REVIEWS OF Princess Cruises IN Florida

Kajal Makwana

This was my first cruise trip and I really enjoyed it. It was multi stories cruise and staff was so co-operative and friendly. It has so many shows in theater, too many winning draws, sky theater and much more. It's hard to explain and elaborate my experience with Princess Cruise, but I must say that go with Princess Cruise.

Lucy

Cruised from Fla thru the Panama Canal to L.A. wonderful 15 day journey. Wait staff in the dining room was very good. Was a little disappointed in the menu variety this time. Usually, the food is much better.

William Browning

Any cruise is great. Loved it

Stacy Gregorio

Getting on and off the ship has been made very efficient. Food is better than other cruise lines we've been on.

Frank Medina

THE WORST CRUISE I HAVE BEEN ABOARD AND DON'T GET SICK, OR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE THE CRUISE WORST. I MIGHT NEVER CRUISE AGAIN AFTER WHAT THEY DID. THE CREW WAS GREAT (SERVERS)

Mamie Walton

Loved it. Gotta do it again

steve thorn

beds to hard...icecream too water based...wide diversity of food... great service

Stephanie Dawson

Absolutely wonderful!!! My husband and I are celebrating our 26th Wedding Anniversary in the Western Caribbean! Looking forward to many more cruises in the future.

Sue Kolar

A very enjoyable cruise line with fantastic employees. Truly a delightful vacation, especially if you are on a Medallion equipped ship, which allows you to locate your traveling companions anywhere on the ship, order drinks without leaving your chair, easy boarding, fast internet (if you need to stay connected) & more!

Jason Miller

Would highly recommend Princess Cruises. The food was extraordinary and the service was exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure that everyone has a good time and is pleased with their vacation. Each day was filled with delectable dishes for every meal. The activities and entertainment kept everyone happy and involved.

paul parker

Clean ship, very friendly staff. However the quality of the food was below average. It was not a problem with chef...the quality of food not good. Will NOT use them again. Other cruise lines have MUCH better quality of food

Margaret Cunningha

What a fabulous week on the beautiful Caribbean Princess. Fantastic food and the entertainment was 1st class.

Zj hawkes

The Alaska cruise was great because of the state and their lodges. Other than that the ship was boring. Compared to other cruise lines like Carnival and Royal Caribbean, Princess lacks fun. It like comparing a carnival / theme park to a retirement home. This is not a cruise line for younger people who what to have fun. Princess Cruises "ship of the walking dead"

Peggy Kearns

Regal Princess is a gorgeous ship. Has something for everyone including fantastic food options at the buffet as well as the restaurants. Staff is super.

Maria Christodoulou

Ship maintenance was happening during voyage. very expensive. Shops were not equipped for daily living. Booking something like a port tour was poorly arranged. Staff was AMAZING. Beautiful views. Great food! Drinks were wonderful (get the drink package, they are worth it) There was also something that bothered me. Number of accessible rooms. Having gone on a cruise now, if you aren't one of the lucky people to get an accessible room. Dont go. I thought I could deal with a regular room, as I'm only in a Walker, nope. Dont go.

vicki mcmackin

Excellent cruise experience. My family and I cruise a lot. At least one per year. This was our first cruise with Princess and it wont be our last. The medallions are awesome and make everything easy. The wifi is the best we've ever had on a ship. All of the crew are friendly and seem to enjoy working on the ship.

Morgan Benjamin

My family LOVES Princess Cruises! We have been on many cruises with them and prefer them above all other Cruise lines. Keep up the good work!! :)

Nancy Bell

Had a great experience. Food was really good. Excursions were great. All around great time.

Luis Carlos Suárez Pestana

Was amazing, the crew, the entertainment, the food, the decoration of the Cruise, etc. You can enjoy the 4 pools, one of the pools have a big screen with 2 movies a day or musical. But the most amazing thing is the Medallion system, is a chip tag with your name, and opens your door, pay Bill's, and more uses.

Fran Argo

Great cruise line, wont travel with any other line

Mike Sikorski

Best cruise line hands down. Food is Awesome with many choices. Entertainment is just amazing. You might be able to save a few dollars elsewhere, however, you get what you pay for.

corbin talley

We did an 11 day Baltic Cruise on the Regal Princess. The ship and crew were wonderful. The food was abundant an excellent, especially Crown Grill & Sabatini's. Embarking and disembarking were extremely efficient and stress free. We had a lovely trip.

Rich Hyer

Generally speaking I love cruises however, I'm a LITTLE bummed by the way they are keeping the Advertised Prices Low but are now charging for things that have been included in the past, or optional. i.e.: Porter Tips are now automatically added to your bill by at least $15.00 per person per day! Upgraded food ~ seafood and meat ~ are extra and served in only the specialty restaurants. I don't know if they are all doing it but I'm sure they're all doing something to keep the advertised prices down.

Joyce Ann Jaillite-Loebner

Love their food and service. Like the smaller ships the best. Beware, I understand that the average weight gain is a pound a day unless you want to be very active.

Chelsea Walling

Had such a wonderful time on the Princess Caribbean! The crew was fantastic, the food and drinks were wonderful...for our first time cruise and honeymoon, we couldn't have asked for more!

wendy margaret Marshall

Loved the Regal Princess. Very impressed with her presentation and decor. Can't wait to book her again when she arrives in Australia next year.

Tracey Mitchell

I just love this boat it nice because it's not to big

Fabian Lazarte

My first cruise and wow! What an experience! The service was like nothing I've seen before. The whole crew was friendly and attentive. The entertainment events were super professional. I can't wait to go back again.

Constance Low

It has been fun so far. Food is good and crew very well trained and friendly. Also very helpful with providing information since this is my first time on a cruise.

Carla Bidwell

Just off the Regal Princess after 14 days of perfect cruising. Eastern/Western Caribbean combo of two cruise segments. The crew were fantastic and the food and entertainment was excellent.

Dennis Johnson

This was my first experience cruising, all I can say is wow. it took me a few days to understand that I basically was on a floating hotel, but even nicer. Every single staff person I had contact with was friendly, helpful, and had a smile on their face. The most positive experience I have ever had in any establishment. I enjoyed a balcony room, which I highly recommend, unless you have more money to spend that a mini-suite is probably even cooler. Live entertainment every night, there is just so much to do, it's mind-boggling . Every person I met who learned it was our first cruise, said quote you sure picked a nice ship for your maiden voyage unquote. I'll be writing a positive review on my travel agent! Highly recommend.

Debbie Winburn

Been on Princess before, this was fair. Service in main dining room was fair. Elsewhere was good to very good. Shows were Great. Princess Caribbean was over all just good.

Barbara Comer

Loved our cruise. The room was lovely. I can not say enough about our room steward! He was fantastic. The food was excellent. Our food stewards were incredible. The ship was delightful. The side trips were reasonable in cost. This was our 2nd trip with Princess Cruise line and I love it!!

Jonathan DiBacco

My only complaint was that they didn't have under eats. Good tread Mills. And uhhh... There Christmas on the cob was exquisite.

Mitch Green

We sailed on the Crown Princess to the southern Caribbean. It was a 10 day cruise that went to Aruba, Bonaire and carousel, as well as other ports. The snorkeling in Bonaire is the best I have ever seen! The specialty restaurants on the ship are excellent, especially the crown grill, which is their steakhouse. Just as good as either Capital Grille or Mortons. I highly recommend. The regular dining room is hit or miss with the menu. Sometimes very good and sometimes average. Nice for an older ship.

Just J

I have cruised with 5 major cruiselines but Princess is my favourite. If you have young childeren or are looking for a party, Princess is not for you. We like Princess because it offers the perfect cruise for couples without childeren. There is plenty to do onboard, but also enough space to find a quiet spot to do some reading. The food is great, especially on the Royal class ships. Boarding a Princess ship feels like coming home. I did not give it 5 stars because of the cruising industry in general. It is losing appeal because of the impact of the environment these ships have. Not only the fuel they use, but also the mass-consumption that takes place on these ships is starting to give me an uncomfortable feeling. But, as part of a "once-in-a-lifetime" holiday experience: go for it!

Dave Belcher

Cruise though the Panama canal. Interesting stops along the way. The Coral Princess is starting to show some aging. Disappointed that the possibility of taking pictures out the front of the ship is nearly non-existent. Taking pictures as you approach the locks should have been a highlight. Not sure how people get any pictures when the ship the ship approaches glaciers during summer cruises in Alaska waters. Holland American has at least some ships where you can get right up front with unobstructed viewing.

BradnJo Jones

Unless you're in your 70s-80s or like hanging out with folks from the geriatric ward, spend your cruise money with Royal Caribbean or Disney if you can afford it. The food was okay. The ship had almost no amenities whatsoever. The service wasn't great, except for Jeffrey and Uday on the wait staff who made dinner fun each night. It was shocking how many times the ship's crew would make us wait for them to go in front of us in a walkway. We also had a terrible experience on their "private island" - they don't tell you that the food is only served for 2 hours (you're there all day) and after paddle boarding for 2 hours, we came back to zero food options - not even cookies or fruit. We had worked hard on the paddle boards and were starving, but without food we had to leave the island early to go eat on the ship. After complaining to the front desk, Maria promised us she would have the Food and Beverage Manager contact us, but he never did, despite us reminding her every day for 3 days straight. Add to that a huge confrontation with the maitre d because of dress code AFTER I was already sitting down at the table (I was wearing a nice button down shirt, sport jacket and really nice dark denim with classy shoes) and it adds up to two big thumbs down. Huge loss for Princess Cruises from someone who will be doing a lot of cruises over the coming decades compared to the current demographic on this ship that may not even be around in the next 10 years. Overall it was forgettable and lackluster. There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your money on Princess.

Katy Harris

The staff is amazing! Everyone was kind, professional and courteous. Good spirits bar and the bartenders were great. My favorite drinks were the destination drinks especially the Coco Cafè.

Karol King

This cruise was wonderful. Staff and ship were delightful!

Caroline B

Top notch cruising. Attracts a multigenerational crowd. Your choice to do alot or nothing at all on board.

Julie Parrish

I love Princess Cruises! I have been on cruises with Carnival, Norwegian and Princess. My favorite was the Christmas cruise on Princess. The service was perfect and the new bed beds are quite comfy! There is a difference in clientele with more older adults and far less children. I also love the amenities as well as the wonderful shows. For the most part the food is still great with a good selection plus unless it has changed they still have free room service. Their club sandwich is great while watching the free movies in bed! I can't wait to book another cruise with Princess!

Linda Baird

It was ok. It was too big for a single person. I had a great dinner the first night but never saw the other guests after that.

Bernard Gasiorowski

My wife and I enjoy cruises for a variety of reasons. One is the ports of call. On this cruise, there were 3 stops in Greenland. Two of the stops required us to be tendered ashore. What a fiasco. The first stop, we had to wait over an hour to board the tender. Other passengers waited longer. Some passengers waited over 2 hours. Another reason we enjoy cruises is for entertainment. The entertainment on the Caribbean Princess was mediocre. Also, it was virtually impossible to get a seat. We had to stand in the aisles a few times. One thing we really enjoy about cruises is the food. The Caribbean Princess failed terribly. On every fish entree we ordered, the fish was OVER COOKED! It was dry and like rubber. The steak was full of grissle. We always like to have breakfast in the main dining room. We tried it 2 times. The menu only had 1 or 2 entrees, along with the items that we could get in the Lido. We wound up eating breakfast in the Lido for the next two weeks. To top it all off, on the last night of our cruise, the cauliflower, carrots and potatoes on my wife's Salmon dinner had brown spots. She cut off the brown spots and ate the vegetables. She later had an upset stomach. The next day (disembarking day), her stomach was still upset. An hour after arriving home, diarrhea set in. She has virtually spent over 12 hours in the bathroom. This was our first Princess cruise, and it will be our last!

Sandie Mosher

We had a great 10-day Cruise. The spa on this cruise ship was fantastic. The only people that work on the ship that are happy to be there are the people working in the spa. Everybody else it's just a job to them and heaven forbid that they should smile or even make eye contact. Totally ridiculous that you pay so much money for this kind of a cruise and the Personnel aren't as excited to see you as you are to see them. But you learn fast don't interrupt the Personnel anywhere on the ship they don't want to hear your issues. One of the elevators wasn't working for a couple of days I'm not sure they even figured it out until I went up to the guest house and told them. They should be going around the ship making sure that everything is in shipshape and working properly. Very disappointed in the food all of the dining rooms served the same menu.

I have only ever left out of the Princess Cruises terminal so I wouldn’t know about any of the other terminals but it is very clean. Porters wait outside to help you with your bags (they only work for tips). Plenty of seats for waiting but usually you don’t have to wait long at all. Very efficient Check-in or Check-out and luggage collection, everything went so smooth and only took couple minutes. I have traveled around the world embarking and disembarking cruise terminals in many places, and in my personal opinion, Port Everglades is one of the best visited! Each time when we arrived here either to get on or get off our cruise ship it has been done in a very organized manor. It is a well organised system where everything comes together: local police & sheriff agencies, federal customs & boarder patrol, union baggage handlers, ship restocking delivers of food & booze companies, cruise ship staffs and multiple cruise ship operators all in the port at one time. Great to see how it all works! Great experience with Princess Cruises staff!

Channon Smith

Great cruise line. The next time we're trying the next tier up though. If it's too much then we'll surely be back to Princess

martin emilcent

Have good food, and a lot of fun stuff to do

Carol Mitchell

Love the cruises. Need more food choices

Pat McDaniel

Enjoyed our cruise on this ship. Good food, entertainment nightly, free room service, very friendly and helpful staff.

Dori Vick

This was our first cruise and it was a wonderful experience. Good food, and great service. The boat is well taken care of and so were we.

Ray Aitken

Good cruise and beautiful places we visited

Jean Wendel

Just returned from a more than a fabulous cruise! Great food, service, and shows. Everything was very clean, service personnel full of smiles and very helpful Not my first time on PRINCESS CRUISES NOR MY LAST.

R. Shi

Our first time on the cruise and Princess makes everything so easy! The medallion program is such a breakthrough technology and you feel so connected on board! We got a standard room with a big balcony, the view is amazing and the room is pretty decent. Entertainment is very well organized and you can tell the crew put so much effort into it!

Daniel Juarez

I love Princess! The employees are always very attentive and the venues and boat are always extremely clean. The food is amazing and even if you don’t like something, the chefs are always willing to make something to your taste. Just a great way to relax

Irene Sayre

Excellent service...we were treated like Princesses!!

lily coco

Princess cruise line does an excellent job at a great vacation. I have cruised exclusively with them and will in the future.

Peggy Arnold

Best cruise line in the industry. Only Princess for us. Family focused. Impeccable service, superb entertainment. Always something to see or do. Quality at it's best.

Daniel Rabinkov

Best cruise Iine in the world. There is so much to do and there is always time to relax. The food is also spectacular. Most modern cruise ever.

Sandi Gladstone

Our favorite cruise line. As regular travelers on Princess we have reached Elite status which gives us extra perks. My advice to people who like to cruise: stick with one cruise line and enjoy the things you gain as a regular traveler.

Cathy Lemberg

Lovely but too many people...too large a vessel for my taste

Dan Wilding

We cruised on the royal princess... wow, what a ship. We saw the Guernsey Isle, three stops in Ireland, three stops is Scotland, two stops in Great Brittan and a stop in France. The itinerary was awesome! The food was fabulous! The entertainment was very good. This was a wonderful cruise. Great cruisline! Great staff!!!

Lisa Scott

Princess Regal was a fantastic beautiful ship! They really know how to do luxury with a whole lot of smiles and friendliness. Entertainment was awesome and I look forward to booking again. 7 days to Eastern Caribbean what a way to spend it.

Teresa Fredricks

Excellent service and accomodations. We had a Wonderful cruise!

Robert Robertson

1st cruise... was NOT disappointed. Very well run operation. Planning on many more visits!

Val Clark

We really liked the cruise. Our steward and main waiters were great. The photo people charged way to much and made excuses for the pictures having a red glow. Not at all professional.

Patricia Marcin

Food on lido deck not as plentiful or good as other cruises. Showers were horribly small. One chair in balcony room. Need I say more.

Marcia Boyer

so I just spent my last two weeks on the Caribbean Princess I had the time of my life some of the best dinner shows and islands you could ever ask for special shout-out to Colleen as she was the best bartender ever next to Dominique. DJ Layla kept the tunes going along with DJ Romeo thanks so much for the best time for my birthday. And topaz keep up the great work.

Denise- Marie

It's a bit tough going thru customer service at times while booking. But the cruise itself is lovely. ON BOARD you'll find better than good to exceptional service through out. Friendly and Engaging staff. A clean ship 24/7, wonderful food and entertaining programs with a huge array of choices every day. It is the perfect way to relax! No cooking or cleaning for the duration. Medallions to find shipmates everywhere. Staff & Passengers from over 50 countries. The ship is big enough to hold over or about 3300 passengers to ensure sea sickness is a thing of the past; its just the right size to create a pleasant environment. One where kindness towards others is abundant. The Cabins are okay, clean, average beds, the top bunks and roll a ways are not the most comfortable and not the worst. The regular beds are comfy. Your hardly in there so it doesn't take away from the relaxing atmosphere they are able to maintain throughout.

David Wang

Not bad, but not as good as symphony of the seas. Vibration is much worse than others, feel it in midship stateroom, even in the theater. Hopefully the coming new one like sky princess is better.

Jacqueline McSweeney

We're having a great time. So many Pleasant Enterprises , but the Churchill room routines compete with the hot sauna.

Frank DeAngelis

Beautiful ship, great crew and delicious food. The best cruise ship line.

Misc Mail

Princess quality has deteriorated over the years. Food, entertainment and service was a high standard, unfortunately all are now more mediocre than great. It's hit or miss with Princess... you may be on a cruise and it goes great... on the other hand, you can continue on that same cruise for a second leg and it can be your worse week ever. Food has lowered in standard. Buffet consists of leftovers from the previous day's dining room menu. Stay away from the buffet.. many guest ignore the advisement of washing hands or using the hand sanitiser. Always avoid touching surfaces and then your face.

Rick Griffiths

Carnival cruise ship called the Horizon was the best ship ever!

Andrew.C.J Blockley

Excellent I think the best to date when you look at size.

Timothy Crook

Can't say enuf good things. Service, the greatest. From all personnel, from the Captain to Clean up.

Carrie Durand

Went on a 10 day cruise. Had a balcony suite. Was pretty small..Need better pillows. Food was great, but salty.Entertainment was hit or miss. Islands were gorgeous. Ship personnel were helpful. Especially bar tenders, waiters, waitresses, room cleaners. Sanctuary needs a little help. Service there was not up to par. But they'll get there.

Jansen Wendlandt

Audience tends towards passengers that appreciate a little more sophistication, while not being over the top pretentious. The onboard gym was plentiful spacious, while also amazingly being quite full most of the cruise. Having traveled with other cruise companies, I appreciated them not strongly pushing bulk alcohol. Yes, there still of course were individuals that were overly intoxicated, but they were the minority. #cruise #travel

Joel Lazala

My fiance and I cruise frequently. Princess Cruise defenetly made our vacations memorable.

Sheree Geving

Love Princess Cruises , security is GREAT, for safety in traveling with girls and small children. Staff was attentive ,but also left you be when we were playing games. Our 10th cruise I believe. We have only gone on Princess. Would be hard for us to try another line.

Ken Aull

Excellent experience. The Coral Princess. The big negative, the room outlets are so close together that only one device can charged at the same time. That was the negative.

Jewel Fleming

This is my first cruise and it was AMAZING ! The staff and entertainment was magnificent!

Jay Wilson

Booked an 8 day cruise with a balcony cabin. Nice cabin ..well appointed. The Caribbean princess was recently renovated. The ship was really clean and well fitted with restaurants and dinning options. Even sugar free dinning options. Entertainment was from morning till early morning light. Numerous bars/clubs and movies under the stars. Casino and options for dancing or karoake. Something bvb for everyone. Wifi worked well.

Tammy Alverson

Was good, just not what we're used to, we prefer fun type ships with a more lively atmosphere. A few mishaps on the ships part with tenders. Cabin was nice but the smallest we've had on a cruise line.

Gary White

Princess meets all our needs. Nice clean spacious balcony room, Good food ( Crown Grill A + ) , Excursions well done, On board Entertainment > top notch. (Pay allot in Toronto to see the same). Staff super. Our stateroom man Rickie.. Wonderful.

Wyolean Cordy

Refreshing - This was a 14 day cruise and a much needed time away. I enjoyed the service received from the crew. The ship was clean and comfortable. The days at sea was packed with entertainment, eventhough you can just relax doing nothing. The food was delicious. This was not our first trip with Princess. Prices are comparable with other cruise lines. My husband and I enjoyed Princess and will travel with them again.

Joyce Allen

Always exquisite service, namely the food, entertainment, and staff. The shore excursions are great. You are warned if there is a lot of walking or special challenges. I would like to see more diversified shopping experiences on the ships, namely shoes, wigs, and other brand name clothing.

David Nancy Kuhn

Love this Cruise line. Have excellent cruises at reasonable prices. Great ships super staff, great entertainment, great food. Have great prices on drop and go cruises.

Mike H

Great experience going thru the Panama Canal. Recommend it. Coral Princess ship is an older ship and smaller. About 2000 passengers. Service and food was good. Shower very small in balcony type room.

Roger Wilson

Great vacation. Service was the best. Food was above average. Great shows. Enjoyed the facilities. Going again next year

Benjamin Manfre

we took a 7 day cruise that went from Florida to the Bahamas, Mexico, Grand Cayman, and another place it was the Western Cruise series. The ship was very clean and organized and well laid out the staff was fantastic with zero problems from anyone. The rooms were very spacious and done well and the amenities on the ship were great. we cruise at least once a year and princess has become our favorite cruise line which we almost always take now.

Shanita Purdom

What can I say Awesome such a great bunch of people it's a blessing when you can go on vacation and can deal with wholesome people. Princess cruise awesome job i will be back

grant aird

One of my favorite cruise lines. Beautiful ships that are well maintained. Food very good. Love the cabins.

Linda S

The ship and crew were amazing. We had a great experience.

a jan

Love the "come back" perks". I love the beds, linens. My back doesn't hurt, when I get out of bed in the morning.

Keven Youngblood

Great ship and crew! Be sure to research excursions though; got burned on the “Amazing Reef, Stingray and Starfish encounter in Grand Cayman. No refreshments, 1 stingray, no star fish, and no reef! Boat operator had all kinds of delays. Barely made it back on board after when we were done with tour the busses the take is back were 40 minutes late. 3/14/19

Kim Christensen

Princess is excellent value for the money and I guarantee that the crew will make you feel welcome and appreciated

Ahnal De Gamarra

I love going on cruises but this year I'm a little disappointed. We visited five countries and saw what? Shopping, shopping, and more shopping places, lava rocks, a banana packing plant, high school dance and lots of ocean! The highlight was the Panama canal. Where is the culture, interaction with natives besides going shopping, the history of the countries, etc? I think I would have been better off booking my own tour.

Dannie Hicks

Great Cruise fun crew most of them very happy to be working on the cruise line

Trey West

Very fun and accomendating for all ages, whether it be you want to relax, get involved with others, or just see the world this is the best cruise line for it.

Jose Navarro

I was on the Regal Princess, i liked everything overall. It's a smaller ship than other big ones like the royal but our trip main mainly to visit europe and the baltic sea which was great. The crew is very helpfull and has great attitude. They spend sometimes 9 months in the ship without vacations so we nees to understand that they might be grumpy sometimes but it was not the case with me, ill give them that!.

Angela Cleverdon

Great vacation! This was my first cruise. Absolutely loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need anything you have to ask and they will do what they can to help. The food was excellent. Definitely recommend this trip.

David Young

Loved our cruise on Carribran Princess! Great entertainment and food. Crew and staff were friendly and efficient. Ship design worked wonderfully. Crew scrubbed down public areas every night. We felt safe and relaxed.

Speckled Jim

Love cruising! Miami to Quebec this time, a great itinerary.

James Duggan

AMAZING experience... Service was Outstanding..in every department..Food was incredible.. Immaculate everywhere...All round 5

Elise Scher

My husband and I have sailed on over 8 cruises with Princess Cruises. We always have lots of fun on those cruises. But we find their new Ocean Medalien computer system difficult and confusing to use.

Colleen McConnell

Wonderful trip and cruise line. I truly was treated like a queen

Marlene Schram

Great Baltic Baltic Scandinavian cruise. Included St. Petersburg and Berlin.

Jeff oberdank

13 cruises and counting. I have never been disappointed. Great service every time.!

Richard Henry

We really love Princess cruises. The ships are great the staff is always good and the food is fantastic. There is always something to do and there shows are always good.

Bernardo Abreu

The medallion tech is a great achievement that saved me hours of searching my travel companions throughout the ship. The crew was friendly but a bit inexperience was noteworthy. The buffet at Lido deck was better than most ships, but the dinning room was not so good. It had plenty of nice spaces, but not a lot of novelties (in that regard it could be indistinguishable from other ships). Loved some of the events, especially Doug Funk.

Wendy Priolo

Awesome cruise. Wonderful, friendly, accommodating crew. Excellent food. Entertainment was fun and creative. Will definitely go on another one. :)

Kathryn Arata

The medallion was a terrific addition to the overall experience. A definite time saver.

Doreen

I have been on a few cruise lines and was not a fan of Princess. The ship, Caribbean Princess was very dated. Most travelers appeared to be 70+ yrs. old. Staff and food were amazing! We did anytime dining but didn't like the inability to make dinner reservations in advance. Entertainment was okay but tailored to an older crowd.

Jeff and Rita Reed

Loved this cruise line. They are very professional and allowed us to relax and enjoy. This was our 1st, and we are looking forward to the next one on Princess!

Ali Hunt

If your looking for a cruise line that offers great amenities and fun ports of call...look no further! We absolutely loved the new medallion series. It was a great way to get around the ship, pay for things and interact with on board computer screens. Way to go Princess! You've definitely out done yourselves.

Steve Simser

Cruise was great. Wife fell while on an excursion with ship. Ship was very very helpful in attending her medical needs. Arranged to get her to a hospital in Cartegena Can't say enough about how we were treated. Thankyou Princess

Kirti Makati

Good cruise, food for older crowds. First cruise to promote LGBT people. Dead at 11pm. No one on the deck. Not even pizza after 11pm. Shame on schedule to put people to their room. Food is excellent.

Elizabeth Welch

Almost excellent. Very close. Food is very good and abundant. You do not have to wait much. Very organized. Cabin balcony was too small for 2.

L B

Having a great time. Highly recommend.

Me & my family travel with princess lots of time, but this is the first time we have accident on the cruise! My dad was smacked by a shower gel bottle, which felt off itself in the men's change room! He was bleeding & using the towel to clear the blood where there's a cleaner stood beside him, but said nothing! We didn't know until my dad got out from change room, so we call the front desk right away & see if my dad can see a doctor! The lady answered the call was so nice at the beginning , hear our story & immediately asked us which room we wanted the medical charged for......we told them that's something the cruise should be responsible because my dad didn't felt himself, it was caused by a loose shower gel holder, the lady kept asking us what room should her charged? It's became circling around, and it's time for our dinner but my dad barely walked himself! So we asked for a wheelchair first, then the same question had been asked again, "which room should I be charged?" By the end of the cruise, we asked for the incident report. We're told by the head supervisor that anyone on the cruise if they've injures, they need to pay to see the doctor , then they start investigating the incident , if they find out it's their mistake, they will reimburse money back to you. Who know how long it takes the whole process & who will have time for it when we go back to real world ! It's kinda shock me that I won't even get a wheelchair from them, especially lots the seniors were on our ship. I just want everyone knows it's best for you dont get any accident or stay healthy on the ship, or either you're prepare to pay any medical bills on the ship which might or might not reimburse back to you! Lucky we brought our own bruising cream my dad feel much better can walk in couples of days, except the cut. I was wonder why the cleaner (staff)was just stand there watching my dad bleed without offering him any helped!

Jack

Caribbean Princes Panama canal cruise was the best cruise we have ever been on! Fantastic crew, ship, and destinations! We will go on the same cruise again.

Paul Lefebvre

Very active cruise director and activities! An extensive variety of wonderful food. And a perfect place to relax if you wish.

Expensive... but I left my heart on one of these ships (Caribbean Princess). Staff on the ship were amazing. I found the embarkation staff mixed, most were friendly but a few were annoyed. Otherwise, a great experience. Can't wait to return.

This is the place my partner took me before passing away. He showed me laughter and fell in love with the way the crew treated you the whole time while on your vacation. I had an amazing time. But I have to figure out how I can do this on my own now. But loved it

Amazing ship and the service was extraordinary! Been on many cruise lines and can say this is honestly one of the best. As with all cruises pick and choose your daily tours. In the smaller countries the hop on hop off buses are a good deal.

Nice ships good food well run

this was a fun week long cruise. We visited some nice islands, and there was a decent amount of things to see and do on the ship. This was my first cruise. I am not a big Cruise person, so I was pleasantly surprised at certain things. However, there were some items I did not like, but that is to be expected as no vacation is perfect.

This review is for Princess/Emerald Ship. Cruised Athens-Santorini-Kotor-Messina-Salarno-Barcelona. Overall: One of our favorite ships, and one of our favorite cruises! Ship atmosphere: Relaxed. This cruise was all about the destinations, no over-the-top gimmicks, climbing walls and waterslides! Energy was saved for the ports and excursions. Very few young children. Lido Deck 247/Balcony: We LOVED being on the Lido deck. Walk right out to the pool, food, etc. Good size, huge closet, lot of drawers. Our favorite cabin on any cruise we've sailed on. Princess Beds: We miss that bed! The bed/bedding were so comfortable. Internet: Incredible! Texts and pictures were sent/received instantly. Facebook, posting pictures, using Google Maps, news, etc. Not once was anything slow. One night we were nowhere near land in the middle of the ocean and sat inside our cabin Facetiming our children. And this is before the upcoming Medallion system! Food: We arrived to see a Gluten free acknowledgment on the desk, even though I'd already received an email verification from them. When we gave our card for drinks at dinner, the server would then point out what was gluten free on the menu. So nice to know they take it seriously. There were always gluten free options, with always at least one dessert option in the main cafeteria area. However, the food was hit or miss; sometimes great, sometimes not. Not as memorable as other cruises, but not bad, mostly. Share: Amazing food! But allow a lot of time! There are six courses with considerable time in between. For us, it was just too much time spent on dinner - about 3 hours. But all of the people working there were very nice and went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner special. They even sang to us! Crooner's Bar/AJ Clarke: We ended up going there a lot! The bartenders were professional, friendly, and skilled. They introduced us to a Beverly Hills Iced Tea. AJ Clarke was talented and entertaining. Skywalker's Bar: The bartenders were great! Funny, accommodating, and skilled! We sat at the bar the last night and wished we'd done that every night. We went to Skywalker's almost every evening. The DJ, servers, music - average. The bartenders there made Skywalker's! Pools: There were four pools, never crowded, loved them all. The band, The Sound, played at Neptune pool. Great band, but so loud! When they started playing many people would move to the top deck but many would leave. I felt bad for the band as I'm sure they noticed people leave. But it wasn't them, it was just overwhelmingly loud if you were down in the pool area. Front Desk: They were instrumental in getting our luggage to us, that had been missing for five days. It was the fault of United, but when our luggage finally made it to Santorini, it was them that got it from the port, onto the ship, and to our room. Pompeii Ruins: Our very favorite excursion, ever! Our guide, Paulo, was incredible! This is simply a must! Steward: This was our first cruise where our steward (his name was Kemmanat) disappointed us. We were to leave the room by 7 and again by 5:30 for dinner or we were openly criticised or made to regret it. He would scold us if we weren't in port, or wanted to eat later, or not in bed early, telling us we wouldn't receive his services if we didn't comply. One night, after we told him we were getting ready, he barged in hoping to make us get ready faster. I was naked. This was a purposeful violation of our privacy and trust, alarming and frightening. Part of a cruise is enjoying the freedom to experience the many wonderful things scheduled, at all times, not being bullied into the steward's schedule. But what do you do when someone has a key to your room and there's nothing you can do about it? You respond with kindness, but include it in your review. Hopefully others will also let Princess know, and this will be taken care of for future cruisers. Summary: We love Princess, and we loved the Emerald! We had an almost perfect week!

I actually enjoyed this Cruise I have found that like every other business oh, the cruise business has decided to nickel-and-dime you to death. Advertised always as you're floating Hotel, it now is your floating Department store. Almost every inch of space possible has been move to some sort of business. Except for the business of the people on board the ship. You never paid for anything to eat or drink except for alcoholic drinks prior to the last couple years with cruise ships. Now you pay for even a bottle of water. They have Wi-Fi on the ship and they know you are a captive audience because there's nowhere else to go to get Wi-Fi so now You have to pay to use their Wi-Fi. There is plenty to do in this cruise line and you meet some very interesting people. But I miss Princess Cruises when they were actually catering to the people who paid the fares to get on them and appreciated those customers.

Love Princess Cruises. Great service. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We have cruised several time with Princess and never had a bad experience. The ships are fantastically done with amenities and the crew is always friendly and helpful with anything you need. Food is amazing - glad they jave a workout area

Princess boarding felt efficient, and was easy to navigate. Caught an Uber to our hotel after the cruise from the same point as we boarded and the driver knew exactly where to go. It seemed like an overall seamless process, for how turbulent I can imagine disembarking thousands of cruisers can be...

Wendy Hunter

Onboard activities are varied and lots of fun. Entertainment is first class. Staff are professional and very accommodating. Wifi packages are very reasonable.

The best!!! So hospitable, beautifully designed & decorated, delicious meals.....it's to do yet you can find solitude as well. Amazing!!! Going again one day.

Purchasing the cruise transfer was well worth it. Both embarkation & disembarkation went very smoothly. One exception was when embarking, security confiscated my fan for the duration of the cruise & didn't return it until we disembarked & picked up our luggage, forcing me to open the luggage in the transfer parking lot to pack the fan. Security should have returned the fan the night before disembarkation, so it could have been packed with all my other personal items.

The whole trip has been fantastic. The evening shows are great and the excursions just perfect. Looking forward to St Petersburg tomorrow.

This is my first time on Princess Cruise. The ship is confusing to find cafes and other events of interest. Staff don't seem to be knowable about any other part of the ship except their own work assignment. There are many aspects of the ship that are not customer friendly. The food was not that tasty. Best part was the size of our mini suite.

Lynn Horne

It was great the food was delicious and the pool was nice and the beds where comfortable and relaxing

Robert Gould

By far one of the best cruises I've ever been on!! Embarkation was smooth and friendly! Our mini suite was amazing! Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Our statesman John was excellent along with our waitstaff Gabriella and georgine in the main dining room ! The food was very good in the main dining room and the buffet was as well with many options to choose from ! The entertainment was top notch every night ! Thoroughly enjoyed the piano bar ! The pools were clean and fresh water which was awesome. Never at all did it seem crowded with plenty of chairs by all the pools ! Movie under the stars was amazing..the staff would put cushions over the chairs with pillows and hand out bags of popcorn ! Blankets were also available! The salty dog , slice pizza were excellent! This was our first cruise with princess and loved it !

Bruce Porter

The stateroom attendant and servers were all terrific. The shows on the Caribbean Princess were "okay". The food was completely uninspired. I've been on several other Princess ships, probably the Emerald being our favorite to date. This cruise has pushed us more to Celebrity. Seems Carnival Corporation is doing their best to ruin all their subsidiary lines. They've taken the shine off HAL and now they're decimating Princess.

Norra Church

We had another great time with the Princess line! Regal was very nice as are all the staff we encountered! Always neat and clean, the food is great. Horizon Court & Bistro have a terrific assortment all day and night. Regal Princess' "Churchill's" smoking room isn't as nice as the full bar Churchill's on Caribbean Princess,,, that's my biggest complaint. LOL!

Adeline Kuo

Food is good, some staff are good, others, including front desk have minimal customer service skills.

Brilliant cruises. Going again next year

The food was excellent, I would give 5 stars for food services and waiters are super helpful and nice, housekeeping wasn't good, bathrooms always smells and bed sheets never changed, no vaccum even for room 's floor. We went with 4 kids, it wasn't kids friendly ship mostly seniors, 2 small pools and kids club doesn't have much plans, it was mostly like a daycare. I don't recommend it for families with kids.

Karolina Guzek

My favourite cruise line! Just came back from another amazing cruise. I travelled with 3 children - they loved the ship, entertainment, swimming pools, deck 17 kids clubs, food, breakfast with Stanley, everything. On some islands they didn't even want to go off the ship, as there were so many attractions on-board. Staff are amazing, very kind, very helpful. Itineraries are interesting. Definitely highly recommended!

Western Caribbean cruise. OUR FIRST & definitely the first of many; can't wait to book our next one. We enjoyed our favorite foods and tried so many new ones. The entertainment was fun and the crew made us feel like family.
