Apparently, I am not on record of being a client and my review is for possibly for the wrong business?!?!. Insulting.. I'm very well aware where our trip was booked at! I, along with my family, was in the office several times discussing our trip and made a couple substantial payments towards our family trip. We went Florida a year and a half ago. I did do business with your establishment. Saying there's no record of me is very odd to say the least. Beth Roth should of made us aware of a vital part of Disney's help for disabled people. You ordered a scooter bug for me, so that is an indicator I have health issues.

My husband and I had never been able to travel prior to our fifties so when we decided to take our 1st trip - we called Connie at the Travel Business because of a recommendation from a friend. From there Connie hooked us up with Lori and 6 years and 6 trips later I can give the ! Travel Business 5 stars. We have traveled to beautiful destinations and never had a complication and our accommodationswere always more than we expected and stress free! Lori took care of all the little details and specifics- making sure our trip would be one that we would never forget! Mission accomplished!!!
