He is extremely knowledgeable and understands his clients. We visited Ireland and London for our first Christmas away from home with my husband and my two boys. Lionel & Greg at Lorraine travel helped us book an amazing family trip to Paris. The accommodation recommendations were excellent and very affordable. He helped us choose the Castille hotel which is in an area of Paris that was easy to access the Louvre, Champs Elysees, Opera Museum, Plaza Concorde, Van Dome, and the Sienne River. We are a family of four with a young child and teenager. Lionel included a full breakfast daily, dining credits, early check-in, and a welcome amenity (that was unexpected). Outstanding service! We booked a European river cruise and the sales service was great. Very knowledgeable agent with years of experience. However, the agency outdid it's self when the cruise line changed the onboard program. Thanks to the intervention of the agency the cruise line kept their end of the deal. We will use Lorraine going forward for all of our travel needs.

He has planned two trips for me and my family, one to Cabo, which was 5 star everything, and a second, much more complex trip, to Italy, visiting 5 cities over the course of 14 days. We have two more nights here at the Four Seasons. This resort is wonderful. We did receive a room upgrade when we arrived. That plan worked in our favor. Great ocean view with plunge pool. This is our second Four Seasons and both have been through Richie at Lorraine Travel. I don’t know if it is because of booking through you or because of this being a Four Seasons but we feel treated very well here. And the same at last years resort. The staff always give us the best tables in the restaurants always best beach bed locations. Always best spots for the shows. The management always seek us out and refer to us by name from the moment we arrive at the property. They really make you feel special. The GM Reza and Food and Beverage Manager Simone are great. Richie Massa was incompetent. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM. My three year old could have done a better job. He told us we were paid in full and when we arrived at the hotel additional money was demanded because he incompetently booked our reservation. It was embarrassing and stressful in front of our friends and family. Not only that but he misrepresented that he was educated about the resort and its rooms and the room he booked for us was not what we asked for. It was a total disaster. He then promised a refund that never came. Govern yourself accordingly if you gamble with Richie Massa.

My wife and i just wanted to say a special thankyou to Whatahotel and especially Richie for his help in securing various properties for a trip we are having in November. We travel quite a bit and in this day and age of 'everything is online’ and 'do it yourself' bookings we really didnt anticipate such a great outcome. I have used Whatahotel! to book three vacations now and could not be more pleased. I shop for travel bargains and they are hard to find when booking luxury hotels. Whatahotel! has great rates PLUS perks that add up to some serious money! All three bookings included full breakfast for 2 daily. This is valued at over $100.00 a day at the Andaz. I also received $100.00 spa voucher that I took advantage of. I don’t know how they do it, but room upgrades are also included when available. Perks vary by hotel, but I believe breakfast is usually included. Who doesn’t want free breakfast? Whatahotel! deals with luxury properties everywhere. Check them out before treating yourself to a luxury vacation. PS: I am not affiliated with Whatahotel! I am just a grateful customer wanting others to take advantage of the great deals! Much better perks than most hotel loyalty programs provide.
