Haley at Destinations HD is amazing to work with! My husband and I worked with Haley to plan to most amazing honeymoon. We didn't know where we wanted to go but we did know somewhere romantic that had a beach. Haley talked us through all options, what type of activities and feel we were looking for. She has been to a lot of places so was able to show us pictures and explain what type of destination/resort was like. We ended up going to St. Lucia and it was the best honeymoon. Haley also sent us documentation before the trip of travel info such as flights, transportation, things to do, places to eat, etc. She works really hard at making sure the trip is exactly what you are wanting but even better. I would highly recommend using Destinations HD for planning any trip!!

We had the pleasure of working with Haley as both a guest of a destination wedding and then to plan our own destination wedding! Haley is incredibly friendly and so easy to work with. We shared our must haves in a resort and Haley provided options that would fit our wish list. She worked directly with the resort (Mexico) and the language barriers. She made it so easy for our guests too with a personalized website for our wedding and bookings. Destinations HD was recommended to us when we began planning our destination wedding. This was the best decision we made! Haley asked what we envisioned for our wedding and honeymoon and provided us options on resorts based on what we discussed. Haley was proactive in her communication and always made sure planning was going smoothly. She made sure our seasoned guests and first time international flyers were prepared to travel for the wedding. She also provided our guests with helpful tips in regards to all aspects of the trip. It was wonderful having Haley as a resource. This kept us from being overwhelmed with questions from our guests. We plan to utilize Destinations HD services when planning our first year anniversary!

A friend referred me to Haley and I’m so thankful I had the pleasure to work with her to plan a two-week trip to Europe (France, Spain and Italy) for my 40th birthday this past May. Our group included my husband; our three kids ages 8, 6 and 2, and two friends. Our trip consisted of multiple city destinations and transportation methods. Because of Haley’s professionalism, strong organizational skills and travel knowledge we had the most amazing trip. Haley worked out every detail from flights, transfers, accommodations, to recommendations on sites to visit, and places to dine and provided us with helpful information on local cultures and things to be watchful of. The phone app and travel packet she provided us with were incredibly useful in keeping us on track with our itinerary, and answering many of our travel questions. All locations we lodged at were perfect as they felt safe and were central to all of our sightseeing spots. The transportation arrangements that Haley set up for us were all very professional and on time. The sites we visited, the culinary delights we experienced and the people we came in contact with left us with a desire to return. We think about our wonderful experience every day and will definitely contact Haley once again for our next travel adventure.

Bucket list trip - cruise to Alaska. Had no idea how to plan - consulted Haley and she planned our trip from beginning to end. Which cruise line, best room/meal, how to book excursions, airfare - where to stay before the trip, how to get our luggage to the airport and much more. Every single suggestion was on-point and we had an amazing trip! She set us up with several suggestions that many of our fellow travelers were unfamiliar with and those suggestions made our trip! Will definitely use HD Destinations again!

We were referred to Haley from a friend that had also used her services for booking a honeymoon. She listened to what we envisioned for our honeymoon and gave us multiple locations and areas to stay within those locations. Once we decided on a location she let us set up a payment plan and would send tips and tricks for packing, activities in the area, how international flying works (I had never flown international before) and even sent us off with a little goodie bag! Everything was going smoothly until 12 hours before our trip began, our flight was canceled! (due to all the hurricanes) Thankfully we had enlisted Destination HD to help us out! Haley was out of the office, but her assistant Dea completely re-booked our trip to a new location and resort! We ended up leaving a few days later, but we were still able to relax and enjoy our Honeymoon. I don't know what we would have done without them! Once we get around to booking a trip for our original honeymoon destination, I know we'll be using Destination HD again.

Haley did an excellent job planning our cruise vacation to Norway. After meeting with her, she gave us several options to choose from and got us some great deals on the cruise ship. Then she planned every detail for us from flights and transportation from the airport in London, to hotels, to excursions before and after the cruise, insurance, and things we never thought about. She kept us updated as the vacation came closer and printed out our boarding passes for the cruise ship and itinerary for the trip. She even used an app that our itinerary was on our phone and we could contact her if needed! We couldn't have had asked for anything better. We would highly recommend Destinations HD !

I stumbled across Haley and Destinations HD via posts on multiple wedding boards. When I started looking into her more, I found so many amazing reviews. Now I get to be one of those amazing reviews!! This was the first time I have ever used a travel agent. I am generally the “do it yourself”, “find the cheapest way” type of person, so I was really stepping out of my comfort zone. I was immediately put to ease the very first time I talked with her! Haley is so sweet, and you can tell that she loves what she does! She is a people pleaser in every sense of the word! She took care of every little detail of our trip! There were many times I would think of a question, shoot her an email in the evening, and 9 times out of 10, I had an answer or response that night! She gave our honeymoon so much attention, all we had to do was show up! I can’t say enough great things about Haley and Destinations HD! I feel like this review is exclamation point overload, but that just goes to show how happy we’ve been with her services! Haley is simply amazing! Thank you for making our honeymoon so easy, and absolutely unforgettable!

We had a wonderful experience working with Haley! We were going on vacation for a wedding in Mexico! The bride set everything up with Haley. Haley would always send us important information we needed to know! As we got closer we would get weekly emails about everything! She set up all the transportation to and from the hotel. We got in the mail all our travel doucoments we needed and a little black pouch to keep it all in!! The resort we stayed at now Sapphire was absolutely breath taking and we can't wait to go back! We will def. be using Haley in the future for all our travel needs!

Our destination wedding included planning for us, our photographers whose trip we were paying for and scheduling, and 75 guests. Haley made everything so simple! Not a single guest came to me with booking or travel questions, Haley handled it all! Having that stress off my plate was amazing. I also heard nothing but wonderful reviews from all my guests about Haley and all that she did for them. It also is not an issue to not be in the same area as Haley, while she works out of Kansas City, it was no issue with us living in Chicago and our guests planning from all over! We will most definitely continue using Haley for all our travel needs.

Haley was fantastic to work with, could not rate her high enough! She helped us plan the perfect Jamaica vacation, and our experience was great. We told her the general area we'd like to visit and she sent us 4 different options, listed pros/cons of each place, and recommended additional amenities (i.e. Club Mobay, "preferred club"). Our weekly emails from her were a sweet reminder of our upcoming vacation, and helped us prepare for the travels. The itinerary was thorough and detail oriented (which we loved!), and was useful throughout our stay. Haley made it where all phases of the trip were taken care of, so all we had to do was focus on enjoying our 25th Anniversary. She initially took the time to get to know us, so she could provide us with many great options for our special occasion. After our destination selection she was very thorough on organizing all our needed information for the trip which she provided in person a month before we left. She also provided pertinent vacation/travel tips and insightful facts and figures relative to our destination on a weekly basis via e-mail. if any questions arose leading up to the vacation Haley or her assistant Deahne were very punctual in there response time. It was also good to know they were available if they were needed for any reason during the actual vacation, but everything was planned so well that was a moot point. On the Saturday evening of our return , the initial flight leg was running behind and we were anticipating missing our connection back to KC, so I contacted Haley and she pulled together all the information on backup flights and hotels in Charlotte if needed. In recap we would recommend Destinations HD because they are personable, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing their customers with a fantastic experience!
