Nice cruise but they had a group of like 300 teenage girls on board with us. It was a disaster to get food or even find a place to sit. Those girls had no manners, were rude and many didn't even wash their hands at the station as everyone else did. That's nasty. My room was not cleaned well. At last look, there were used bandages under the bed. Otherwise, the crew was pretty nice and accommodating.

Terminal one was very efficiently laid out for easy processing for boarding and debarking. Security and Royal Caribbean and staff were friendly and Very professional. The parking garage was a bit pricey but very convenient to the terminal.

The oasis of the sea is a world class ship. It is huge yet the layout is so well thought out it is easier to get around than ships 2/3 its size. The variety if shows is amazing .it is worth you time to book in advance and download the app prior to your adventure. The only criticism I have is that if you are Gluten free than the windjammer buffet is your best bet. The selection there is good. However the beads and deserts that are in abundance at the windjammer are much harder to come by in the other restaurants. It would be nice if this selection were available everywhere.

I had a phenomenal experience with Royal Caribbean cruise line. Port Canaveral is by far the best port to leave for cruises, they recently make things go much more smoothly and way more efficient. Especially when you travel with children, they always let us go first and helps to save time as well as energy. Always the B E S T time and amazing F O O D S as well as exceptional Service!! Plan on cruising with y'all at least once a year, that's my goal for the rest of my life! Cococay was awesome! Amazing waterparks, brand new places to explore. Stopped by the Bahamas, lovely island and people!

On par with an airport terminal this cruise terminal is very well organized and seems to move efficiently however it can get crowded for larger ships.

Hadn't been to Port Canaveral in over 10 years. The cruise terminal may be smaller than Port Everglades but the convenience of the parking garage (though pricey for a week $136) was well worth it coming back to a cool car and easily getting from the ship to your car with all your luggage. Hint: if you want to avoid the monumental line at the end to present yourself to the immigration official, spend the extra $$ and hire a luggage porter. They will get into a line that is only for luggage porters and it will take only 10 min tops (other friends on the ship said it took them 1.5 hrs to get through the regular lines.)

Get there early (11am or slightly before) for a quick boarding experience. For an even better experience, check in online before hand, and it'll go even quicker. Take all your own face photos and answer all the pre-boarding questions with the online check in.

Lots of miscommunication between online bookings and ship as well as shore excursions. Get names of who you spoke to and keep copies of everything you book so that they can fix it on the ship. Cruises are different now than they used to be. They are no longer "All inclusive" everything is separate and they charge you for everything. I would rather have just one price like it used to be. Other than those small snags it was a good vacation.

First cruise on Harmony of the Seas and I really wanted to enjoy it. I was nickel and dimed the entire trip. They needed to see my sea pass card for everything....Water, OJ, coffee, food etc. I purchased the meal and drink packages for the trip just annoying to show the card each time. Why not just do all inclusive and call it done. Way too many people on ship. Spa was horrible due to noise. It is below the gym so you can imagine the weights slamming. Don’t get me started on process to board or get off the ship. Food was good though.

I can't believe the organization of this port. This was our first cruise and we were told the onboarding and off boarding is awful and stressful (they had only ever gone out of RC Miami). I would disagree. It was well marked, fantastically staffed and everyone was friendly. I cannot wait to use this port again. Worked very well with Go Port Canaveral shuttle system too!!!!

Royal Caribbean is probably the greatest crusing experience that you can get. I totally recommend to book a cruise at Royal Caribbean. Be prepared to spend a lot of money, because there is a lot of great things to buy. We went for the Mexico, Bahamas and Honduras route which was excellent. I hope to one day enjoy a cruise on Harmony of the seas again. If you have any questions feel free to ask me about the cruise experience. Maybe I can provide some tips and tricks before you go on your adventure.

Very quick to embark and not a long walk. Royal Caribbean's check in procedure is quick and efficient. I would suggest offsite parking if you're looking you save a few bucks.

The experience of our Sky Loft Suite was great. Cabin staff very friendly and attentive, the cabin was wonderful. Coastal kitchen staff were funny, professional and most food was great. The whole experience on board Oasis of the Seas worked very well for us with mom in a wheel chair. The shows we saw were great. BUT I must propose that the full length presentation of CATS could move on. (the fact that more than 1/2 of the audience does not return after intermission is never a good sign, the actors and costumes are so much work, it must be a sinking feeling for actors when the curtains open for part 2 and there is just a shadow of the original audience) Yes we loved Royal Caribbean, already booked in the same cabin on Harmony of the Seas for next year.

Royal Caribbean lost all four of my luggage. I had to wait until all the passengers were off the ship so they could scan the ship for my luggage. However, the port officials were very helpful.

I've been on many cruises and this far Royal Caribbean Harmony of the Seas has topped them all. You must get at least a balcony so when you wake to the awesome sunrise. The crew we're very attentive and when you say spotless, the we're cleaning every inch of the ship all day everyday. If you take this cruise you will have no problem leaving tips. Thanks for a fabulous vacation and we are already booking our next.

Our favorite cruise line and the favorite place to set sail from. About an hour from Orlando, this place is very nice. If you don't intend to cruise, you will still love the area. Lots of places to visit and lots of beaches to get some sun.

I'm rating the port not the cruise. We departed and arrived to port Canaveral mid August during prime cruising season on harmony of the seas, one of the largest ships on the water right now. Even with the capacity of the people coming in we moved through thr lines fairly well. The staff were in place to help keep people moving, and making sure people have the right paperwork ro be in line. On arrival going through customs did not require the standard manual process instead using facial recognition based on your passport photo. Our small children did not have passports so they were not recognized. We were redirected to a manual check but that still went very quickly. We've been to a fair number of ports and this one was very smooth especially considering the number of people on this ship.

What a scam! I have been on over 10 cruises with Royal Caribbean and I’m disappointed to see how low they have stooped in their new get rich quick scheme. So disappointed in what used to be a great company. I booked my cruise with them on the July 15th and paid $500. At the time they told me that I had to pay the balance in five days and I told him that was fine no problem. I did not realize that they would not just automatically charge the balance. I assumed they would charge my card and proceeded to leave on a vacation with my wife to Colorado for 10 days. When I returned home yesterday and checked my personal email I found an email from them stating they had taken my $500 and canceled my room. When I called I was told that they don’t bother to call anybody or text anybody before stealing their money. It is their new policy to just take the money and only communicate with one email. Apparently they have found that by not communicating with their customers they can steal more money from them. I feel like this was unbelievably corrupt and recommend you do not trust them with your money. After wasting two hours on the phone and going through three supervisors I was eventually told that they would give me back my $500 but they were going to increased the price of the cabin by $450… They might as well have been holding a gun to my head when they stole my money. I have been on over 30 cruises in my life and will never ever ever trust these crooks with my money again. Disappointed in Cincinnati!!

Like the islands but as for the cruise it was hit and miss. Staff needs to be fixed, the house keepers were really nice and on top of it so friendly also loved them! Food and especially drink area staff was awful not friendly attitude and they quick fixed the drinks especially coffee drinks instead of making it properly. The auto gratuity I domt agree with it because service was not the best everywhere. I will turn it off next time and tip myself I recommened you do also!

Very well managed faculty by Royal Caribbean. We took four days trip to Bahamas and really enjoyed every bit. Right from boarding the ship to last day, every moment spent was memorable. Port had got all the necessary facility and the best part is offloading luggage before entering the port. Luggage is delivered to your room directly after cruise departs. Immigration and boarding process is fairly easy. It took us less than 30 minutes to complete ally he boarding process and get into the ship. Loads of Indian works on ship so made our journey more enjoyable

Port was okay. It was a little confusing and the staff that day didn't seem to be on the same page in regards to where to sit. We weren't sure what are options were in regards to the our luggage , we didnt want to take them on the ship with us, but it appeared our only option was the people outside. The transition to the boat was smooth and we were able to board pretty early morning.

I could write a book about our 7 day cruise to the Caribbean, on the 3rd biggest cruise ship in the world, but suffice to say that we absolutely loved it. A magnificent ship, fantastic cabin, great food - too much! - amazing entertainment, beautiful islands and fabulous crew. Wouldn't go with any other cruise line than Royal Caribbean, assuming they operated to the places we wanted to go.

Nice cruise, Peguey was our cabin Steward, he was the best, always happy and friendly. We did go just after the hurricane, but Royal Carribean's humanitarian efforts is what made them 5 star. Coco Cay was nice, again despite a really bad hurricane just passed through, they did a great job rejuvenating everything to make it a nice experience.

It's been awhile since I have cruised out of Port Canaveral, and years since I have cruised with Royal Caribbean. The port itself is easy to get around and very clean. The staff there has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There are limited restrooms, once you are past the main check in room there are no other restrooms until you are on board, so plan well. Boarding is quick and easy.

Port Canaveral was a one day stop of a eight day cruise aboard the Anthem of the Seas. P The port has a nice selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are various excursions offered with Disney World and Universal Studios topping the list. Royal Caribbean offers transportation only to and from the parks. You will not be able to purchase park tickets on board the ship. Consider the transportation time to and from the park and the amount of time you will have in the park before you select these tours. I had a great 3 day to bahamas trip on Mariner of the Seas. . They had really awesome customer service, friendly staff, their Island, COCO CAY was FANTASTIC with all you can eat foods. I highly recommend this trip...and its very worth getting the balcony room. Makes a world of difference. DO NOT get the drink package unless you will be drinking ALOT! not worth the price and they make everyone get it if you get it. Individual drinks are from $7-13.00 . You are better off buying them as you go. MUCH CHEAPER. The Main dining room is very nice and a great way to be pampered at the end of the day. I did the first seating every night so I can enjoy the shows at night. Then we ate at the the windjammer buffet from 10-midnight. If you are in Florida...go go go!!!!

Great experience. Its like the port is run by my grand parents. Which is great because they are so nice. The lines are long but just keep walking it just ends so quick. Just dont go and talk to the cruise shuttle people. The only lady i found really rude.

The check in process needs to be revamped!!!! Just ONE line for all those people is just NOT RIGHT. It was almost unbearable. In comparison, Carnival's check in process is a cake walk. Carnival has SOOOO many people checking you in and there's no wait time plus they have a huge seated waiting area as well just in case you get there early. This older lady who was checking my son's credentials (Royal Caribbean) WAS very disgruntled and NOT friendly AT ALL but we didn't make a fuss we just kept it moving especially with that long line. Possibly MORE friendly workers, a better check in process, more parking spaces. These 3 things would make such a difference.

My husband and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean and we were on the harmony of the seas ship. It was so much fun and the ship and crew were amazing. Our room was always made up and they went in our room and cleaned it at least twice a day. The food was really good. So many options for food as well. Lots of options for entertainment, comedy, water shows and DJ events. Definitely not a shortage for things to do while on the ship. We highly recommend!

Very nice port facility. There is a fair amount of walking but no more so than in an airport. There was no wait when we got there. Two suggestions for everyone, complete your documentation ahead of time since it really makes the boarding painless. Second, have a hard copy of your paperwork (not just a screen capture stored on your phone) as it makes things easier. If you cannot do the walk, about three city blocks, request a wheelchair. They have them available and are happy to provide assistance.

One of the better cruise terminals, built to accommodate an Oasis class ship, if you are sailing on anything smaller it feels very spacious.

This cruise line makes the check in process so easy and quick. They want you to get on board and start enjoying your vacation. Royal carribean was a blast, this cruise line was first for me and I enjoyed it all. I believe we were on the Mariners of the Sea going to the Bahamas. I've done the Bahamas trip with another cruise line so it wasnt a big deal.to me. The best part was the Perfect day at Coco bay.

Enjoyed the trip, except when Captain was driving the boat so fast to the home port. I was getting something to eat that night and I and other people was just shifting from one side of the boat to another with food in our hands. Not a great experience on the way back..It was great going to the Bahamas ports.

My first cruise, but not my last. Had an awesome time! The crew was extremely accommodating. Relaxing, exciting, amazing, beautiful! From the looks on most of the faces of the guests, I'm pretty sure they felt the same. If a problem occurred, the crew was quick to respond professionally, personally, with care and geniune concern. There's more than enough to do and more food than necessary! GO! SEE FOR YOURSELF! You can thank me later

I took a cruise on the Oasis of the Seas. While my experience was pleasant, it wasn't what I expected out of a ship so big. My trip wasn't any different than one on a smaller cruise ship. This cruise ship in my opinion, isn't a huge ship for more activities, rather a ship to accommodate more people. Which mean longer lines. Overall my trip was nice, but next time I'll stick with a regular sized ship.
