I called and spoke with Mila about what I should do for a week's vacation I had built up for the year. She suggested the World Poker Tour Cruise going to the Caribbean since I really enjoyed playing. I updated my cabin and got something spacious for me and my friend that went with me. She even helped book our flights. I would definitely suggest if your planning a vacation to give them a call. Ask for Mila she's a rockstar!

Howard planned a trip of a lifetime for me, my wife and my in laws. We spent 4 days in Sienna and Rome prior to boarding the Regent Seven Seas cruise ship for an unforgettable Mediterranean cruise. Every detail of the land portion of the trip was handled perfectly including having a driver at our beckoning call, 3 of the best tour guides in Sienna and Rome, and even a meeting with The Pope was scheduled and occurred. The Cruise was amazing and everything that Howard had promised would occur did occur. We could not have been happier with the service we received and will definitely be booking our next cruise through Howard and TCVA,

My Cruise Agent was not very knowledgeable, was unable to give me much information about the difference between the cruise lines. As I was a first time cruiser, I had hope for guidance. I received none. I felt that perhaps the cruise I had chosen might not be a right fit for us. I sent her an e-email to ask if we could explore what options I had 6 months out. She replied all would be fine on the trip I was already booked. She did not ask my concerns, nor to see if this was a something to soothe over. When I returned to explain how much we disliked the ship, its lack of entertainment, shows and sub par service, I was brushed off and told she had been in the industry for decades and NEVER had ANYONE had a complaint. Yeah sure, so I would not recommend this location to anyone. Wasted money and hated the trip.
