Bad experience...booked a cruise with a bunch of family members. Michelle is unorganized and always too busy to get a hold of on the phone. And forget going in there you will be in the there for hours as the phone constantly rings and you are left sitting there while she tries to accommodate those on the phone ahead of you. My payments (as I was making multiple for family out of state) got all screwed up and Michelle accidentally booked my sister on the wrong flight date. And she refused to refund the money or to try and make amends of adjustments. Stated that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the information is accurate. I understood it to a point but she was the one who entered the wrong date! As a result my sister had to wind up spending extra money to rebook the flight and pay for her transfers. I will never use again. Highly disorganized.

Very unprofessional. When errors are pointed out, instead of apologizing for transportation not being available, even though it was already paid for, she was raising her voice telling me what she needed to refund my money. We all know that receipts are needed however, an apology would have been nice And I don't need to know how often you get visited by the IRS regarding accounting of funds. You might want to keep that to yourself. Will NEVER use them again.

Will never use them again. Poor customer service, when errors were pointed out Michelle and her employees were rude even though they were wrong. Used them to book a destination wedding and after paying, the information Michelle gave us was incorrect, and both me and my fiancee's siblings were unable to attend. My mother and godmother got stuck out of the country and had to stay in some unknown motel because return tickets were not booked. My mother ended up sick for days as a result. The whole process was stressful, things weren't done when we were told. We had bogus confirmations given to us and when we contacted the airlines, they had no record of us. Tickets were then issued from another airline. Family members who would have attended, decided not to bother after contacting her because she is awful at follow up. She writes things down on scraps of paper and is extremely disorganized. These are the bigger issues, but there were plenty of small ones that she did try to correct. Maybe she's better at booking smaller trips, but for group travel she is too disorganized for it to go smoothly. If you deal with this company, at least get EVERYTHING in wrtiting! It was the only thing that kept the trip from being a complete disaster.

I was going to book this trip on my own through kayk or travlocity because im good with computers but i decided to try them out. Can you believe they were lower than the internet ? I dont know how they do it but i searched for 3 hours comparing. The building doesn't have much parking, maybe b'cause busy time of day but i guess they cant be perfect. Ask for sharon she really took care of me. psThis trip to Jam was the 2nd best of my life, and I take 4 trips a year.

I was recommended to Michele Kow at Jamaica World Travel and went to check out the reviews before using her. If I went by the reviews I would not have done business with her. What a mistake that would have been! I had a large group of 55 persons traveling to Riu Ocho Rios, and we kept getting add ons... Michele was patient and extremely professional. Her Assistant Dahlia was AWESOME! Even when we were at Riu, she was making sure our group was ok. We felt well cared for, special and not to mention the price we received. Everyone in the group had a swell time and all want to go back on another vacation - of course we are leaving it to Michele to plan it for us again. Thanks again to Michele and Dahlia...... your service was terrific.

Excellent service !!!!! I book all my out of country trips with Michele . She is very professional and very sweet . My family and I just visited the Nickelodeon resort in DR and it was soo beautiful !! She made sure we had a private shuttle and everything was super smooth with no issues !! We have referred her business to our friends and family and they have all booked with her all across the world .. it has been a total of 5 big group trips and she is always so organized and precise in every detail . I look forward to planning my friends bachelorette party trip next year with JAMAICA WORLD TRAVEL again !!! This business knows their stuff when it comes to traveling and makes sure she gets you on the best flights and accommodates you whether it’s a family vacation , honey moon , birthday trips & destination wedding ect . I booked my wedding back in 2017 and that trip was so AMAZING!! The wedding details were communicated so smoothly with the resort and Michele exceeded above my expectations . I have been a loyal customer since then !! Patrice is very nice and if you can’t reach Michele at the moment she will make sure she keeps up with all the questions or concerns you may have . My husband and I booked our destination wedding in JAMAICA with Michelle and I must say it was everything PLUS MORE!!! The process of booking with Michelle was smooth and very accomadating , we had a large number of family and friends book with this travel agency and everyone loved it !! There was no confusion , everything was well organized . Our friends loved it so much that now they are booking through this agency for us to go on a couples retreat in Costa RICA this summer . I enjoyed myself and Michelle made sure we had great rooms with an amazing view . Patrice is always very sweet and very helpful , if Michelle was either away or busy , Patrice was very helpful and took care of what ever we needed. They have a great system and are very organized which is expected because they have been in this business for over 30years . Went through them several years ago for my birthday trip, had an okay experience. Decided to go through them to book my next group trip and but have had no success. Called several times in the past two months and was told Michelle would call me back...still waiting for a call back. Moving on.
