Picked up January 31, 2014 and dropped off February 2, 2014 in Ft. Lauderdale. Rode to Key West and Back (about 200 miles each way) As far as a first impression, I was a little disappointed with the service. I had called the store a week prior to let them know I would be picking up the bike a day later than the original reservation. I called again an hour before going to the store to pick up the bike to let them know I was on my way. Even so, when I arrived they didn't seem to know who I was or to be able to locate my paperwork. Having said that, once the paperwork was sorted out everything went very well. The gentlemen who helped me was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know about the contract and about the bike. I rented an Ultra-Glide and it performed flawlessly the whole trip. The return process went off without issue and took less than 10 minutes. All in all a good experience and I expect to rent from them again next year for my annual Key West run.

Great rental team. Rented a road king. Decided I needed a windshield went back and they had one v waiting. Staff waited for me to return bike after hours also. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is due to the insurance issues. If u have your own insurance be sure to bring a credit card that can cover $2000. Otherwise you will be forced to purchase their full coverage at $33 a day. If I had known this in advance I would have been prepared. Also reserve in advance for the weekends.

My boys helped me celebrate my 70th birthday with a trip to Key West... We rented two Harley Electroglides and took off. The guys at the shop were great and got us going in less than half an hour. The voltage regulator on my bike died about 40 miles out on the way back and they were there to pick me up in less than an hour. Then they took us to the airport and sent us on our way. Great job guys, we will be back!!

Terrible! Worst experience of my entire life. Absolutely ruined my trip to Key West! I have never been spoken to so rudely before in my entire life. I was called five minutes before I picked up the motorcycle that they gave my motorcycle that I specifically rented and have confirmation of to somebody else. They put me on an electric glide which is the largest motorcycle Harley Davidson offers. It’s absolutely frightening it has massive bags all over the place a huge front fender that catches the wind on every single turn you take it weighs an absolute ton. I was supposed to have an enjoyable fun vacation instead I spent a week and frightened for my life. The workers did not care one bit they told me to “take it or leave it in there was nothing to do about it because the manager was in Vegas and he won’t be back until Sunday. After I got back scared for my life. The manager Alamo told me that it was easy for me to come back after I enjoyed my weekend And complain about Afterwards. He said he would call me back. Because he was out to lunch and didn’t have time for my “bullshit” again the worst experience I have ever had

My experience started out a little rough with both of the bikes I reserved 3 weeks prior being unavailable the night before the rental was to start. Once I arrived at the fort Lauderdale location, I expressed my disappointment to Camila. She was very understanding and extremely helpful. She was able to go through a bunch of channels to make the bike I originally requested available. If not for Camila, i would not be writing a positive review. Also, Ron was very helpful and answered any and all of our questions and suggested some good routes to ride. Return of the bikes was very smooth as well. All in all, I would definitely rent from eagle rider again.

DO NOT USE THEM I called corporate to rent bikes for another woman rider and myself. I had lengthy discussions regarding the bikes because we were new riders and are both very short, I am 5' 3" and she is 5' 4". So, we settled on sportsters, one smaller and one 1200. We also called the shop locally and discussed at length the height challenges and where we might ride and practice. We took the day off from work and were there when they opened at 9am for a full day of riding. After they brought the bikes around, they said that they could not rent to us because they had a policy that you needed experience. This was the first I had heard of this, and I explained that this was not on their website nor posted anywhere in the store. I called back corporate and was told that they do NOT have that policy, that if you have a endorsement on your license and you are over 21 you can rent. I was infuriated as they could not get anyone to override this decision at the time. They later called us, at 1:30pm that day to say we could now ride but we had already gone and rented somewhere else. I think this was either prejudiced against women riders or new riders. Either way, it was completely unprofessional and I will never consider them again. I even explained that we were going to buy bikes and we wanted to rent several times before we bought, so they also lost a good deal of money from us. I highly suggest Both Peterson's Harley's instead and the Chester’s Harley. They are all very professional and helpful!

The whole team at Ft Lauderdale were excellent, friendly and professional. The bike we hired was in immaculate condition and the guys gave us lots of helpful tips before we left. Our 3 day trip was to Key West was on 6 Nov and the accommodation that was booked for us by EagleRider was really amazing. We were thrilled with the whole experience and would highly recommend EagleRider, and especially the team at Ft Lauderdale. The trip was the highlight of our vacation. The team went out of their way to accommodate our requests for specific helmets and to have these ahead of pick up date too. If I ever return to Ft Lauderdale, we would be certain to hire a Harley from them again, and my husband already wants to book another rental tour with his friends with EagleRider. The booking process is easy and quick and the booking agents are knowledgeable and helpful too. I would recommend anyone considering booking with EagleRider not to hesitate and go ahead and do it!

I had a last minute idea to ride up the coast on a Harley for my lil sisters birthday, I called eagle Rider on a Friday morning @10am...told em what I wanted, and they made it happen. The bike (street glide) was awesome! No issues what so ever. They worked around my work schedule on Friday to make it convenient for pickup. I mostly spoke with a Steve who was professional yet real and genuine. All the other staff were equally as polite and helpful. I WILL be renting again.

Where to start, what a fantastic rental experience! My father and I both rented Harley’s and both bikes were in great condition with low miles. They did not look like rental vehicles ( no damage or missing parts). The ride was great and there were no problems with either bike during our 220 mile trip to the florida keys. The overall bike rental was 5 stars. Where Eagle Rider Fort Lauderdale really stands out is at the customer service level. Sean was outstanding, treated us like family and with the utmost respect. Sean takes care of the customers like no other place I have ever been to. He takes the time to clearly explain the rental agreement and all the costs associated to the rental and there were no hidden fees. When we returned the bikes he was cheerful and you could tell he genuinely cared about his customers and wanted to make sure we had a good time. Customers service gets 5+ stars! Rented a Harley Electra Glide for 5 days. Did the Key West run from Fort Lauderdale. Had an awesome time. The bike was ready when we arrived from the airport, the bike was in good condition with low miles and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even reimbursed us the $15 bucks for the cab ride from the airport. Overall had a very positive experience using EagleRider and I am looking forward to my next rental.

Three star rating isn't a reflection of the service. That was excellent! A point of interest the service included a phone call from the Ft Lauderdale office to inform me the bike I selected was not available. I wanted to ride the Indian Classic for the day. The rep told me about Eagle Rider's exclusive rental agreement with Harley Davidson and they would no longer carry any other bikes to rent. That's what knocked my rating down two stars. For years now, I've depended on Eagle Rider to provide a variety of styles and manufacturers of motorcycles to check out. I've got nothing against HD BUT I also love having the ability to ride BMW, Triumph and Indian motorcycles as well. Being an Eagle Club Member is still the best deal in town for taking rides away from home however I'm very disappointed in this exclusive development.

If your time is precious, do not go there ... Despite the fact that I booked online, I had to wait more than two hours before having the bike. But even worse, as my credit card included insurance, I refused them. They then took a deposit of $ 3000 on my credit card, except they charged me and I had to spend another two hours on the phone to recover the deposit that was actually charged. Very bad experience for me, it will be the first and last time I go with them. Si votre temps est précieux, n'allez surtout pas là ... I rented a Harley Davison Street Glide on Thursday, November 6, 2014 while in Florida and just loved it the bike and service at Eagle Rider. Phil was exceptionally professional, courteous and extremely helpful and patient with me. I rented the bike for 24 hours and took a drive to Key West to help clear my mind during a difficult anniversary date and the drive, plus the service and attention received made my day a lot easier to handle. I wanted to rent two trikes on the same day at their Fort Lauderdale location. I was able to make a booking for both bikes through their website, which required commitment of a non-refundable deposit. I decided to call instead so I could ask some questions. Their representative told me that they only have a single trike available and that they will make a "best effort" to bring the second bike to the Fort Lauderdale location on my desired date. I asked what the "best effort" means? He responded that if they can't accommodate with a second trike, they will replace it with a comparable model. I told him that that would not be acceptable. I would either want two trikes on same date or have my deposit refunded in full. The representatives started going around in circles saying that once you click the "Accept" button, you agree to their agreement to accept a replacement and that "at best" they would refund deposit for the second rental which they could not satisfy, but not for the first. I tried to explain that I needed this as a package deal, i.e. I either need two trikes on same date or none at all and that I did not want to lose my deposit if they could not accommodate. I thought my requests were reasonable but the representative would not budge. I urge anyone to take proper precautions before renting anything from this company.

Pedro and Estefania were very courteous and professional. I recently got my license and had not rode a cycle in over 40 years. I was not sure I could handle a heavy bike. Pedro patiently went over the Heritage Softail controls with me. After talking to me he built up my confidence and put me on the bike. The Heritage Softail is extraordinary. It was easier to do figure eights with than the 250cc I took my test on. Had a wonderful day covering over 300 miles. The good vibes I got from Pedro and Estefania made all the difference.

They have good bikes (BMW specifically), but mostly cruisers, touring, street. We booked online 3 R Nine T but they only had 1 available (2 in inventory)...they called us to let me know 2 days before! We were stuck to chose two other bikes unless we canceled but too last minute. They did not even offer any discount for the inconvenience and their inability to satisfy their commitment. Also, they didn’t have sufficient jacket size availability for rental, nor do they sell any equipment/attire. The moto price was more expensive than other places and if you get the full insurance it’s 35$/day with 100$ deposit (not in rsvp pricing). They also didn’t know much about their own motorcycles. You can leave your car overnight in their gated parking lot at no added cost. One of the bikes came with a half-tank and they never told us the R Nine T tank is basically half that of the GS 1200; almost ran out of gas at first while near the Everglades.

This place was great. I've been a member for a few months and this is my first experience with the Ft. Lauderdale location and I must say that this location has the best staff so far. Vincent Dimolfetta was super professional and very helpful with my issues and answering all of my questions. Usually do HD authorized rentals but this Eagle Rider was located 5 miles from airport and 5 miles from our timeshare unit and they had a shuttle, with a very helpful nice driver, to pick us up and drop us off. Probably saved us $75 in cab rides. Very nice staff. Had an Ultra for a week and put 900 miles on it so had lots of fun for $1/mile. Take a rain suit, they don't rent or furnish them.

Hands down, a great experience! I take 20 rides in 20 different cities throughout the U.S., renting from EagleRider in every one. This Ft. Lauderdale locations was awesome! I got off the plane and spent under $15 and 10 minutes taking an Uber from the airport to this location. I had checked in on-line so they had the nike waiting for me indoors, which was awesome because it was pouring rain outside. I took the stuff from my luggage and put it into the side bags on the Street Glide. They took my luggage case from me to store it at no extra charge. I signed the paperwork and was gone! All in under 10-minutes! I returned the bike the next day, got my luggage, packed it and Ubered back to the airport. It was an easy and seamless experience. I will be in Miami for a ride in late October. Even though there's an EagleRider there, I may rent form this because I had to walk across the lot in the pouring rain to load up my bike last time I was there in December. Considering it's only a 35-minute ride to Miami, it's almost a definite. the only thing holding me back is that this location did not accept EagleRider credit. Though unfortunate, the experience was so great that after it, I really didn't mind. You get what you pay for and this was worth every penny!

After New York area, another riding tour to Key West and back this time. Without any booking, in half an hour, Trevin gave me a clean and ready to ride Heritage Softtail Harley. About 380 miles of excellent riding along the Overseas Highway 1 with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida Bay passing through Key Largo, the view of the Seven Mile Historic Bridge and crossing dozen of bridges up to Key West. Overnight at Key West for celebrating the Sunset at Mallory Square, dinner in Duval Street and enjoying the Tropic Cinema and the Southernmost Point. Again, an unforgettable and enthusiastic ride with excellent weather and excellent atmosphere made possible by the good customer service of EagleRider.
