My driver #208 was amazing. Got to me quick, and also helped another lady near my car set up her car jack and fix her tire after asking me if I had time for him to do so. If that isn't going above and beyond I don't know what is. 5/5

We broke down on the side of the road yesterday and called triple AAA for a tow truck. They said it would be about a 2 hour wait which we said was fine. We sat there and waited two hours in what felt like 10 degree weather for a tow truck to never show up! Someone called us and said they would call back with an eta and they never did. We called back three times for them to tell us every time they don't know when the tow truck would be there but that we were in the system for them to come. We waited 7 HOURS FOR A TOW TRUCK THAT NEVER SHOWED UP AND PEOPLE THAT COULD NEVER GIVE US A DIRECT ANSWER TO ANYTHING BUT INSTEAD BEAT AROUND THE BUSH. We finally gave up and was able to get a ride home. But seriously 7 HOURS!!! I'm very glad I did not have my two year old daughter with me. I will never recommend this service to anyone ever and I will never be paying 200 dollars for this service again. I'm very disappointed with how this turned out.

May I say that Brooke Aikman a travel agent who helped out with my Disney trip several times that it was a joy to work with her she is excellent and you should be very happy to have a person as dedicated as her on your team

The 2 ladies in the office were not friendly at all. The one that helped me seemed bothered by having to help me. She was not helpful at all. I won't go back.

Don't expect a call back from them. Over the past 2 or 3 months I've only gotten 2 return calls after about 20 calls. Cindy brand hates her job and has lied to us about lower rates through carnival cruise line. We will never use them again for travel. They really need a 0 star option because they suck.

We have booked three vacations with Nic Wycoff and he has done an outstanding job of assisting us in identifying choices and helping us make the best decisions. On the Alaska Land & Sea we took the longer trip through Dinali at Nic's suggestion and it made all the difference! We see Nic when we are ready to book and it is basically all done in one session. No appointments so you have to wait your turn but it has been worth it!

Called member services to have a car towed from my house to another house, and was told I had no more service calls. Apparently someone decided they would put a service call under my membership number, because my father was out of service calls. I told the rude lady on the phone I didn't place that service call and she said I could make a complaint, well here it is. She said she could send a tow, but I'd have to pay cash. Guess what, no thank you! I will wait a week for my membership to renew and have the car towed then.

One star is too high. I have been on 2 vacations booked through this office and both of them were botched. The first was not a big deal and we made it through, but the second time it was just a miserable experience. We were literally booked on the wrong vacation to a different resort than we were sold on and when I emailed to inform them of the error, our agent Michelle had the audacity to say that's what we requested. My friend and I both had paperwork detailing where we were going and when we were leaving. When we got the final documents, they were different. We questioned it a little at first when our travel dates were off, but it didn't really hit us until we got to our destination and none of the amenities and activities were available that we were expecting. When I got home, I looked up the paperwork that I was given after booking the vacation and sure enough we were booked to the wrong resort. We made the best of it and had a decent time, but when I informed Michelle of the error (not requesting any refund or compensation), she deflected the blame onto us and said that is what we chose. Horrible customer service and incompetence in my opinion.
