I had a wonderful time booking through this agency. They handled my every need on my cruise. The staff had a very down to earth family feel. I would highly recommend booking with this agency. They'll take care of you and make sure your vacation is one to remember.

ATTENTION:I have never left a bad review in my life. However, I feel compelled to so that no other unsuspecting person will go through what I went through with Delta Vacations via Personal Touch Tours Travel Agency. I worked with Lecretia and Stephanie as representatives of the company. They lacked transparency and customer service skills. They continously lied about prices and insurance policies, communicated confidential information regarding payments to other members, and were generally very vague during the enitire process. For example, they assured me that I had insurance at the beginning of the trip with my deposit and later retracted the statement. They refused to issue a refund after I decided to cancel the reservation due to their shady behavior, stating that I did not have insurance, which was an error on their part as stated before. They only wanted to communicate via phone, including taking our payments over the phone as to not document the sketchy nature of their business. They were unresponsive to emails sent regarding pertinent information to the trip and policies. They were very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. They complained about me asking too many questions to other members of my party who had no personal connection to them. They changed our prices and reservations over 3 times, and expressed how frustrated they were with me to other members of my party. I have never been more disrespected and humiliated in my life as I was in charge of planning a nice getaway for my friends. I have worked with many travel agencies in the past that have exceeded my expectations. but this experience was unbelievable. This has been a nightmare. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT! UPDATE: I SPOKE TO DELTA TRAVEL VACATION. THEY REFUND A PARTIAL AMOUNT MONEY BACK AND PERSONAL TOUCH TOUR TRAVEL AGENCY NEVER POSTED THAT MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND A CON ARTIST. THEY KEPT THAT MONEY. THAT'S NOT HOW YOU DO A LEGIT BUSINESS. BE CAREFUL! FYI JUST BOOK YOUR OWN TRIPS WITH THE DELTA COMPANY, CARNIVAL CRUISE OR ETC. THIS MAIN COMPANIES TAKE PAYMENT PLAN VS USING THIS TRAVEL AGENTS THAT ARE CON ARTIST.

WHEN I TELL YOU GUYS THE PRICE WAS MORE THEN GREAT ME AND MY SISTER COULDN'T BELIEVE IT COVERED A ALL INCLUSIVE ADULT ONLY RESORT , I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT BUT IT DID...THEY CALL AND EVEN CHECK ON YOU WHILE YOU ON YOUR TRIP SAYS ALOT. Personal Touch Tours Travel Agency -- the name says it all (or it could be called 'Expert Touch'). This was my first experience with them and I must say that I was highly impressed in a very positive way. This agency is a well organized, extremely knowledgeable, and a top travel specialist that planned for a group trip to Cuba via cruise ship, a trip on which I went. They held our hands throughout, from long before trip departure to on-board ship, to the ports, to post-trip follow up, taking the hassle out of the planning for us. All we had to do was show up. I cannot say enough good things about this travel company! Whenever I exchanged emails with them during the months before our trip, they were always so responsive, gracious, and informative. Their knowledge and experience was first class. We received pre-trip planning details via group meetings and email; therefore, once the group was on its way, our trip was virtually stress-free. I never felt overwhelmed or rushed. They delivered an amazing, relaxing, seamless trip. For those of us who chose to take the bus trip to Tampa to the cruise ship, attendants were provided to serve us during the ride. From the bus trip to the ship and back again, every aspect was meticulously thought out and well planned. I couldn't be happier with their friendly professionalism and because they made the whole process very easy, I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wishes to travel. LaCresia and her staff will now be my consultant for future travel.

I am giving a one star because this was a terrible customer service experience and the company lacked transparency in their terms which resulted in a total loss of $800.00+ to which a refund was repeatedly refused due to said lack of transparency in the terms. They were unprofessional, and frankly, very rude. The company shared confidential information regarding the trip with those not on my reservation ticket. They were very unresponsive to multiple emails in which I attempted to resolve the uncertainty of the terms of the trip. My advice for anyone using this company is to make sure every conversation and every payment is documented. Limit communication that cannot be documented as this company obviously does not hold themselves to higher standards of integrity and professionalism.

Personal Touch Tours Travel Agency is a wonderful and very successful business. Whenever you need a trip booked, they always have your back and always get things done. There is absolutely no reason to sit at home doing nothing. If you want to experience the goodness that God has laid out in this earth........you will need a personal touch to help you make your dreams a reality. There is no travel experience to small or to great that Personal Touch Tours travel agency can't accomplish. May 18th, 2019 bus trip; wine, craft and jazz festival was epic. The only thing missing from this trip was YOU. We had a amazing luxury air conditioned coach bus ride with music drinks and snacks. Prior to boarding the bus we sipped on mimosas and ate light breakfast items to set the atmosphere for our day. Once we arrived at the Dahlonega Arts & Wine festival it was on and popping. To capture the most of this experience we brought along our lawn chairs blankets picnic baskets and positive attitudes. The weather was gorgeous and the environment was inviting. It was an amazing experience one that will become an annual trip for me. Over the top service Personal Touch Tours....keep doing what you do!
