I was faced with planning multiple trips during a very busy time at work. My friend recommended Dianna because of her past experience using Dianna. So, I called. She took all my details and travel preferences in one conversation and she emailed me her best flights for each trip. What normally would take me hours online, was effortlessly planned in such a short time. Worth every penny.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I walked in to plan for our ten year anniversary. We were thinking cruise or a resort. We didn't hear anything back within the first week so my wife called to see if they had forgotten about us. They assured her that they would be in contact soon. Needless to say that their soon was never! We since then we went to Gullivers Travel and booked a beautiful 1 week stay in Hawaii! Not sure why we were rejected but I will never recommend this place to anyone! I would even give this one star but I had to to leave a comment. We have saved for this trip for a while now and I felt like our money wasn't good enough. I just called in to Humble to let them no how I felt and feel like others should know as well.
