Is my 4th time traveling with Royal Caribbean and I can't get enough times. Is always a new and wonderful experience. This time was a 4 days 3 nights to the Bahamas and I highly recommend it. I would give 7 stars if I could!!! Can't wait for our next trip.

This a very elegant cruise line with not so cheap prices but it is worth every penny! We were treated royally. All the staff is helpful, friendly, polite, and seem to love their job. There are plenty of food options onboard with cuisines around the world. There are so many of onboard entertainment events and activities, it is almost impossible to attend each and every one. It was a great and enjoyable vacation.

What a scam! I have been on over 10 cruises with Royal Caribbean and I’m disappointed to see how low they have stooped in their new get rich quick scheme. So disappointed in what used to be a great company. I booked my cruise with them on the July 15th and paid $500. At the time they told me that I had to pay the balance in five days and I told him that was fine no problem. I did not realize that they would not just automatically charge the balance. I assumed they would charge my card and proceeded to leave on a vacation with my wife to Colorado for 10 days. When I returned home yesterday and checked my personal email I found an email from them stating they had taken my $500 and canceled my room. When I called I was told that they don’t bother to call anybody or text anybody before stealing their money. It is their new policy to just take the money and only communicate with one email. Apparently they have found that by not communicating with their customers they can steal more money from them. I feel like this was unbelievably corrupt and recommend you do not trust them with your money. After wasting two hours on the phone and going through three supervisors I was eventually told that they would give me back my $500 but they were going to increased the price of the cabin by $450… They might as well have been holding a gun to my head when they stole my money. I have been on over 30 cruises in my life and will never ever ever trust these crooks with my money again. Disappointed in Cincinnati!!

This terminal was far better then the others I have visited in the past. It took us about 25 min total from arrival in the port to have a beer in our hands. We will try to always cruise from Miami from here on out!

I must say I haven’t even started the cruise yet but I’m already highly disappointed in their customer service. They are not helpful and misinform a lot. Not impressed. First and most likely last time I cruise with them. Spent I over $5000 for this cruise and I’d expect better service than this.
