I went on the Kennedy Space Center tour with my sister. It was a lot of fun! We were greeted by an astronaut and got to see the space shuttle Atlantis as well as a Saturn V rocket. I would definitely go again & recommend this tour!

Just rented a car from there. The cars may seen cheap to rent however Alamo is cheaper and at the airport.

The problem is the bus will spend an extra hour each way to pick up passengers. Sometimes it will change the schedule and add extra stops. Not recommended if you stay at universal studios area.

We were picked up near our hotel by minibus and transferred to the coach to Kennedy Space Centre. Mike, our coach driver, is very knowledgeable and told us which exhibits to see in order to get the most out of our day and to be back in time for the Airboat Safari. Sadly, our Airboat rides were cancelled due to weather conditions. Overall a great experience.

Have had a most enjoyable tour with Gray line, Miami and the Everglades including a trip on the Island Queen. Comfortable bus, our tour guide Giovanni was full off knowledgeable facts and trivia, enjoyed time in bayside and South beach. Well run, would reccomend, a nice break from the park's of Orlando.

They just let any number of people to book and when you come to pick spot in the early morning at 8:00 Am and wait for an hour. They will say that they are over booked and will ask you to either reschedule or cancel the tour. This will be so hard if you fly for a holiday and it happens on last day of the visit like me. Very irresponsible company. I won't recommend this agency for anybody.

Mike was an amazing driver!! Full of trivia, entertaining, personable! The van was very comfortable. We stopped often enough! The Everglades were amazing. I’d skip the boat tour of rich homes in Miami and spend more time at the beach. Very well worth the small amount we paid for someone to drive and be tour guide.

We booked a day at Kennedy to see a launch, we turned up on time to get the bus up; however, the bus turned up over half hour late. How they can call themselves a professional service with such shoddy time keeping. Then to ask about complaining and then getting laughed at just adds insult to injury. Gave me an email to complain which doesn't work. Useless!

Went on a day tour to swim with manatees at crystal river, had lunch at a local diner and then walked through a state park. We purchased this trip through Groupon and it has been a great experience overall and the value was worth it!

Bad customer experience and very rushed tour Missed the tour highlight of airboat ride because of rushed tour. Tour guide recommended we see IMAX movie which ends at 3:40 and bus leaves at 3:45. Not enough one with kids to reach the gate. To our surprise we never got a confirmation call either to confirm if we were coming or not. Reached few min late at the gate and the bus left. Customer service on the phone was also very rude and overall not a great experience. Highly recommend that you check other operators also. Fore booking and defiantly not watch a movie at IMAX if you want not to miss your ride as greyline will not call you if you are late.

Very disappointed the services were awful, we was told it was a 2 hour bus ride once we was picked up from our location, we had several stops and drop offs to other buses , the driver didn't know where he was going the lady on the bus had to tell him, he swerved way too much almost caused a few accidents ran a red light almost getting hit by a semi, once we got to Clearwater, FL, The lady went and got our tickets for our deep sea fishing witch was cancelled at the last minute by Queen Fleet we was only refunded half the money we were stuck in Clearwater with all of our gear and no where to put it all and not much else to do the whole reason we booked was because of the deep sea fishing and the wedsite said they don't cancel even if the weather is bad that's why they say bring rain gear, there was several others who also complained about the tours they booked through Gray Line as false advertising, everything on there website was a lie you would be better off using Uber way cheaper and your not stuck all day if something like this happens. will not recommend to anyone

I'm so disappointed I can't even formulate the words. Last day of my vacation and I was excited to see Clearwater beach, but unfortunately due to an error on Grayline part I was not able to see it. I do appreciate the full refund & apology from the manager Jason and hope that they improve upon their form of communication with paying customers. Looking at past reviews, they still haven't learned quite yet.

Daytona 500 Transport - Wish I could Leave ZERO star. Started of well with the booking, 6% discount, then down hill. Was 30 minutes late on the pick up at Sheraton Four Points. On the return, left Daytona at 8:00pm thinking the coach would go back the same route. Oh how wrong we were. 30 minutes away from the Sheraton at 8:45pm it left the I4, it headed away from Orlando out to where it stated from in Kissimmee, so 12 miles further west away from where we were collected in the opposite direction, then to make it worse it then went 17 miles further away before going back to Orlando International Drive. If it had reversed it route like any normal coach company, we would have been in Orlando at our starting point at 9:15 pm as I was tracking on google maps, instead it finally got back there at 11:30pm. Then still rattled the tip can at me, like that was going to happen. So to recap, 1.15hrs from collection to Daytona, return journey 3.5 hrs no traffic. Not happy, tried to mail them, all the addresses on there web site return failed!!!! Avoid unless you want to spend hours driving around in a freezing cold coach. Now they will add some sorry reply tail that it was my thought...…….should have known...…. bla bla bla It was never mentioned at any time and to be honest this return coach journey ruined what was a fantastic race day for my 50th birthday which I travelled from the UK for.

A catalogue of misery and contempt. My wife and I booked a tour to St Augustine in the early part of December and have been amazed at the poor service that was provided: The 'bus' was around 30mins late picking us up - when I'd phoned Gray Line to enquire about the delay I was told that the driver had likely been delayed during other pick ups; we were the first pick up. The 'bus' was little more than a van with seats; the smaller type often used by airport transfers. There were ultimately 14 passengers picked up that day, one who was of limited mobility and who had to ride in the shotgun passenger seat as it was the only one she could actually get into. That said, it was still a huge effort for her to climb in, her wheelchair was crammed on board between the side doors (the only access for the remaining 13 passengers) and the adjacent seat and had to be removed on every pick-up and stop to allow people on and off. There were more than a few occasions where the wheelchair inhibited the doors which resulted in the driver repeatedly slamming them until they closed! The last couple to be picked up were advised by the driver that the tour was "overbooked" and that they might perhaps like to cancel. The couple said that they did not wish to cancel on account of the fact a previous tour they had booked had been cancelled at very short notice and that they were not willing to have the same situation occur again. Another couple, sat behind us, offered to cancel and the driver was all to willing to phone this through to his office. The couple then we're informed that there would be no provision for them to get back to where they were picked up from and so were resigned to continue with the tour. It was difficult to tell from the driver whether this was a one-off occurrence, but by the way he seemed to be either oblivious or plain ignorant to the tardiness, access and overcrowding issues - waiving them off with a couple of offhand apologies, it was hard to conclude anything other than a typical occurrence. Overall, it was a deeply uncomfortable plus 2 hour drive in very cramped and, I dare say, dangerous conditions and absolutely not worth the $67 ticket price each of the 14 passengers was charged. Truly appalling service.

If I could give this company a -100 stars I would 1 star is being far to generous. First off they left us stranded outside of Kennedy space centre for 3 hours!!!! In the cold and it had been starting to rain . The man they had sent to help us DONALD was beyond rude and didn’t care that people were cold or hungry he is by far the worst tour person I have ever encountered and should not be allowed to work as a tour guide with how he treats people. He yelled at us and gave us nothing but attitude when we expressed how unhappy we are horrible horrible customer service from him! The company itself was more concerned with their broken down bus then sending another bus to get us. And when they did finally send another bus they sent it to check on the other bus first. The company also stopped answerthe phone calls of the people stranded cuz they didn’t want to deal with our complaints anymore. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Had a great day at Clearwater beach, good value for money and great way to see different parts of Florida. However, what stood out the most was our bus driver/tour guide Julie. She was so chatty, so friendly and really genuine. Really made the trip that much better!

Even though the drivers are helpful and enjoyable, out of the three times I took Gray Line during my August holiday in Orlando (to Kennedy Space Centre, City Tour and Clearwater Beach), the bus was late once and another time didn’t show up. We ended up not going to Clearwater as they had booked us for September on their database whilst on our printed out receipt which we had CONFIRMED the previous week said we had booked for August. All in all the experience was a nightmare, we went to the pick up point extra early at 7:15am. They were meant to pick us up at 7:35 and we waited until around 8:00 before we called and was told we had booked for september. They couldn’t book us in before the end of our holiday since they were fully booked so we went home. Woke up early for nothing and wasted $20 on an Uber to and from the meeting pace at Orange World. Ruined everyone’s day. And now trying to get a refund.

The Kennedy Space Centre was everything I hoped it would be and the bus trip there and back was everything I feared it would be. There were far too many pick ups and drop offs both ways resulting in far less time at the Space Centre than I’d like after traveling all the way from Australia. By car it would be a around an hour to get to Cape Canaveral from Orlando, the bus trip took over two hours each way. We gave up after two hours on the return leg and got off at one of the hotels where we could get a cab. It was worth it. My advice is to rent a Car as they cost about $40 a day and get yourself there and back. And by the way, who picks up and drops off passengers at a supermarket where there are no cabs in a city that also has no public transport? Overall a seriously poor effort by a tour company that adds no value, charges a mint and crams the bus with over a dozen pick ups to and from the destination. Never again.

Will NEVER AGAIN USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! My husband and I booked transportation to and from the Daytona 500 race this past Feb (2014). I confirmed with the bus line 2 days ahead, and we were told that the bus was sold out, but that we did have two seats reserved on the coach. The morning of the race, about 12 of us were waiting past our departure time when a Gatorland "van" pulled up and told us that the van was our transportation for the day. The bus line had overbooked the bus and because there wasn't enough people booked for another bus, we had to use the van. So no luxury coach to put our heads back on and rest on the 1 1/2 trip to the race. IT GETS WORSE! On the way, we are told that our "van" will follow the real "bus", and "hopefully" we can park in the bus lot. Well, Nascar wouldn't let us park in the bus lot because - go figure - we aren't a bus. The worse part is that the driver knew this would likely happen and the company sent us in a van any ways. We drove another block and the driver stopped to pay the for adhoc parking in a small shopping lot; in a hurry and drove away. We were told that the "bus" leaves 1 hour after the race is done. At this point, we didn't know the driver's name, didn't have his phone number and didn't think we needed. Neither did the driver ask us for our number when he checked us into the van. I asked the driver on the drive to Daytona if he would stay with the van or attend the race, and he told us he would attend the race. My husband and I with the others made our way to the race (about 45 minutes late), and we THOUGHT we were off and running. WELL - 38 laps into the race, it started to pour, and continued to pour for annother 5 hours. The race resumed after 6.5 hours. During that time my husband and I didn't have a number for the driver, didn't know his name, didn't know exactly where he was parked, so we stayed put. We figured if they cancel the race we go back to the van, and if they race, we were told the bus leave 1 hour after the race. We are good to go. The race ended just after 11pm. We left as soon as Dale Jr crossed the line. It was 11pm, we were tired, sore from standing from 6 hours, and were looking forward to going home. ALL we had to do was return the FANVISION viewer I rented before the race. There was a long line-up and my husband and I didn't want to split up. After we handed our viewer in and they scanned it (to prove I returned it). We made our way as quickly as possible (although we did get a bit lost) to the parking lot we were told to go to. NO VAN - NO KIDDING. We were shocked! I can go on and on, but in the end, we ended up having to pay $343.00 Cdn for a cab ride from Daytona Beach to our hotel in Orlando; getting home at 3AM. Grayline was totally unsympathetic, and after continuously calling them they finally returned our money for the motor coach transportation that was only a van. They refused to repay the $343.50, telling me that its was OUR fault not theirs. I've been trying to find a way to prove that we were there at the allotted time, but I can't unfortunately. All I know is that I used the bathroom at the Burger King in the parking lot around 11:30pm and when we returned from walking up and down the block looking for the van, the restaurant was closed at at that was at midnight. That would mean that we were there prior to an hour, but we feel the bus left without us because they were all tired, and didn't care enough to look for us. IF the bus had been in the bus parking lot, I would have gone to that bus and told the driver my husband was coming. Since we didn't know exactly where the "van" would be, and we were by our selves, we weren't willing to separate in a city we no nothing about at 11 o'clock at night. This trip TOTALLY RUINED what was to be a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime trip for two Canadians from Calgary, AB. I strongly suggest you read this and other reviews before even thinking of booking this company, they don't have any customer service! Really really disappointed! I

We were picked up from Maingate Lakeside Resort in a small minibus for the first leg of our journey to the main meeting point where we boarded a coach for our journey to Clearwater. Although a little late the journey to Clearwater was uneventful and to be fair, comfortable. The day in Clearwater was enjoyable and has been reviewed separately. The journey back however was a journey I never wish to endure again. We were late leaving due to disorganisation as some people failed to show up, but no rules were set in place that the coach will leave at X time regardless etc. The coach eventually left late, and after traveling maybe half of the way back the coach broke down whilst still on the freeway and although the driver did get the bus onto the hard shoulder that was only the start of the problems which the company made dangerously worse... It was getting dark and there were no electrics at all working but more importantly there were no exterior lights working on the vehicle due to alternator failure and the resultant flat battery; which is always a concern. When I asked if a breakdown company had been called I was advised that another of their own replacement coach / bus vehicles was en-route to rescue us, I further questioned if the Sheriff had been called to protect the back of their dark blue (hard to see in the dark?) vehicle as it was getting dark and considering we had no rear lights but this concern was dismissed as not required by the driver!! All of the windows were all opened and this created a comfortable breeze throughout the vehicle, but then I was absolutely shocked when the driver and tour guide offered and actually allowed people the option to get off the coach and move about onto the freeway for a stroll and for some fresh air, of which many people actually did !!! We now had adults and children leisurely walking up and down the freeway as if was a normal sidewalk / pathway under the watchful eye of our tour guide and driver...!! What if they had been struck by a vehicle or if the coach had been shunted into one of them? Never at any point did anyone suggest that those who remained on board making use of the available seat belts in case the vehicle was struck from behind as this was an ever increasing risk all the time with darkness fast looming. When their replacement vehicle eventually arrived, the tour guide was one of the first onto the replacement vehicle (bless her, she had a headache) and there was absolutely no safety guidance from anyone, neither driver or guide as we moved from vehicle to vehicle along the freeway. The replacement driver was making use of her iPhone so that was ok I guess, which is far more important. This company has absolutely no idea how to manage a safety related incident correctly and I feel that others should be aware of this before contemplating booking a trip where this company are involved. I would not recommend that anyone travel with Gray Line Orlando purely because of their lack of safety procedures and complete unprofessionalism which my family and I experienced first hand on the day in question.
