If I could give a zero star review I would. We booked our bus a few weeks in advance and put down a deposit. We called 2 days before our bus to verify pick up location, everything was great! Night of the party our it was another story. The bus was supposed to arrive at 930, and at 940 we called to see what the hold up was because the bus still wasn't there... the guy said he had none of our info... well we screenshot our confirmation and sent him that. He still had nothing to say. He told us we would have a bus by 11... still no bus showed up. Irritated now we called again, which lead to him threatening us and "wanting to meet up". What kind of business person runs their business like this? No customer service, no apologies. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. It's really not worth it.

Most awful business and owner I have ever encountered! Double booked their buses. Left people stranded in multiple locations, including a gas station, for more than 2 hours. Owner cursed and threatened us and was sending vulgar and harassing text messages. Absolute worst experience ever!

Bus rental on Sat 9/17. These guys are a FN joke, stay away. The driver tried to hold people on the bus for his tip - he actually stated "no one can get off the bus until I get my tip". Equipment (bus) was sub par POS. They were 30 minutes late, and were rude on top of it. There are better services out there - we will not use them again and will pass the word on how crappy they are.

I was very pleased with the service I received! The bus was on time, clean and took us every where we wanted to go. The driver was very pleasant and was very helpful on places to go around the quad cities! I will definitely rent another bus from this company :)

I booked a bus for a Bachelorette/Bachelor party 3-4 months in advance, I had to keep calling to make sure my bus was still reserved and available. The week of they never called or text, I called the day before and they reassured me I'll have a bus, the NIGHT OF the party at 630 still haven't heard from the driver to say he was on his way and then when I call they magically don't have my paperwork and have buses sitting but no drivers...they DID NOT show up, call or text me back the multiple times I called they didn't answer anymore...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion and will NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER!!!!! The party was 8/20/16 and when I called other party bus businesses they told me QC party buses had lost their insurance so maybe that's why they wanted to jack me around and not show up!!
