Chris was AWESOME!!!! I called not knowing what exactly our family wanted to do for the amount of money had. He researched SEVERAL options for us. He put together a vacation with 5 star hotel, 3 days of amusement and water park, and nice rental car that was below our budget. He put a folder together with a book on our destination when we went and paid. He is also putting together tickets for all the "must see and do" attractions. We are so glad we found him. I will NEVER trust anyone else with my families travel plans. He goes above and beyond. What was also wonderful is he has traveled so knows first hand what's great!! So glad we had Chris plan our anniversary trip. Our week in Newport, RI was wonderful, but the day we were leaving it started raining. When our flight in Providence was delayed and we were going to miss our connection in Charlotte, I called Chris and he found us a room in Charlotte, so we could be rested for our mid-morning flight home. Two hours later our delayed flight was actually cancelled. I called Chris back to ask him to cancel the room in Charlotte and find us a room in Providence which he did immediately, all on a Saturday night. We were tired and rushed off to the hotel shuttle Chris had sent to the airport, and we left without the one bag we had checked. I called Chris and he found the bag and had the airline hold it for us. We were busy calling our family and drug stores for additional meds, so it was wonderful to have Chris take care of rescheduled flights, hotels, luggage, and shuttles. He was calm and helpful through it all.
