About Going Places is a wonderful travel agency! I recently booked my large destination wedding through their agency with 60 guests at Sandals, Montego Bay. Everything went very smooth and Lauren went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of for me and all my guests. We were very impressed by their customer service and care! If you're thinking about booking a trip, I'd definitely go through About Going Places!

He provided all necessary documents and every detail needed before our trip. I have use this agency in the past and had a fabulous experience. However, when I tried to book again I worked with a different agent because the one I had liked no longer was employed there. Lauren the new agent never responded to my phone calls or emails. I decided to try to give them a chance a third time and worked with Peter. At first on the phone he seemed personable but, when it came to sending me quotes he only sent me one option and when I replied saying that I would like more than one option this is our price range and the number of days we can spend he sent me a rude email stating that they were a luxury travel place and specialize in that and maybe I should go somewhere else. If this is how they treat repeat clients do not use this it horrible excuse for a travel agency.

They found us a car rental, airfare, and our desired resort for cheaper than we could have gotten them on our own. They helped every step of the way and were always quick to reply to all of the questions we had.

I have used About Going Places to book to two different trips to Las Vegas for my girlfriend and I. Peter, one of the owners I believe, has helped me both times and the experience has been great. We stayed in Bellagio last time because we were meeting some family there and even though it was a holiday season, Peter was able to find us a great price on the flight and hotel. It was less than I could find on any of the "travel discount" websites and they were actually better flight times. I recently contacted him regarding another trip to Vegas but this time we wanted to stay at the Cosmopolitan (ironically he recommended that we stay there for the first trip.) It's next door to Bellagio and is a geared more toward a younger crowd and has a much more modern design and atmosphere. Peter was very helpful in helping me determine which dates and rooms were the best for my budget. He must of given me 5 or 6 different quotes based on my preferences and was very patient and enthusiastic each time that I had a question or request about a date. He actually found us an upgraded room with a terrace (a rarity in Vegas) at a better price than what was on any website that I could find. It's nice to have their service which you can't get from an online site. I will certainly use About Going Places again and highly recommend them to anyone that's thinking about taking a trip or vacation.

I used About Going Places to book a trip to London and Paris for the New Year. I had a wonderful experience! I worked with Peter and he responded to emails quickly and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. The hotels we stayed in were both great (clean, friendly staff) and were close to many restaurants, tourist attractions, and train stations so it was very easy to get around each city. He also booked airport transfers for us so we didn't have to worry about missing our flight! I had a great time and will be using them again!

I had the pleasure of using About Going Places since 2016, and my experience have be Outstanding. Britt was my go to person and hated to hear that he's no longer working there. I recently reached out to get some prices on few places and I was told that they're overwhelmed. I explained that I didn't have a time frame so it wasn't something that I needed right now. Told me contact my local AAA. I thought this was very rude of the lady to say this!!!!! So because of this I can't give a good review.

We highly recommend About Going Places to anyone for all of their travel needs! We fist met Peter from AGP at a wedding/bridal expo show about a year before our wedding. We ended up booking Peter as our travel agent to book our honeymoon for us, and he did such an amazing job! Excellent communication both in person and over the phone and email. He gave us a lots of options for our honeymoon and helped us narrow down and pick out destination. He took care of the entire booking process all the way down to our travel document and final details. He had a ton of great recommendations and suggestions that made a big difference on our honeymoon. We had an amazing honeymoon and an amazing time in St. Lucia. We plan on using Peter at AGP in the future for all of our future trips! Highly recommend!
