Dec 2017, my husband and I took the full day tour: beaches, everglades and yacht. I was initially off-set by the driver as he rushed to hand out maps and began driving. This guy driving and Never Spoke Never Spoke A Word to of intrest. After about 15min and passing DASH clothing store 3 times; he pulls over and the real tour guide on-boarded. The 2nd guy, passed out translating headsets and we had an awesome day! Best part was the boat ride through Miami harbour and private islands.

Although nice staff, I did not enjoy this trip. The price of the tour did not compare to what we got out of it. -The Safari park that we were taken to was tiny and only had alligators. -There was so little time in the park that, although tiny, we had to rush through and didn't see much (you're supposed to be able to have lunch, go on a 45-min air boat tour, see a show and have a wander in less than two hours...) -Veeeery loud music and tour guidance in the bus - to the point that my kid held her hands over her ears for the durantion of the bus trip. -Very good that younger kids were given head phones instead if ear buds for the air boat tour! Don't recommend.

No complaints at all. Everything went very well. We had to cancel our first tour. I did this by E-mail. They replied very fast and our money was credited within a couple of days. The Tour to Everglades was very nice. We definitelly recommend Miami Tour company.

Extremely disorganized tour. Spend most of the tour time waiting for the bus to get the tour of the city. Once the tour was over I had to wait over 1 hour for the transportation to take me back to hotel. Bad experience! Never again! Staff is unprofessional and rude

Me and my fiance booked the boat tour to view famous people mansion. The tour and scenery was fine. They hand you a pamphlet to with drinks options and on the front of the pamphlet it has a special for a souviner cup which include a drink for $9.95 instead of $20 So I ask the lady bartender for two of these special and she said the cost is $13.00 each. I showed her their pamphlet that says the cost is $9.95 She refused to honor the price of their advertise cost. I also asked her where is the $9.95 special and she avoided answering my question all together. By this time I didn't even feel like drinking anymore. The second problem was we filled out this sheet paper that was given to all the passenger to win a prize. Lucky for us we were one of two couples that won but to our surprise we were taken down from the upper deck to the bottom one only to get a sale pitch to buy condo and something like a time share. All this time , me and my fiance were missing the tour and the salesman had the nerve to ask for a $40 deposit which he indicated it would be given back to us after we watch some presentation. My fiance and I was so heated we could have jumped in the lake and swam back to our loading dock. Never again.

Fantastic tour. We came straight from cruise ship and were able to participate within the tour knowing our luggage was safely stored on the bus. We had a great time and the guides were great fun and we got some great pictures.

The driver, however, was a bit strange, we have received a few explanations in English to the Everglades, but he did most of the driving information given in Spanish, with the nice indication that one should look out the window but if you do not understand spanish , On the highway just before leaving the bus is then left lying sudden, the engine stopped, the driver then said he hoped that we now do not meet another vehicle, but we can go on the same as it is in the engine failure only a software problem IN QUESTION. We had now really scared that something might happened here. Once we are becoming arrived safely, the driver was another indication of his tip, so that one would be again taken back by him. That was probably meant as a joke of it, we felt it in these situations and after Vorkommniss on the highway rather than subtle threat and to be sure have nen Zehner slipped. The Evergladestour spot with the airboat we found great and had our fun. Our tip: Best for such tours rent a car and drive yourself. Auf dem Highway kurz vor der Abfahrt ist der Bus dann plötzlich liegengeblieben, der Motor ging aus, der Fahrer sagte dann er hoffe, dass uns jetzt nicht ein anderes Fahrzeug trifft, wir aber gleich weiterfahren können, da es sich bei dem Ausfall des Motors nur um ein Softwareproblem handele. Wir hatten nun echt Angst, dass uns hier etwas passierten könnte. Nachdem wir dann doch sicher angekommen sind, gab der Fahrer noch einen Hinweis auf seinen tip, damit man auch wieder von ihm mit zurückgenommen werden würde. Das war von ihm wohl als Witz gemeint, wir empfanden es in dieser Situationen und nach dem Vorkommniss auf dem Highway eher als subtile Drohung und haben sicherheitshalber nen Zehner zugesteckt. Die Evergladestour vor Ort mit dem Airboot fanden wir toll und hatten damit auch unseren Spaß. Unser Tipp: Am besten für solche Touren einen Mietwagen nehmen und selbst hinfahren.

I was in Miami a couple months ago and visited a city tour. It was an unforgetable experience. So, when my friend and me decided to visit Florida Keys I suggested to book with Miami Tour Company again. The thing I liked most about the tour was snorkeling in Key West. The crew were very helpful! They taught me how to use the mask and diving tube (it was the first time I snorkeled). We saw a lot of beautiful fish passing under us. It was amazing! And on our way back we were treated with free drinks. Thank u, guys for an awesome adventure!

Everglades tour was great, but bus service not so much. Bus was late picking up. Then told us a 1:30 pick up / leave time which did not offer enough time to go to the alligator show. However, we then sat on the bus "waiting" for 30 minutes. I guess we could have seen the show if we were not told to be on the bus. Poorly scheduled bus tour company, but wonderful Everglades tour.

So my friend and I did the tour today. We absolutely loved it and the staff (both the driver, I forgot his name but he’s from Medellín, Colombia) and the tour guide, Juan (from Buenos Aires, Argentina) did amazing. I do want to apologize to both of them, on behalf of the other tour members that were rowdy, disruptive, and not respective of other peoples’ times. You guys did awesome given your circumstances!! The Key West trip was awesome, just a bit disappointed on how we spend some $$. On the bus ride the tour guide goes over excursions that are available and that they recommend to buy it on the buss because in island it’s sold out and,or will cost more. So of course me and my fiancé are always down for deals, he sold us on a jet ski rental which he said it’s $150 and 2 trolley tickets at $40 each, told us to pay him $140 on buss and then $90 at the rental. We get to the jet ski rental place and the guy says yes it’s $99 for the rental regular price. Offiurse we paid it and has a blast with Angel the owner there. But very disappointed on the tour guide.

We took the Airboat tour on Feb. 6, 2014. They were very prompt and picked us up within 5 minutes of the designated time. They even called the night before to confirm time and location. Our driver, Jeffery was excellent! He accounted for everyone and got each person off to their own tour buses along the way. On the ride to the Everglades, he also gave some extra commentary about what we were seeing, and he pointed out a few gators too. The airboat ride was a bit short, but as advertised - just half an hour. Still, very spectacular and we saw many gators, birds and beautiful scenery. A very nice way to spend the day in Miami. We were back to our hotel right on schedule. Would definitely recommend Miami Tour Company!

After coming back from a 4 night cruise our group decided to take the Everglades tour package with Miami Tour Company. The mini bus picked us right on time at the docking port and the whole tour was incredible. This was our second time in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area and I don't think there is a better way to spend the day. This bus is equipped with a front exterior camera which feeds several tv's inside so that everyone can see. Our tour guide Jorge was exceptional and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time and a safe tour. For the families out there, definitely do the Everglade tour as you and the kids will learn a lot about this amazing ecosystem and hopefully see some alligators and exotic birds on the way. Taking a tour with the Miami Tour Company is a must when you are in Miami and was certainly one of highlights of our trip! The staff at Miami Tour Company is excellent, always very friendly, professional so down to earth. Also so refreshing to get to this state of the art bus and have a nice bottle of cold water waiting for you!!! Your company and your service is truly the BEST!!!

It was my first trip to Miami. My friend has been there before. We both enjoyed the tour. It was well paced with multiple stops at places like the Biltmore Hotel, Holocaust Memorial, and Little Havana. I liked being able to see well known places like South Beach and Coral Gables. We learned a lot from our friendly driver/guide as well as from the seat back recordings/headphones, which are available in multiple languages. They provided us water and time for lunch. The climate controlled bus was new and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this tour for others visiting Miami.

I took a group of 12 Russian tourist to Miami. I made a reservation with Miami Tour company to meet us in the airport, to give us a tour in Russian language of a city of Miami and Everglades, to take us to the port, because we had a cruise, and at the end to take us to the airport. Everything was perfect, on time, with smile, and lots of explanations, becides a tour. We couldn't be more happier with our choice. I want to say special thank you to Michelle Moore, and two of our drivers. When we had a problem with our hotel, our driver was waiting for us for 3 hours. I'll recommend everybody to use this wonderful company.

My friend and I recently had the opportunity to spend an extra day in Miami. Neither of us had really seen it so we chose the Miami day tour. It was an excellent tour and it showed us a little of everything. I only wish we had had more time at the Holocaust Museum which was really beautiful. Anyway, we had such a nice time, my friend decided we should sign up for the Everglades tour as she had never seen it. Turned out I had been to Gator Park but anyway, it was fun and except for all the construction, we had a wonderful trip to the Everglades. Going to Gator park is not really a great way to see the Everglades - there is so much more - but it is a good way to show a sample of it to tourists with only a short time available. I will definitely recommend this company for anyone interested in seeing Miami. Thanks for a great day.

Daniel (driver) and Juan Carlo (tour guide) were excellent. Loved that they included stops in South Beach, Wynwood and Little Havana. Also they provided us with all the ice cold water we needed on a hot day and complimentary shots of Cuban coffee. They even took group photos. We'd recommend this tour to anyone!

PLEASE STAY AWAY!! This place gave me, possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. A simple misunderstanding turned into me missing my boat, loss of money spent on parking during a hectic day where parking was sparce, and gave me a lot more stress than a fun boat tour of star island was supposed to be. I recently went to key west where I experience one of the best tours I ever been on, and decided to see if my hometown could deliver the same pleasure—I was sadly mistaken. I showed up to the kiosk at 4:00, 30 minutes before my tour, where I was met by an employee who led everyone to the docks. After waiting in line, right as I was going to board the boat they said to turn around and head back to The kiosk. I showed them my online purchase receipt, but they refused to accept it and turned me around anyway. I then went back to The kiosk where I was notified that I missed my boat and would not be getting a refund. This is completely unacceptable. And I will never recommend this tour to anyone.PLEASE STAY AWAY!

My wife and my son and I were reluctant to do any tours because we have heard of bad drivers and since my younger brother Derek was the tour guide and driver we were even more apprehensive, but for family we felt we had to do this for the support. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! He was a great driver and he even let his nephew talk on the intercom. The tour was very cool ,very informative and the guy at the gator park made my wife kiss a giant bull frog ..That was the best! We really had an awesome time and have recommended taking this tour to some friends who were visiting

I purchased the boat tour at 11:00 pm the night before & decided to add hotel pick up/drop off to my package for an extra $15. Perfect! The huge bus picked me up right on time every time & i felt so at ease going to Bayside this way instead of a taxi since i was by myself. The driver was sooo very nice. He called me by name & He walked me to the boat kiosk from the bus & made me feel at ease about how to get back to him for going back to the hotel. I recommend adding the pick up/drop off. Such a great value. Provided just enough time after the boat tour for lunch & browsing & listening to live music at Bayside Mall. Bus picks you up @9:25am & picks up at mall again @2:15. Great slow paced Boat tour is 10:45-12:15. Worth every penny!

Amazing experience for the second time. We booked a tour through your company last year and loved it. We returned to Miami with a large group and we booked again along with everyone else but we added the Everglades. My mom and sister came to visit. I didn't know what they should do while I was at work, so I sent them on the City and Everglades tour with Miami Tour Company. They had a great day seeing the sights. My mom said the driver was nice and my sister took lots of pictures. They liked that they were offered free bottled water and that they were able to listen to the tour in spanish. If you're looking for a good way to entertain your family and friends when they come for a visit, I recommend Miami Tour Company, they will love it!

The Miami Max Sightseeing tour was Great! I have a physical disability and they offered to do a complete bus tour instead of having to walk. The staff was great and very knowledgeable of Miami. The food was good at the Cuban restaurant and the ice cream was delicious in Little Havana. Pick up and drop off from Hotel, Food and Dessert for the price was excellent!

Great bus guide. Bus was on time. I wish the Everglades tour wasn't advertised for all ages. I would highly recommend not bringing a young child. The boat is advertised as 60% quieter than the other boats but it was still ear hurting loud. I had to cover my babies ears and my anxiety was through the roof. I would have never booked the tour if I would have known. The gator show was kind of lame too.

This was a fun tour. The bus was punctual and comfortable. The boat ride was great and we saw a couple of alligators. We didn't have time to see the animal show because of the rain that delayed our boat ride.

Horrible experience ever! Extremely unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful employees. I had booked tickets online for 3 adults and 1 infant (< 2 years) for a 3.30 PM cruise. We had reached the Bayside Marketplace by 2.20 PM and were informed by an agent near the entrance to arrive 15 minutes before departure at the ticketing booth/dock side. We were at the ticketing booth by 3.15 PM and the agent at the booth was busy helping a few customers before us in the line. It was 3.25 PM by the time he got to us. He informed us that the cruise had already left and that he will be rebooking us on a different cruise at 5 PM. Since we had missed our actual cruise, we agreed to take this and asked him at what time we should be at the ticketing booth. He said that we should be there by 4.45 PM. Please note that the tickets actually said 4.30 PM (and not 5 PM) and hence, we asked him multiple times to confirm the time. In spite of him asking to be there at the ticketing booth by 4.45 PM, we were there by 4.25 PM because we were scared to miss our cruise this time around. Another employee came around 4.35 PM looking to board people for 4.30 PM cruise!! After that he gathered people who were supposed to board 5 PM cruise and got us to the dock. At the dock, we were requested to show out tickets and another agent who was checking our tickets said that we had missed our 4.30 PM cruise. We explained what had ensued before this and told him we were given the tickets by the booking agent and he had mentioned that we were boarding the 5 PM cruise. He didn’t give us a chance to explain and spoke over his radio to someone and asked us to go to the ticket counter and ask them to give us new tickets. We obviously did not want to go to the counter again for no mistake of ours and wanted to resolve this issue with the agent boarding us. He said that the cruise was already at full capacity and that they can not accommodate us. The agent who was taking photographs intervened, took tickets from the other agent’s hand and asked us to leave the premises. He acted as if we were trying to hitch a free trip on their cruise! We went back to the ticketing booth and explained what had happened and the booking ticket asked us to follow him to the dock. At the dock, he told the agent something and we were allowed to board the cruise. The photographer did not ask to take a photograph like he was doing with other groups and his behavior was abysmal. None of them involved in this incident apologized for their horrible behavior. Finally our cruise only left at 5.08 PM (remember that the booking agent had told us that 3.30 PM cruise had left at 3.25 PM!!). Please stay away from this company! There are better companies offering the same cruise at same/better prices.

What an awesome company!! Only had 2 and a half days in Miami and are so pleased that we contacted them to organise our tours and transfer to Orlando. Had a wonderful day on the Miami Tour and Everglades. Jim .... your a legend!! What a great guy. Learnt so much and now look at Miami in a whole new light not just beaches and palm trees. Day 2 we used them again for our day trip to Key West. Another great day! Everything organised with ease, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. We also used this company to get us transferred up to Orlando. Slight hiccup on our drop off point resulting in us having to catch a taxi to correct hotel however Miami Touring Co were happy to compensate us for this. Many thanks Michelle and Monique. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Miami and wish we had had longer. We highly recommend that visitors use this company for all your tours. I know you won't regret it

We selected the City Tour and Everglades package. The mini bus picked us right on time in Sobe and the whole tour was incredible. This was our first time in Miami and I don't think there is a better way to get to know and see the city than this. Have not seen this before, but this bus is equipped with a front exterior camera which feeds several tv's inside so that everyone can see. Our tour guide Jim was exceptional and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time and a safe tour. For the families out there, definitely do the Everglade tour as you and the kids will learn a lot about this amazing ecosystem and hopefully see some alligators on the way. Taking a tour with the Miami Tour Company is must when you are in Miami and was certainly one of highlights of our trip!

GOOD: Great tour for the price. I'd recommend it for tourists. The tour was described as indicated on the website. The bus was air conditioned w/charging units. The staff was VERY nice and provided water (as described on the website). We kept our luggage under the bus, and the driver (Guillermo) loaded it and unloaded it for us. (He was very nice!) It rained during our tour. The tour company provided large umbrellas! BAD: My only complaints are that the bus was about 1/2 hour late picking up from Bayside, and the umbrellas should have been issued out more fairly. We were a party of 4, and neither of us got an umbrella. Several guests were with a large group and could have paired up 2x2 or 3x3 to share an umbrella. Instead, many of them had umbrellas to themselves. Logically, that just doesn't make sense. We did have a small umbrella suitable for one person (that WE packed), but we definitely got caught in the rain (which made for a soggy next stop and very cold bus ride). VERY uncomfortable! TIP: I'd recommend you bring your own umbrella/raincoat if rain is expected, and bring water shoes for the stop at South Beach. I'd also suggest you BRING A TIP FOR THE DRIVER/TOUR GUIDE. I wish I had more money available for Guillermo.

We did the Miami Celebrity Houses Boat Tour in Biscayne Bay. Really great experience. You get a free drink ticket (water, soda, or canned Coors) at Mojitobar, and the tour guide was funny and entertaining. Got to see like 30+ houses of the likes of Madonna, J-Lo, Shakira, David Beckham, and the founder of Viagra! Highly recommend.

Amazing tour! Angel was our driver and Hernan was our guide. They were funny and very knowledgeable about this beautiful city. We had a blast, Little Havana was my favorite part of the tour. I do suggest bringing an umbrella for the sun and unexpected rain. Don't forget to tip!!

Outstanding Tour, we're from the UK and were heading to Miami after 5 nights in Las Vegas. The flight from Las Vegas was delayed by 19 hours meaning we missed our tour. With only 2 days remaining to see Miami, Miami Tours rescheduled our Tour for the following morning without charge and kept our Priority seats we paid for - outstanding service. Bus Driver Jorge was very welcoming as was the tour guide. With only 2 days in Miami, this tour is an absolutely must if you want to get a really good taste of what Miami is about...now we're back at the pool with the rest of the afternoon to relax (and write this review).

We had an amazing time and Jim was was a great tour guide. We were only in Miami for two nights before our cruise and this was the best way to see the city. Very disappointed! We bought our tickets online and it showed different times for the tour on that day. We decided to do the 7:00pm because we were arriving into Miami shortly before. We went to the ticket stand and they informed us the 7pm tour was sold out and there were no more tours that evening. We asked what we were to do because online it said no refunds and we were leaving Miami the next morning. The employee working at the ticket stand said to call the customer service number and tell them they were sold out and they would refund us what we paid even though it says no refunds online. We did just that and we were told the employee at the ticket stand was wrong but we can use the tickets within the next year. That’s great, but we will not be returning to Miami or vacationing again in the next year. So not only do we have 2 very bummed children, we are also out of $100. Very disappointed that we were told wrong information by an employee and yet still they weren’t willing to do anything to help us!!!

The miami tour company was perfect.Brand clean bus with our good driver Jorge.You get a good feeling at the moment you get into the bus.Seen all the interesting things in Miami with good information about the city.The bus arrived on time and made stops at places you must see: Biltmore hotel, Holocaust museum, little havana, coconut grave.After the city tour we went to the everglades which was a bit disappointing.There should be 1,5 million alligators but haven't seen one besides the 2 alligators at the presentation after the ride.The aircraft boot goes sometimes quickly through the swamp to make it a bit spectacular.But otherwise than that there's nothing special about it.But that's not the fault of the miami tour company off course. We booked private tour (Miami + Everglades) for group of 9, pickup at POM, drop off at FLL. On the morning of the pickup, Michelle texted me where to meet the bus and Gus's phone number. The bus arrived at port on time (9) , we were surprised to see a big 30 person bus. It is new and clean, and even has Chinese recorded guide played on the bus while we moved from place to place. Gus is our tour guide, I didn't realize he is the owner after I got home and check their company website about us page. He is very professional and super nice. Everywhere we went he showed us around and tell us the detail of the place we visited, even help us with taking lots of pictures. At the end, the bus drop us off at FLL on time at 4PM. In summary, our experience from the booking to the day of tour are all excellent, 5 stars! Booking agent Victoria, tour guide Gus and bus driver Angel are all very professional. Thanks you! The first tour, a combination of a city tour and an Everglades Tour was excellent. The driver Jorge was great, had a lot of local knowledge and interesting comments on things we passed on the way. The second tour, to Key West was good even though we found the driver a bit hard to understand. Also he was late picking us up in the morning and we also had to spend time waiting for people when we were supposed to go back. But as a whole the trip was good.

I just witnessed a driver from this company get irate with a group for high school kids (40+ kids and staff) because they were told to meet in the wrong spot @ Disney Springs on 3-29-17. They were 15 min late and the bus driver waited for everyone to get to bus and then he closed the doors and drove away. It was 20 min after 11pm and he left the entire group stranded. They are on a two week mission trip and I'm sorry to say that I wish I hadn't seen such a rude person on this wonderful trip to Disney World. Just fyi, I was a witness to this event and in no way a party to the group on their Mission Trip.

I loved it!!! I decided to go on the Everglades tour with 2 family members. The reservation system is easy, quick and professional. The bus was on time, it was very comfortable and we were warmly welcomed by Derek. He was so funny and had so much positive energy, the ride was great! We were very lucky to see plenty of alligators, even a tiny baby one. And now I know how to recognize an alligator from a crocodile ;-) I highly recommend Miami Tour Company, thanks to them I feel like doing more tours now, in fact I think I'm going to try each one of them! :-)

The most enjoyable tour I have ever taken. We travel a lot. The first thing we usually do to take a quick tour and get the overall idea how to plan our entire stay. This tour topped our expectations. Pleasant and welcoming Angel E. Sosa was my first contact with Miami Tour Company. He helped us to choose tours that best suited our interests. He did not hesitate to explain every details a couple of times. In addition, he sent e mails with more details. We loved his follow up and welcoming e mails. I would start from the very well-air conditioned, spotless bus and the bus driver Danny, who welcomed us. The entire ride was comfortable and fun. He knew exactly where to slow down even stop on the roadways without making us nervous or intense. While on the bus we got water, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. (This was a pleasant surprise). On the bus there was a combination of the tour guide speaking, a pre-recorded voice-soft not loud music. A really great idea was the recorded multi language prerecorded guide. My friends do not understand English well, so they had a choice of French and Russian. Our tour guide Hernan was the most knowledgeable and experienced tour guide I have met. There were no questions that raised and stayed unanswered. We loved his skills of blending his own personal experience with the history of the city, which made his stories more memorable and fun. The tour was a good overview of the Art Deco area of South Beach, the Wynwood Walls which had amazing graffiti, an iconic La Carreta Cuban restaurant for lunch (which had ample food and a selection of Cuban favorites, and strong Cuban coffee), and ice cream in Little Havana. We felt that we are getting a bit for what we paid. There were also relaxing walking tours on each stop, which allowed us to feel the heart beet of the city. We also took a spectacular Star Island Tour on a boat. And lastly, our friend left a hat and cell phone on the bus after the tour completed. It was around 10PM, driver Danny and tour guide Hernan drove back to our hotel to give us the hat and the cell phone, although their shift was over a long time ago. This was well coordinated and dispatched by Angel E. Sosa. Great job to all involved. Thank you all for an amazing trip around Miami - loved it. The Everglades tour was excellent. Daniel was my driver. He is informative, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed my conversation with him about culture in Miami and Colombia. Before the pick-up time, the bus was there waiting for us, and he called people who were not shown up. On the trip back, he dropped me at a place which is close to the airport, so I could spend only $5 taking a Uber to the airport. The bus is clean with bottled water, wifi, charging outlets free to use. Additionally, touring Everglades in January is a good experience.

Driver Angel was great. The tour guide Juan was difficult to understand. The tour on the bus was good. Getting out in South Beach to walk from Versace Mansion 1 block to take a group picture in front of some hotel and the walk to the beach after a restroom break to take another group photo on the beach seemed like a promo photo to benefit the company to show future customers what a “great time” we had.
