Jordan Creek Mall really does standout above the rest in the Des Moines Metro area. They have a much better variety of shops, plenty of food and beverage, and even their information desk is better than the other malls. The people who work the information desk are always helpful and friendly. The person working the desk on our last visit even knew which stores we're running sales. Keep up the good work.

It is so nice to see the information desk always staffed. So many places have information desks that never have staff in it. Jordan Creek mall is a great place to shop. I highly recommend going there, even though it is way out west and a long drive it is worth it.

It may be posted inside a terrifying death maze, but the desk itself is well-kept. Its surface is rarely unclean, and you can even catch a glimpse of your own hideous face in the polished surface. If it's info you want, you'll surely find it here. Just ask the helpful staffer for a tasty bit of gossip, and you're sure to receive it with a whisper, a wink, and a sly smile.
