complicated to arrange than those in the Caribbean. He got us a really good late season deal on a 56' Lagoon Cat called Pure Vida which had a dedicated captain and hostess. The Ed Hamilton staff were excellent to work with from the time of our inquiry and booking through our provisioning process and arrival in Croatia. Everything turned out fantastic! The boat was immaculate and stocked with all we had asked for and more. Our captain, Ratko and hostess, Nikolina were an excellent team and the 6 of us (3 adult couples) had the time of our lives! The meals were all excellent and were fresh and had great variety. We all felt that Steve had steered us in the right direction and everyone in the office was proficient and very pleasant. I have no reservations in recommending Ed Hamilton and Co. and can't wait to work with them again for our next charter.

From the initial inquiry online to stepping on board our first bareboat yacht charter in the British Virgin Islands, everyone at Ed Hamilton & Co were professional and extremely helpful. They really know all the different Charter Companies and helped us navigate through them to find the right company and boat for our vacation, which was AWESOME. I want to thank Steve McCrea and all the folks at Ed Hamilton for organizing my last minute charter on the yacht Fore Aces. The yacht was everything and more than they humbly described. The crew far exceeded expectations. The cruise on Fore Aces from Newport to Martha’s Vineyard and onto Nantucket was second to none. The food was incredible, the libations were incredible, the accommodations were incredible and the long weekend was one our family will cherish for a long time. My wife and I along with our best friends celebrated our 30th anniversary with our children. Our entourage totaled 12 guests on board the boat. It was very spacious and open. I almost felt bad I didn’t bring my mother-in-law :) Hats off to Ed Hamilton and the crew of Fore Aces.
