I called Joe after trying to research an all inclusive vacation myself for my wife's 40th birthday and getting overwhelmed with the number of choices and scenarios needed from finding the right location, booking the right room to booking the airfare as well. Joe was able to research many different choices that met our specifications in order to find the perfect spot we were looking for. Once we had picked the destination he booked everything for us and also booked five other couples as well. Room, airfare, transportation to hotel were all taken care of as well as some extra amenities when we arrive. Joe made an overwhelming situation easy and provided terrific customer service in the process. The other couples that booked with us all said the same thing. I will say that moving forward I will always look to work with Joe at Plaza Vacations for my travel needs.

I didn't feel comfortable booking an on-line international trip, so I researched local travel agents instead. Joe at Plaza Vacations had great reviews, so I gave him a call. Within 12 hours Joe had us booked for a trip leaving in four days. The trip was excellent! Direct flights, beautiful room and view, amazing food and drinks, great service, ALL-INCLUSIVE! If I could give 10 stars I defiantly would. Joe and Fun jet Vacations was tremendously awesome during our vacation that was ended due to Hurricane IRMA . Me and my husband went to the Virgin Islands in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary which ended terribly. We felt as if Joe was one our family members that was also trying to get us home, after the power came back on at the resort I called Joe to tell him what had happened and that we were safe, the first thing he said was I tried calling the resort phone to check on you guys that right there made us feel so thankful to have someone that cared. From booking to the end Joe was wonderful he worked very hard to accommodate us in every way he could. Joe placed me and my husbands name on FEMA's rescue list before we were even told about it he also rescheduled our flights home as well as FIRST CLASS. He worked non stop until we arrived back in the states once we arrived to the rescue boat Joe had already taken care of everything needed upon arriving home. Joe and Fun Jet had a luxury transport driver waiting for us to take us to the airport. He even offered to call our jobs and family to inform them of what was going on. He even went as far as typing a letter up for us to have for our jobs school etc. Joe holds a special place in our hearts he really treated us extremely well. When I say he's the best he's beyond no matter what time we text or called Joe was always there and 2 steps ahead of us we are so thankful for him, Every last one of our friends said that just from our experience and our bragging that JOE is the way to go and future vacations they will use Joe. We will never anywhere without JOE and Fun Jet as our Travel Agent. Don't go without booking Joe!!!!!!!

I got the opportunity to work with Joe at Plaza Vacations who made my dream vacation a reality. I went to the UK and traveled with a tour company called Globus. Joe made all my requests a reality. The entire trip was amazing! The tour guides and stops made with Globus were flawless. All in All I highly recommend booking through Plaza Vacations.

We turned to Joe and Plaza Vacations because we knew he would offer high-touch, concierge-level support for planning a first trip to Cuba and with my mom along, who had special needs for assistance on the cruise and for our excursions. Booking in the Spring, the ensuing months offered hurricanes, an incident in the American Embassy, and tightening of travel regulations for Americans visiting Cuba. Joe kept us informed with updates, status on our trip insurance and helped communicate with the cruise line on needs for my mom. He researched tips for purchases in Havana, currency, and his providers excursions were AMAZING! According to our fellow passengers, our experience was much better than the excursion options they had thru Royal Caribbean. We were greeted onboard with special thank you deliveries from Plaza Vacations and post-cruise, and Joe followed up on our trip to learn what we liked/didn't and what he could recommend to future travelers. If Havana is on your wish list, 2 days is plenty to sightsee and shop; the Tropicana is a MUST for an unbelievable Dinner Show experience; and know that it's easy to hire a classic car taxi to take you around, or just about anywhere you wish to go.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Please save yourself the hassle of booking with this agent. Joe is nice, but very scatter brain and inefficient. I booked our vacation with Joe the owner and purchased the travel insurance. I was able to find my same vacation at a significantly lower amount and was told I would need to use my travel insurance to cancel and re-book to take advantage of the lower price. I went ahead and had Joe cancel the reservation and he told me that it would be up to two weeks before my refund would be deposited back to the card that I originally paid with. I waited until after the two weeks and still did not see a refund. I called funjet (the host who he booked our vacation with) to have them check on the status and was told that Joe did not fill out a refund request form and that my refund was never processed. They said that the refunds are not automatic and he should know the process and would have had to submit a refund request for me. I now have to wait another two weeks before I will get my money back. I also was informed that I did not need to cancel and could have just received the low price guarantee due to having travel insurance. I feel completely taken advantage of, lied to and am appalled by the hassle that I have been through during the holiday season that could have been avoided. I was happier with my original flights and would have been fine with just having my price adjusted to the lower price instead of having to cancel the original booking, change my flights, forfeit $259.98 travel insurance cost, wait a month to get my deposit amount back, plus pay a new deposit and pay for travel insurance on the new booking. This has caused me stress, costed me many hours of time and hundreds of dollars. I normally do not write bad reviews, but I am hoping to save someone else the hassle that we went through.

My husband and I had a great experience with Joe at Plaza Vacations! We had our dream honey moon planned for the Caribbean and Hurricane Mathew had a different idea. Our resort was closed. The day after our wedding Joe came through planning a entire new trip. Will and I had a fabulous honeymoon in Maui. Joe worked hard to get it arranged. We loved our club level upgrade, free breakfasts, and our room with a view of the island and the beach. The sunset helicopter ride was awesome, and we enjoyed the luau too. The tour guide app Joe recommended was so informative and helpful on The Road to Hana and elsewhere. We highly recommend Plaza Vacations and Joe Siragusa for your next trip.

My wife and I just returned from an eleven day tour of Italy's Umbria and Tuscany regions. It was amazing! The countryside, cities, medieval ruins, food...yeah, it was amazing! We have to give a huge shoutout of thanks to Joe at Plaza Vacations Cruise & Travel Agency for helping us make this such a great trip. Originally we had a disastrous experience with another travel agency here in town and were at our wits' end trying to just develop a travel plan when my wife decided to Google other travel agencies. Joe at Plaza Vacations was at the top of the list so she called and within an hour or so, we were booked for the trip we wanted. Joe discussed with us what we wanted to visit, booked it while we were on the phone and a week later we met with him to provide our trip deposit. He didn't just "go ghost" either; nope, when our trip was just days away, he was available to make sure he could answer any outstanding questions we might have had. We really cannot say enough great things about working with Joe and we look forward to planning our next trip through Plaza Vacations.

I started planning a surprise 60th Birthday trip for my husband, but was getting confused with destinations, costs and ideas. Talked with Joe, Pauline and Felicia at Plaza Vacations. They helped me figure out the cost differences amongst different destinations and areas more suited to our tastes. Joe helped plan a trip to an all-inclusive, adults only resort to Cancun and it wasn't easy because I had to change the dates a couple of times and watch my budget - Joe was VERY patient and accommodating to my apprehensions and requests. Once booked, Joe helped with setting up the excursion. Worst part is that due to some unexpected health issues, we have had to cancel three days before the trip. However, due to Joe's earlier suggestions and smart reasoning, I had approved getting traveler's insurance. It saved our finances for a trip after all the health issues are resolved.
