At first we were having a tough time deciding which Sandals resort to stay at for our honeymoon. Kim had so much patience and put a ton of time into educating us on each different location which then made it that much easier for us to decide. We wound up choosing Sandals Emerald Bay (Exuma) and boy we were blown away!!!! We cannot thank Kim enough for everything she planned out for us. She made the whole process very simple and always made sure if something changed or needed review, it was done as quick and efficient as possible. Niki and her team are top notch. I can't say enough about this company. Niki chose to send my Husband and I on a dream honeymoon that we otherwise would have never been able to afford as young newlyweds. She met with me while my husband was still deployed and gave me options of where we'd like to go, giving thoughtful detail to each location based on what kind of trip we wanted to have. Days before our Honeymoon, a hurricane struck and derailed our trip to the Bahamas. I still remember the phone call as her #1 priority was our SAFETY and she calmly told me the trip to the Bahamas was no longer a good option but that we *still* had options. She took the time to protect us and keep us from going on a trip that would have put us in harms way and would not have been the pristine Bahamas we were hoping for. She and her team worked around the clock to help us choose a new location, assist my husband in re-booking flights, and guided us with useful information for our arrival. When we were having a hard time with the days all matching up between flights and military schedule, Niki personally donated the extra nights for us to have a long honeymoon. Who does that for total strangers?! She even checked in on us when we arrived. I'm sure she was behind our chilled champagne, flower petals, and room welcoming ambiance as well. Niki is selfless, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and truly has her client's best interest at heart. When my husband gets his next reprieve, we look forward to planning another trip with Care Travel- knowing that Niki's watchful eye will be overseeing the planning and that we will be safe, well cared for, and pampered in every way possible.

I have used Care Travel for both my honeymoon and my 1st wedding anniversary vacations. All I can say is they are completely amazing. They work with you so well and make you feel so well taken care of. Our honeymoon was almost cancelled due to resort renovation closings. Nikki worked her magic and not only saved our honeymoon but made it even more amazing! They take such good care of you even while on your trip as well. Our flights home from our anniversary trip weren't coming up correctly for us and one message to our agent Rebecca and she fixed it all for us leaving us to be completely carefree which is amazing because I am a worrier! I will always use Care Travel for all my trips and recommend everyone does the same! You won't be disappointed!

I have never used a travel agent before - Morgan was AWESOME!!! A friend of mine suggested contacting Morgan as I was having a little trouble finding the resort I wanted in Mexico. WoW!! All I can say is I'm SOOOOO glad I did! Morgan was so helpful, she found the ideal resort, exactly what I wanted (all inclusive, all adult, nice beach to walk on and reasonably priced). Morgan helped me download some apps on my phone that helped with travel (mobile passport, United, etc) and was sooo helpful with every little detail - including excursions. She even followed up and I know she was there for me should I have any questions or issues. Morgan is the BEST!! Thank you Morgan!

I have been going on the Care Travel Girls Getaway Trips for 4 years now. The Care Travel team tops themselves every year! Always seeing new sites and so many choices for activities. I couldn't even begin to think of all the luxury and relaxing they provide and pamper us with. This years trip to the El Dorado Royale Spa Resort in Cancun was phenomenal! Great resort great package of activities. If you want a great time and no hassles no worries, then let the Care Travel Team do it all for you! From the "CARE" package to start your trip, the luxury of the resorts they choose, the wine and dinner packages and massages, to the Welcome Home card after the trip it was AMAZING! Working with Morgan was fantastic! She recommended what type of resort would work best for us, the location, and picked out room options to give us a variety of choices. Planning a wedding consumes a lot of time and being able to have Morgan plan everything for the honeymoon was awesome. It was a breeze and helped make the honeymoon fun and relaxing. We chose Sandals in St. Lucia from her firsthand recommendation on how amazing it was and it completely lived up to the expectation. Also, the beachside candlelit dinner that CARE Travel booked complimentary for us was our favorite meal of the whole trip. CARE Travel was awesome and I would definitely recommend them for honeymoons along with other big vacations!

My wife and I have traveled to Europe and other places in the past without a travel agent, and decided to reach out to CARE Travel to see how they could assist us through the destination wedding process. Niki had an initial consultation with us, asked us what we were looking for in a resort for our wedding, honeymoon, experiences for our guests, etc. and came back promptly with a few recommendations for us to look over. Although we used Google a few times prior to get a feel for what resorts were out there, we absolutely could not have planned our wedding or honeymoon without their help!
