So disgusted right now! Our whole family booked a cruise for the afternoon. We arrived 40 min early and were unable to find the office or meeting place. This is a scam!!!! We called the office several times with no answer. DO NOT book this cruise! What a way to waste our time while on vacation. Kids were so disappointed.

This is the worst river cruise in Fort Lauderdale and I have been on all of them. Take the Jungle Queen if you would like a good experience. Over priced and barley an hour of cruising. Not worth it.

Very deceptive practices. This is pretty much a scam as they don't make it easy at all to even find the place and get on the cruise. The whole area is under construction (hard hat zone) and you wouldn't know that unless you are a local. It will take you a while to find the location, and good luck trying to reach someone via phone for directions. I tried calling 3 times with no answer and once I made it to the booth, it was obvious they were uninterested in providing a decent customer experience. Avoid at all costs!

Also haben wir uns irgendwie die Zeit vertrieben, denn wir wollten ja unbedingt fahren. 15.00 war die Reparatur nicht erledigt und wir hatten einen halben Urlaubstag sinnlos vertrödelt. Niveaulos!!! Wenigstens haben wir unser Geld zurück bekommen :-(

Great trip. Cruise staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Jokes were typical which makes them funny. Drinks were included, good thing we were not big drinkers. Had enough wine for two glasses. One thing I did not like was a time share salesperson was soliciting people.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We spend nearly 2 hours trying to board the board and they keep saying the boat will be here is 15 more minutes. After 2 hours, we left and tried to get our money back. There is no way to get your money back. We called the number on the brochure and they said that the manager was unavailable. We said that we would drive to the office to get our money back ( $73) and they said that was not possible. So $73 later, no boat ride, terrible customer service.

I wish I could chose zero stars! I purchased tickets on line through Zerve for an air conditioned, full bar, boat cruise. When we arrived, we were informed that the boat was not air conditioned, nor did it have a full bar. I requested my $$ back and was told they had to call Zerve to request my refund. I've still not gotten my refund. Pretty sure I probably won't. So disappointed. Don't buy the tickets on line, if you go.

Had a great time. Reasonably-priced 1-1/2 cruise of the New River and Intercoastal Waterway. Beautiful view of palatial mansions. Crew was fun. Worth the trip! Parking can be problematic.

This is a dinky boat with eight tables on first floor, humid, damp, disgusting carpet, aluminum chairs. They asked us to be there at 5pm and by 7:36pm it had not sailed. Do not buy dinner cruise. ZERO REVIEW

The experience was 10x better then expected. The captain is hilarious and he informs you about places that you pass. The bartender made us the best drinks we had since vacationing in Florida . I recommend this event to everyone and it's just the right amount of time 1 1/2 hour. The highlight of my travel so far! Thanks again :)

If I could give this scam a zero star review I would. I planned on taking my wife on a romantic tour for our anniversary on a nice vessel with a bar and air conditioning and what we got was far from advertising or expectations. Upon arrival there was just a single story dumpy boat with nothing but aluminum benches no air conditioning. They did however offer free wine and beer which was served from the 2 classiest red colmon coolers you ever did see. THIS IS A SCAM!

Great Tour. The sights are terrific —- and the captain who narrates the tour is very knowledgable, humorous and enjoyable. Unfortunately the audio system is long overdue to be replaced and is staticky and we could barely make out what he was saying, though it was clear that he was the right man for the job! His jokes were a plus. The seating was cheap plastic seats on the top deck, not exactly what we expected, but it’s better to stand anyway so that you can see everything. If for nothing else, the seats should be replaced to make things feel fresher. The boat is pretty rundown, but you don’t need much more to get the job done. Good tour! Stay away from the restroom. Period! Staff was very nice and helpful and there was a young fellow taking photographs and he did a nice job with our photos. Beware that it’s hard to find because of nearby construction and the boat does not leave on the hour though you may hear that it does. Also, If they tell you it’s near Briney’s pub as a landmark, make sure to google “Briney’s Riverfront” so U dont end up at the wrong one. We took the afternoon tour. It leaves at 1 and 3pm and is a 90 minute tour. Overall, a fun experience. Not a luxury experience:)

The worst tour I have ever been on! The price was ok but not for what you got!!! The speaker on the tour seemed SO board and as if he hated his job and was in his phone the whole time!!!! It was bad. I would defiantly avoid this one. It hardly shows you anything and does not go very far. Very little information was given during the tour. The speaker kept reminding us that this is a hospitality service so not to forget to tip on your way out. Really. It was terrible! We only went on this one as the one we had researched had unexpected maintenance issues and was out of service for the day. Since we had already parked we figured it would be fine to go on this tour since we were in the area. Wish we would have waited for the other tour the next day. Service was absolutely terrible!!! Avoid this one!!

Everything about the cruise is deceptive. From the pictures they present to the pricing. I purchased a ticket through Groupon which is supposed to be cheaper than the actual price. It turns out the actual price is cheaper when you buy a ticket in person. They make the boat appear as a double deck boat with sitting room in the front when in actuality the boat is a shanty with the outdoor sitting area in the back with the mid galley blocking all your view. The tour was just as lousy. They show you the back of some houses of people you mostly will not know. The tour is so bad that the tour guide tells you that if you didn't like the tour to "shut up" & not say anything. Sorry, but what is wrong is wrong. I tried to contact Groupon about this poor excuse of a tour, but they have also written into the Groupon in fine print that all sales are final. Save your money & don't bother with these guys.

Showed up early for cruise only to see a sign saying they are not operating 3/29-4/1. This was not on the their website but they took our money. This probably happens a lot to unsuspecting out of town travelers. Another family was just as devastated. No one answered when calling mgmt. Out $80 ($50 for trip and $30 for Uber ride) Scammers!

Wonderful & Fun evening. My girlfriend and I booked the Friday evening cocktail cruise. Met with a nice welcome at the ticket booth. The upstairs sightseening area was quite busy with other guests, pleanty of seating and good viewing space. The music was good which gave a great ambience to the evening. The bar downstairs was air conditioned and offered a good selection of drinks. The cruise lasted a very enjoyable 1.30 hrs, great way to spend a Friday evening on the river.! I

My family and I had a wonderful time. It was approximately 1 hr and a half ride. The boarding was very quick. They had some snacks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The captain's guided tour was funny and informative. Wonderful views of the canal, manions, yachts and some indigenous creatures. I would definitely recommend it.

If i could give 0 stars i would. My family came from central florida 4 hrs down to Broward county to do the tour. I called the night before with a question no answer then I called 15 times the day of no answer. then the address they have listed to meet does not exist if it does then good luck finding it. I'm a local and could not. they didn't answer meeting spot was no existent terrible SCAM!!

Fun activity to discover the Fort Lauderdale canals. Finding the place is a little complicated. Get there in advance since Google Maps doesn't pinpoint the location of the stand properly. It's hidden behind a construction site and you need to park your car in a indoor car park that seems to be under construction. The boat is clean and nice. It's split in two levels with the top floor split between a shaded and unshaded area. It's the best place to have a good view of the canals. There is a lower floor that is enclosed with a bar that sells alcohol and ice cream for the younger ones. My daughter got a free ice cream with her ticket. This lower floor is air conditioned, wheel charr accessible and there is a clean bathroom. The tour was good with great insights about who lives where. We get to go through the canals and the port of Fort Lauderdale. Commentary was fun but geared towards older people with a lot of history of where "older" celebrities live. The tour takes over 1 and a half hours. Before boarding they take a picture of you and your group and you can buy a souvenir picture. If you look online, you can find discounts

It was fun! More of a mansion tour if you ask me but our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had to switch boats quick due to some mechanical issues with the first but it's a nice and relaxing rid eon the water, and a great way to see ft. Lauderdale at a different angle.

We had a relaxing afternoon touring along the river and seeing the mansions and yachts there. The riverboat guide knew quite a bit about the homes along the river. He pointed out a large 5' iguana that was sunning in a tree! It was nice to be able to sit in between running around town.

Took the cruise with my family, a nice hour and a half tour on the canals of Fort Lauderdale and all nice villa's and BIG boats. Special thanks to Chris, the tickets salesman who returned a 50 dollar bill that got stuck with a one dollar bill when purchasing the tickets. That kind of honesty is worth a special mentioning.

I called them at around 11am and asked about the Venice of America boat tour. The woman on the phone seemed a little hurried but said there is a tour the same day at 6pm and that we don't need to book in advance, just be there 15 minutes early. We drove through terrible traffic but eventually arrived on time at 5:45pm, even a couple of minutes earlier. We saw the boat but the place was deserted. We found a lady that operates a nearby water taxi, from her we found out that our tour was cancelled due to lack of demand. What a disappointment and waste of time. Poor and unprofessional customer service. If you made people drive all the way for nothing, at least put a sign that the tour is cancelled.

Even though there is a lot of construction in the area which riverfront isnt responsible for, the direction that were provided helped and there were signs. And the cruise was amazing , everything my family and I hope for.

First impression, I approach the stand to buy a ticket and get info, and the female working was on a personal phone call and I waited patiently for 5 minutes, in the sun, while she finished her phone call. Finally she helped me and I bought 2 tickets. She told me the boat would be leaving at 1pm. The boat we were supposed to be on was already at the dock at noon. That was bad impression number 1. 1pm came and the boat started pulling away without anyone. I asked about that and was told that the water was not working and that they had to fill up on the other dock. Even if that's true then why didn't they fill the boat BEFORE the scheduled time? We all waited and watched as the operators sit around until it was time to leave, then they realize there is no water? We all had to wait an extra 30 minuets in the sun. I complained about that and we were all given a soft drink coupon for one soft drink. That was bad impression number 2. We finally board the boat and the crew was not rude, but the only interaction I had was with the server in the bar next to the captain / boat pilot. They made me uncomfortable because they were in a rush, they were busy and didn't want to be bothered. What we also didn't realize was the type of tour we were going on. It was just a water tour of other peoples houses and boats. Not our thing at all, who cares about someone else's money? I don't care about how much someone paid for there huge home they never live in. If we had known it was that kind of tour we wouldn't have gone. We thought it was going to include geography or nature or sea life, even plants and trees would have been interesting. I would go out of my way to NOT recommend this tour to everyone I know.

Bought tickets, as did several other people, only to turn up to a closed business with no boat. Called the number from our ticket voucher, and the woman could only say that I needed to contact the site that sold the tickets because they told them to stop selling. Apparently other sites were still selling tickets too, which raises even more questions. Spoke to a bartender at a local place who stated they’ve been shut down for at least two weeks.

Booking the boat was easy to do online. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the party boat. It was a beautiful day & the tour area was beautiful. The Captain was very knowledgeable of the area & he was very entertaining. Would definitely recommend this boat tour to other visitors.

We take all out guests on this ride. Everyone likes it. Snacks and drinks as you float down the waterway and listen to the history of the area and who lives in some of the beautiful homes.

I took my out of town guests on the tour. It was great. The homes and the yachts are unbelievable. There is a bar and an air condition area or you can sit up top in the open air. Parking is easy there were 3 lots to choose from. There is construction going on so go early.

We called last minute. The girl at the ticket office was awesome and friendly. It was a rainy day and it was a small group going and they still took us. We brought our friends visiting from out of town. The boat was great. It is not to big and not to small. It was just right. We could move around easily so we could see from all sides. The staff was friendly and were constantly making sure our needs were met and that we enjoyed our tour. Captain Louie let my husband and his friend have a turn driving the boat.What a treat. Rhonda was so sweet and kind to us. The tour was interesting and fun. I will bring all my friends that come to visit.

De toelichting via de speaker zal de ene persoon fantastisch vinden. Ben je in de historische informatie niet geïnteresseerd, dan luister je gewoon niet en geniet je van de uitzichten. Wat mij betreft een aanrader.

A great place that is located by the Ft. Laud historical society. This society shows great history of Ft. Laud. & also does tours 3 different hours a day that will blow your mind of you are into history & want to know more about old Ft. Laud. There is ample parking & the water taxi is right there.
