Agnes helped us organize and plan a big family trip, which included kids of various ages, and she recommended an amazing location that met all of our needs. She considered everything that was important to us when traveling, and she couldn’t have chosen a better all-inclusive hotel for us in Cancun! Her knowledge, experience, and knowing she is an avid traveler herself, made me feel very confident! Agnes is very involved from start to finish. She was very communicative right before the trip, and always made sure we had every question answered. For me, it’s all about the special touches too. She had some nice little parting gifts for us before we left, and she also called the hotel and had them surprise us with champagne and chocolates for our anniversary! Not only is Agnes’ attention to detail spot on, but her new location in Pella is beautiful. Once you step foot in her office, you won’t leave without wanting to book your next trip! Agnes helped melt all my worries away, and I look forward to having her help us with my daughter’s graduation trip for 2021!

She wakes up at the early hours of the morning to check on the status of our flights and text us throughout the day to make sure we weren’t experiencing any travel issues. From start to finish, this was the easiest travel experience I have ever had. A-Team Travel went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had an amazing honeymoon in Bali. When we thought we might miss a connection due to a delayed flight, Agnes was one step ahead, looking at the next connecting flights, overnight hotels, and everything else that makes traveling a headache.
