My husband reserved a limo for my 40th birthday as a surprise for my friends and I to go to Indianapolis for the day. We had planned on 2 to 3 stops. The limo driver hadn’t driven a limo for several years so wasn’t familiar with how to get the radio to work or how to get the speakers to work with the aux cord. After half hour, we finally were able to listen to music but one of my friends had to hold the aux cord in to her phone the entire trip down and back or the sound wouldn’t work. We asked the driver if the divider could be put up so as not to disturb her with the music but she told us it didn’t work. When we finally took off for Indy, the driver turned on to the Northbound ramp and we had to yell out that it was the wrong way so then she proceeded to do a U-turn on the on-ramp in a limo!!!! This trip was in January and it was a tad chilly but the heat controls from the back didn’t work. The fan controls worked but it was only blowing out cold air on our feet. We assumed she heard all of us asking if the heat could be turned on but apparently she didn’t. At our last stop, when we returned to the limo, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I called to express our concerns and instead of handling it or offering apologies or a way to make it up to us, I was conferenced together with the actual driver. It was very confrontational and unprofessional and it was my word against hers and she was NOT telling the full truth of each of the problems. I am extremely disappointed with the entire situation. My husband spent plenty of money to book with them and there wasn’t an offer of resolution at all and the blame was all placed back on us because we didn’t communicate with the driver which is completely false.
