They did all the planning, and answered all of my questions, and were able to work with our budget. We've had 3 major vacations, including our honeymoon and 5th wedding anniversary in the Riviera Maya, Mexico and a trip to Hawaii. Denise and the Travel Concepts Team make traveling stress free and I highly recommend them to all my family/friends! Denise is there to help even with any issues during or after your trip. On our honeymoon, we had an excursion on our last day that was cancelled. Yet we were never notified by the excursion company. When we returned from our trip and notified Denise of our frustrations with this, she immediately contacted the excursion company and rectified the issue with a complimentary excursion and transfer on our next trip. Fast forward 5 years and we were STILL able to use that complimentary service. While this was something outside of Denise's control, she worked diligently to ensure the issue was resolved and we had an excellent experience on our next visit. Denise's level of expertise, her professionalism, how she goes above and beyond plus her kindness are far superior to any other travel agency! We used Travel Concepts to book our honeymoon and they were fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable about our Resort, El Dorado Royale Casitas. We knew this is where we wanted to go but wanted to work with someone who was familiar with the resort. Booking through them was less expensive than booking everything on our own and we had the joy of letting them handle everything! 5 days before our honeymoon, we decided to upgrade rooms. Travel Concepts did all the leg work to make that happen. The day before we were to come home, we decided to extend our trip, once again we just contacted them and she made it happen! No stress on our end. If you normally book trips yourself, give them a try. So nice to save money AND let them handle all the paperwork. Will use them again for our next trip!

Travel Concepts helped us schedule a fantastic vacation for 4 to New Zealand and Australia. As someone who travels all over the world on a frequent basis I am used to the challenges of travel. I have to say this was the most flawless trip I have ever taken. My 3 travel companions and myself were thrilled at the sites we saw, quality of accommodations and worry free travel. The documentation was detailed and perfect. We even had concierge at one of the hotels comment on how professional the printed itinerary was. We enjoyed the south Island in New Zealand and then Sydney, Cairns (Great Barrier Reef) and Hamilton Island (Whitsunday Islands). All were fantastic with the scheduled tours, transfers, and hotel accommodations all exceeding expectations. If you want a worry free vacation I would definitely recommend Travel Concepts! They not only plan, but are quick to respond during travel for any needs while abroad! 5-Star rating for sure! Would give more if available :)

Working with Denise was fabulous and we loved the Now Jade Riviera Resort! The trip exceeded far our expectations, simply amazing. Denise demonstrated incredible organization, detail-orientation, great communication, checked in frequently, and handled all the extra details – our suite was absolutely spectacular. It had the best view and had 3 patios! They decorated it for my birthday, had cake, champagne, roses, fruit, chocolates, etc…Talk about making it unforgettable – the private cocktail party was so special too. The service, the food, the sunset, the companionship with friends and family was a night I will remember forever. It was so smooth, getting off the flight, being picked up by Olympus tours – they greeted us with smiles and open arms, had a personalized sign and picture of us. They were so friendly and had cool washcloths for us, wine, chocolate, etc..on the ride there. Talk about the royal treatment, we had it! The gourmet restaurants were fabulous – delicious food and fantastic service. Went to all of them and loved every one!! I feel like we did so much. The spa service was heaven, we had massages on the beach, played volleyball on the beach and in the pool, sailed the Hobie cat, did kayaking, went of the catamaran and went snorkeling, swam with the dolphins and experienced the dolphin push – all within walking distance. Loved the trip - THANK YOU!!!!
