I was planning a trip to Sandal's Ochi , went to their website , clicked on reservations and ended up with Mary Beth at Pixie vacations . She said she would make all the arrangements. Lo and behold , she did. Hotel , air , transfers in Jamaica , even thru in a complimentary meet and greet. . Flawless.

Nikki at Pixie vacations was absolutely amazing. I had never been to Disney before and she was very patient at answering the dozens of questions that I had. She also amended my reservations, without being asked, when Disney put out a promotion after I had already booked. She then woke up super early, on two separate days, to book my dinner reservations and my fast passes. She was available during my trip for emergencies, although due in part to her wonderful planning we didn't have any. I look forward to working with her in the future. Maybe Universal next time!

She also kept a close eye on options that Disney continued to offer after our plan was settled. By doing this, she got us an extra day of park tickets (6 days instead of our planned 5) while reducing our total bill by $80! You won’t find a better Disney trip consultant than Mary.

Over the years I've used many travel agencies to travel all over the world. Some are better than others but a good travel agent can really make or break your vacation travel. After having and extremely bad experience with a travel agent I happened upon Nikki Neumann who work for Pixie vacations to lend me her ear and make some suggestions when I wasn't even her client to try to help me out with some bad travel advise my last agent gave me. She was so awesome and actually spent her own time to try to help me, I decided to book my next travel vacation with her through Pixie Vacations . Since then, I've used Nikki multiple times to book various vacations and I've had nothing but pure success due to her due diligence, crossing every T and dotting every I, and just taking your vacation seriously like she was booking her own vacation for her family. This is Nikki she will cut off her right arm to make sure everything she can do for you is the BEST IT CAN BE for your travel experience. There have been multiple times that she has jumped through some hoops for me and gotten answers where it would take me hours and possibly not be able to get the same end results that I needed yet she's able to dig through all of that red tape and get the job done. I am sorry I didn't post this before now!! Nikki helped me surprise our daughters with a week trip to Disney World. I am a control freak and thought it would be hard to relinquish control of such and expensive and important vacation to someone else. Nikki was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job of explaining things to me and helping me understand the Disney lingo while never making me feel bad for asking questions or wanting things to turn out a certain way. On top of that when our trip that was booked in the year before became eligible for free dining she was up in the wee hours while I slept changes are reservations so we could take advantage of it. Then when hurricane Maria threatened to close the park she was helping us to make sure the roads there were ok and the park was open for business. We all suffered with depression for two months after the trip because it was the best vacation ever!! It has been 9 months since we went and we are getting ready to start looking to go again in 2019 and having Nikki plan it all over again!!! Nikki N. with Pixie Vacations is our travel agent. She's planned and booked several vacations for us and my family. She is very attentive, efficient, personable, and bends over backwards for her clients. She is always available during office hours and is even readily available after-hours. She has always been very thorough with us, as she knows we like to know all the details before making decisions. But, she is also flexible, so she can be as detailed as you want her to be. She can do as little or as much as you want. She truly adapts to her clients and what info they're wanting - from having her just book a reservation/stay and being hands off with the rest of the planning if you want to do everything yourself to being very hands on and scheduling your vacation days for you. She has not only booked multiple Disney trips and special events for us, she has also booked cruises for us on different lines (Disney and Norwegian). She really takes her time to listen to what you're wanting and customizes everything to make sure your family has the best time! We trust her implicitly and she has never given us any bad recommendations. Another good thing about Nikki is that, even though she knows just about everything regarding Disney, if you ask a question and she is unsure, she is so upfront and honest explaining to you that while she may not know the answer, she will find the answer and does so in a very efficient manner. I've highly recommended her to family and friends for years and will continue to do so.

Our cruise vacation overall was an excellent experience. There were a few careless mistakes made by our sales agent/advisor (John) that should not have occurred. I paid over $20k for my entire family's Royal Caribbean cruise (total of 12 of us). While on the cruise ship my passengers noticed they were receiving daily gratuity charges. These charges were supposed to be factored into the total cost of the cruise and was a clear oversight by John. This was not an issue I wanted to deal with while on my vacation. Lastly John handled all of my passengers airfare. On the flight back we were sitting on the next to last row in the back of the plane. These flights were booked and purchased several months in advance. John should have reviewed the seating chart and made changes accordingly as no one desires to sit in the back of a plane. These are careless mistakes that prevent me from giving Pixie Vacations a 5 star review.
