I cannot say enough good things about All Travel Guru and Erika Anderson. This is the first time I’ve used a travel agent and I will never book my own vacation travels again. It was the most relaxing vacation for myself and my family that we’ve ever taken, because Erika took care of everything for us. Erika listened to what we were looking for in a vacation. She found the perfect resort - small, so no crowds or lines. She dialogued with the resort concierge ahead of our stay, so we were well taken care of upon our arrival. All transportation to and from the hotel and our excursions were booked for us. We booked 4 excursions ahead of our trip, so there was no time wasted deciding what we were going to do and when, providing stress free adventures. Erika vetted out each excursion and each delivered at or above our expectations. We are already anticipating our next vacation that we will use All Travel Guru and Erika to book for us.

We just completed our second European trip with All Travel Gurus, both of which were organized by Lindsey Prumers. For both trips, we took one of our grandchildren so we had unique needs – we wanted an itinerary that would that would interest a 14-year old as well as accomplish our goal of having an unforgettable and efficient travel experience. Lindsey listened to our needs and offered great suggestions. She was professional and organized and we all had fun on both of our trips! We look forward to our last grandchild trip in 2020 and will definitely be talking to Lindsey again!

We were very pleased with our recent trip to Italy designed with Nancy Hartill and All Travel Guru. Our lodging ranged from 4 star hotels to bed and breakfasts, all well run and well located. The private tours arranged for us were outstanding with knowledgeable and fun guides. Our transfer drivers were always on time and very professional. The packet provided by ATG was well done, included train tix, vouchers, maps and descriptions of sites and locales including contact numbers if needed. It was very well organized, a great 2 weeks in Italy. We will definitely use Nancy and ATG when we go back!

Best Vacation EVER!!!! My wife and I just got back from a vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was the best vacation we have ever had! All Travel Guru made most of the arrangements. I booked some extra days at the Hilton the cruise line had us staying at in Venice but missed that I was short one day, the day we arrived. I did not share my Hilton reservations with them, a mistake I will not repeat. Even so they discovered my mistake on the day we were leaving because they were being very dillegent. We would have arrived with no hotel room to go to which they corrected before we arrived. The cruise line and cabin they arranged could not have been better. Their guide connections in Europe gave us many wonderful tours through out the trip. We have some particular needs, my wife needs a bathtub for health reasons and we keep very different hours so a suite is almost a requirement. These needs were taken care of through out the trip. They made special arrangements for us on our anniversary day, making it very special. We have had several great vacations but none of them were as special as this one. All travel Guru really knocked this one out of the park.

Cindy is always at the top of her game! She is among the best travel agents out there. Cindy and her team not only assist and accommodate all your travel needs but she was able to calm down her client’s mother (me) after a long period during my daughter’s flight to Asia when we believed the plane had turned around but couldn’t be found and the airline representatives I was able to contact, unbelievably, knew nothing and were completely unhelpful. Cindy got the answers. Once everything was resolved Cindy and her team quickly reissued the ticket and my daughter was on her way the next day! Thank you to Cindy Allers and All Travel Guru!

In this day and age where it’s easy enough to arrange travel on the net myself I still prefer to deal with a travel agent if they can offer me expertise because my husband and I have gotten pickier about travel as we’ve grown more experienced. I did my research and talked to several agencies before I made any decisions because we appreciate a luxury experience and one that will take any possible headaches out of traveling. We also want an agent that’s knowledgeable enough to recommend and arrange private tours so I can indulge my love of history and art without having to deal with lines and crowded transportation. We especially want accountability. Should we encounter any problems, I want someone I can call who will take care of it right away. I am thrilled to be able to tell you that Lindsey Prumers and All Travel Guru did not disappoint. She had impressive credentials and a world of experience but it was our first phone conversation that really sold me. She was not only knowledgeable and professional but her perkiness made me instantly aware that this is someone who likes people and who absolutely LOVES her job. Trust me, that’s the person who’s going to plan a great trip for you. It was only the first of many conversations and emails and she was amazingly patient with me all through the entire process. But the "proof is in the pudding" as they say and our trip was just WONDERFUL. It met all our expectations and I came home telling anyone who would listen how happy I am that I chose to go with Lindsey. She went well above and beyond the average travel agent. Lindsey provided us with a LOT of information to help me decide on a hotel and the sights we should see. I was thrilled with the hotel we finally chose and the guides she arranged for us were nothing short of incredible. The hardest thing I had to do was decide what I wanted to see. The entire trip flowed smoothly and we visited sights both inside and outside of London -- St. Paul’s, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Tower of London, Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Bath, Greenwich, Lacock and VIP access to Stonehenge. etc. We rode in comfort and were able to relax and had experienced guides taking us everywhere. Trust me, whatever you want, do not hesitate to go with Lindsey and All Travel Guru as they will tailor the experience for you to meet your needs and desires. I won’t hesitate to use her again and to recommend her. It was a fantastic trip.
