I haven't been back to Vietnam for a while. Then I bought ticket from ATL to SGN from June 8 to Jul 31, but they didn't remind me about visa to VN since I'm a US citizen. When I went to ATL airport, it took an hour for me to reach NAT' staff. Then they stamped my visa for a month only while I bought a ticket for almost two months. Now they ask me to fly from Nhatrang to Saigon to extend my visa in Tan Son Nhat airport. Such a waste time and money! I am so disappointed with their service. I don't understand what they were thinking by giving me one month visa for two month ticket. FYI: Nhatrang can't extend travel visa, only Saigon or Hanoi. One more thing, their agent in Vietnam lack of skill to help me solve my problem. I have to contact with other agent and pay more.

Nat Travel is the best. I read a couple of reviews with low rating and was reluctant to use this company for my trip, but turn out they are so nice and very honest especially the lady name Huynh Nhu, she explained every single detail and answer to every question I had. I guess its hard to please everyone especially in the Vietnamese's market. I would recommend this agency to my friends and anyone that need a honest travel agency.

I have used other travel agency in Atlanta. I fly to Asia twice a year to Thailand but mostly to Vietnam so far Nat Travel has given me the best service and very professional. I will use them again for my next trip.
