Very cool! Nice experience
Everyone is very friendly and informative. When family comes to visit, this is a nice place that kids and adults enjoy. We've been able to find Groupon deals and both times I've been we seen alligators on the trail. Be prepared to take pics!
The air boat tour was great as well as the show. But the way, how the animals are hold is bad. Too small cages for the big alligators. The way how the baby alligators were shown is absolutely not ok.
Great airboat rides and able to see Gators up close
What a fun time! We waited for our trip to start at the restaurant and ate frog legs, gator tail and key lime pie. The animal presentation was great and the whole experience was very kid friendly with kid friendly guides and not to long. Bring sunscreen and hats that can strap down. Great Everglades experience!!
Had a great time. Fun tour! Well run and organized. If you take the air boat tour, do yourself a favor and bring foam ear plugs. The boat engine is very loud. Especially if sitting in the back.
It was a fun and informative visit. Worth going once.
They made us wait too long, it seemed as if they were not prepared. It's kind of expensive for just the boat ride and explanation tbh.
Probably the closet you can get to a real alligator. It's hot there and the tour is 45 minutes so prepare your self.
Great tour ,however the restrooms not great at all
Had an absolutely fantastic experience getting up close while learning about the local wildlife. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly!
Awesome lovely family feel everyone loved holding a gator and the air boat was a great experience!
This is arguably the best airboat ride to be found in the Everglades. The crew is great and you get to go on the open grasslands as well as through some narrow Cypress trees. There is also a display of reptiles like alligators, python and crocodiles at this place while you wait for your ride. Once the ride is completed you get to touch a baby alligator for some instagram pics! The best part is kids under six ride for free. We got to see Alligators, storks , various birds, water snake and some frogs in their natural habitat
The boat ride was fun and educational- however the bathrooms were so gross we had to leave and come back so I could find somewhere else to go. They do not take very good care of the animals in their care. The whole place was dirty- I don't think they clean anything there
Tour itself was great. Driver seemed knowledgeable and passionate about The Everglades. I loved the old Florida feel of the establishment. Only rating four stars because I'm not a huge fan of the animal attractions that seem to be a package deal with every touring company. Don't miss the t-shirts in the gift shop. Make sure to look on Groupon or in tourist guides for coupons to save money (although it's pretty reasonable without). .
Dillon was a great tour guide! He was very informative and funny. We saw lots of gators! My fiance and I had a really good time!
Nice view of the Everglades in Miami. You might see wild life and specially some alligators
Fun even if you don't see any gators.
Great introduction to the Everglades. Airboat ride was fun. Spotted some alligators too.
It was my first time in the everglades and my expectations were probably a little too high. We saw beautiful scenery, many birds, and 5+ gators, but I wanted more. Our tour (a "public" one) just went around a very well-traveled loop in the everglades and that isn't what I was expecting I guess.
Good experience overall. Had never been on an airboat before. Expected a bit more wildlife.
Amazing experience! Great Groupon ❤️
We had a lot of fun. Really not much to see though... it is a swamp after all. A couple of tips: 1. Children's tickets are very inexpensive, check the website before you buy a Groupon. 2. The seats were crazy hot, so you may want to being a towel to sit on. 3. Sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. 4. Be prepared to pay an extra $3 a head for the national park fee. A 20-30 minute tour may not sound very long, but in 90 degree weather it's plenty.
It was great experience to watch aligators...and the Everglades is a must visit list for every person who loves to go on air boat rides...beautiful watergrown trees and 7.5 Acres of water is covered with grass..hence makes it grass lake and called lake of grass....it's home to 27 different spiecies of snakes and wholesome number of birds spiecies...it use to be a salt water lake now it's fresh water...fresh enough to take a sip
NIce people for tours. Frog legs cooked perfectly, gator bites slightly overdone. Our 3rd visit?
Fun little trip. Not much wildlife other than Crocs and birds. Guess the loud boat scares them away.
The guide was well versed at everything with the swamp and full of humor. Alligators a plenty. Big ones down to babies! The whole family lived it
We were so excited to try this place. The lady that we checked in with was not friendly or helpful at all. She shouldn’t be working with the public. It pained her to have to wait on us. The 3 stars were for the driver of the boat. He had great personality and made our trip fun. I’m so glad we used Groupon coupons because it wouldn’t have been worth the full price!
Good fun had by a group of six on a 1hr private tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and we got to see various wildlife and a few alligators in the wild. Didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on that.
It’s a new experience to see Everglades. The staff are very friendly and the 20 min show before the boat ride was informational and at the same time fun. We got so see some alligators and the ride was fun. But it’s loud though. The restrooms need to be better. But apart from this the airboat ride was amazing and a must try.
Had a great tour. Saw a few Gators. Tour guide was very informative.
you'll be suprised to hear from the boat captain shouting GATOR! GATOR!! to showup alligator for visitors :)
What a great way to experience and learn about the Everglades. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Charles knew right where the gators hang out. So fun to see them up close.
ok. l really thought and hoped we would go deeper into the Everglades, but it's a quick trip and only gives you a small taste of what is really out there. lucky to see 3-4 gators.
We decided to go to this airboat tour based on all the positive reviews. The little alligator intro at the beginning was fine. They have several alligators in pens with pools that had very large gators in them. However, the boats had super hot seats that really burned your buns when you sat down. I had jeans on and it was still painful when you sat down. Was it too much to have some paint tarps thrown on the seats until tour time? Then they loaded us in the boat and we sat there in the blazing sun until a few more people drove up, paid, got their photos taken and eventually loaded on the boat. Why not let us wait in the shade until it was time to go? They had a family with small kids that were crying because of the heat. The tour itself was fine. We didn’t see any gators except right by their facility. Our driver/guide didn’t even spot the one at the end of our tour. He kept yelling out ‘gator!’ During the tour to be funny I guess? I’m sure he wasn’t expecting a gator to respond? I wouldn’t recommend this outfit. They handled the operation poorly.
Very disappointing tour. We saw 3 alligators, but the operator just pass through them very quickly. He also wasn’t very knowledgeable. I assume that there are better airboat tours in the area.
Friendly staff, Guide/driver was quite helpful and fun. I recommend everyone to have some kind of eyegear like sunglasses or atleast zero power glasses to avoid something going into your eye due to heavy wind during the ride.
Authentic air boat tour, with guide. You can even get frog legs here.
It was a great tour and the airboat was awesome. I got close and personal to the wildlife in the Everglades.
I think we had all the cards stacked against us visiting Cooperstown....it was raining....it was a new guide and we didn't see a single gator while on the boat. Still the guide taught us a few things we didn't know and had a good personality with some humour to boot. I would definitely go back to see if it would be a better experience without the rain and with some alligators.
This place was pretty sweet and it was informative. The airboat tour was fun and I would do it again for sure. It was not boring and lasted the perfect amount of time. The restaurant attached to it was fairly priced and the gift shop had a bunch to look at!
Nice place, we used Groupon, price was good, service was good, lines are big, we got stuck in the middle of Everglades, they run out of gas
Our family had the best time. The show mixes a perfect amount of education and humor. Carlos and Sam were super knowledgeable about the local animals and plants. I would def recommend stopping by and taking a ride. We even got to hold a baby gator.
We had a medium length wait and didn't see as much wildlife as we did biking Shark Valley in the Everglades. Holding the baby alligator at the end was fun though!
One of the many Everglades tour companies in the area. They support a Groupon deal so if you're planning to visit, make sure to get the deal as there are no restrictions on when you can use it. The tour guides are great but if you're going on a sunny day, beware that the gators may be hiding away in the shade and you may not see them on the tour. The restaurant also closes early so if you're going on a late tour, no bites to be had.
They have a love alligator exhibit
Best place to go on an airboat ride. We had such a great time at this family owned business. The family is so welcoming and we loved interacting with them. The guide knew so much about the area and told us many neat facts. We went a long way into the glades and had so much fun. Saw lots of alligators and had a wonderful meal. They have a really cute gift shop as well. We were the last private tour for the day. The sunset over the water was amazing and hearing all the sounds was really cool.
Charles, our fan boat guide, was really kind and knowledgeable. We didn't see any gators but learned a lot of interesting things from Charles. It was a pleasant ride. Although I was disappointed the boat was just flat bleacher seating, instead of the tapered seats you see everywhere else. We watched a few more boats load and they really jammed people in these seats, sitting very close, in the hot sun so my husband asked Charles if we could sit in the front and he made it happen. Everything else was kinda disappointing. The bathrooms were nasty, the habitats were bleak. And other than Charles, no other employees were very nice. We only picked this one because we had a Groupon for it. I'd say there's probably better out there. There's about 15 companies to deal with down there and I wish we'd gone with someone else.
It was even better than we were expecting. Groupon saved us $. No wait at all. Animal show was short and we got to touch a small alligator and a snake. Boat ride was awesome and saw several alligators, turtles, and cool birds. Boat can drift sideways...so fun. Whole family got to hold small alligator and take pictures. We highly recommend this excursion would go again.
Not a fairground ride. Much more interesting. The restaurant next door is homely.
Great place. Our tourguide knew exactly where to find some Alligators. He also was very knowledgeable. The showarea is also awesome. And they have a boat modified for persons in a wheelchair.
Had a blast on this tour weird being in water with alligators everywhere didn't see any til the ride back but then we saw one after another.
Great tour guide. In addition to seeing quite a few alligators, we learned about the local flora and Everglades Ecosystems.
Lady at the register barely said anything, no one told us where to go and what to expect, so we got in line, but apparently it wasn’t our turn yet (which is fine), but then we were just told to go ”see the show”, no further instructions again. Finally, once we got on the boat,he ride itself was ok, but sitting in the middle with 15 other people on the boat we really didn’t see much.
The tour was really fun and the tour guide was hilarious and very nice. We saw a lot of crocodiles and got to hold a baby crocodile in our hand. Definitely worth visiting!!
Worst experience ever, we were put on a boat that wasn't working ok. We had to return and when the guy called the administration to let them know what was happening to the boat, administration advised him to continue with the tour and keep forcing the boat, we had to ask the driver to return because he was scared of getting fired so he was planning on continue. When we finally came back the lady at the front desk tells us she can't do anything because we were 40 minutes on the boat (no she didn't even care to ask if we were ok or if she could help) worst experience, staff not suitable, cranky lady , we asked for the manager the manager never came my husband and our friend went to him. I give them 2 stars because of the guy that gave us an explanation before getting on the boat and the other is for the guy that was with us and was trying to get help while we were on the boat.
I went here because of the large number of reviews and the groupon offer. However, didn’t see any alligators on the tour and the guide did a terrible job. Suggest avoiding this one.
Amazing tour, highly recommend checking it out if you want to see the Everglades. We saw a lot of alligators but the views of the landscape alone were impressive enough on their own. A nice bonus is that the boat is fun to ride in. Shout out to our gear tour guide Tom!
AMAZING experience! First time in the Everglades, and I loved it. We did a private tour, and it was beautiful. Gianni guided us well with interesting information. Restaurant was not very good, but it was convenient for a boat tour. Definitely the most authentic seaming air boat tour company here. Would highly recommend it!
Didnt see any gator was told after tour it was normal very disappointed And boat didnt go fast enough to glide across water
Great airboat ride and informative guide. Worth the price.
Thanks for the ride. About one hour, free for my daughter because she's under 7 ! 60$ for 2 adults and 2 kids. The airboat was really nice.
Super cool guide, Gianni, made it an awesome experience for our family. ✌
Must have been the original boats. Boat was very slow. They knowingly took us on a boat that wasn't running correctly and the captain admitted it would not pick up speed, after we saw a different company blow past us. This would not normally have been an issue but the sky looked stormy and he could not pick up speed to get us back safely. A 30 min tour took over an hour and some of us were close to missing a flight because they were counting on the time that was advertised. During the tour several people complained to the captain about the time and he just kept stopping to talk about plants and the trees. It was in real. Then he surprisingly welcomed tips at the end. I could not believe how bad this experience was. Totally didn't feel safe even in the slowest boat.
We had a great time and saw a number of gators and other wild life! Looking forward to doing it again!
Good but a little dissatisfying. We have gone on other airboat tours that were more exciting & informative.
We were told that there was a 20 wait until the next boat. Unfortunately we ended up having to wait for an hour in the blazing sun. On the positive side, the air boat driver was friendly and informative. We saw 2 alligators.
Friendly staff. The air boats seemed larger and less agile than my previous experience elsewhere. I cannot blame Coopertown or the alligators, but there were only a couple of Gators. Also they use cotton balls to muffle the sound not headphones so communication is difficult. The driver must stop the engine. We enjoyed the photo with the young gator at the end.
Good prices and friendly staff
This was my first trip here with my family. We loved it! Cute quaint little place with a restaurant, gift shop, animal show, and of course the air boat tour! Our tour guide Deyton was awesome! He was a joy to have and definitely cares about the wildlife. If/When we go back we definitely will request to have Deyton again!
Honored the Groupon deal at counter without having to purchase through Groupon. Only ended up seeing 1 alligator the entire airboat ride. The staff was nice. You are able to hold a small gator at the end of the ride.
The woman from whom we purchased our tickets was very curt. Directions were very unclear. When we asked for clarification, that was also unclear. They took our picture before the tour but didn't show them to us at the end. No one seemed to know which boat to board. The guides didn't seem to care. Our guide was rude and curt with some of our passengers. He told us to give him our boarding pass. We asked him which receiot was out boarding pass. He just grabbed one. The tour itself was just okay. There could have been much more information shared. We saw one gator. Riding in the boat was a fun experience. After the ride which might have been 45 minutes, that was it. They had some very sad looking snakes, turtles and alligators in captivity. There was no one there to share information about them. We went into the restaurant to taste gator which was good. The waitress was very nice. The place is pretty run down. While we were on our tour, someone did a smash and grab on two vehicles in the parking lot. That's not the fault of Coopertown. That is apparently a problem all over inside the Everglades. The one good thing that came out of the sloppiness at Coopertown was that when we went to visit the Everglades, we presented our Coopertown receipt to the Everglades ranger station for our discount into the Everglades. The woman said Coopertown took the wrong receipt for our boarding pass to the airboat, so she rolled her eyes and just waved us on through....so we got to enjoy the Everglades for free.
Save your money.... Very loud and saw nothing but the alligators in captivity
Different kind of experience. It's worth checking out if you're around the area. Great tours and info
Nice place to do swamp ride. We went for seeing alligator, but somehow it wasn't our day. The guide tried his best and we finally saw one of them.
Great fun. Private boat, Mike found us huge gator.
Total disorganized mess. I'm standing here waiting and have been waiting nearly two hours for the boat to leave to no avail. The staff is rude, they have no idea what is going on. The desk sells way more tickets than they can handle so you end up standing around in the wildlife "show" area for.hours for them to come back with a boat for you to get on. Meanwhile there are five boats sitting idle and a bunch of staff members standing around doing nothing . No refunds, so they can keep you waiting as long as they want. If you want to spend your entire day waiting, then this is for you.
So awesome ! I got to hold a baby alligator and they have great alligator and huge yummy frog legs served in the diner next door
Decent airboat ride, crummy show. I would definitely go elsewhere. There are three more tours in the same area.
Very cool to see the Everglades national parc from this perspective. Even saw an alligator!
Nice experience. Gianni is the best
Wait time was too long. Boat was too noisy. Bathroom stinks. Only saw two little gators. Waste of time and money. Captain Antonio, show guy Carlos and the lady in the restaurant were great.
nice airboat trip which allows you to see real face of Everglades. In addition you can attend lecture about animals before and finally have a picture with little gator.
A group of six of us got on one of the airboats and started out on our journey. After about10 minutes the motor backfired really loud and then it shutdown. The guide had a radio and called for help. They sent out another boat for us to transfer to. We again started on our journey. This time the guide tried to get up to speed with no avail. The motor kept backfiring and it wouldn't allow the boat to go more than 10mph. Antonio was our guide and he did the best he could. But everyone on our bout was very disappointed. We attempted to ask for our money back but of course they would not do that. I suggest you look elsewhere for your everglades tour...
Very nice tour to do, it's cool to learn and see more of the Everglades. The guides were kind and interesting, there was even a small show before our tour started where we were presented to native animals to the Everglades, and it was nice.
As with any tour like this no sightings are guaranteed but we saw about 3 Gators and lots of birds. Tour guide was informative and friendly. It was nice and relaxing
Great tour. You don't have to wait to much for the next one and if you have to wait, you can do it in a very instructional show about alligators, snakes and turtles.
This was a super fun experience, I definitely recommend this for a bucket list activity
The tour was good and the tour guide was informative and friendly. Animal tour was short and we got to touch one of the snake and hold one baby alligator. Boat ride was good and were able to spot few alligators and birds in wild. Overall it was a good experience .
The staff here was super friendly and knowledgable. It was also the cheapest tour of the Everglades we could find in Miami. I bought both of our tickets online for $20. The airboat ride is so cool, and we saw multiple alligators out in the river. There is also an opportunity to hold baby alligators and look at the alligators they have rescued while waiting for your ride.
The place was nice. I really enjoyed the experience going on the airboats and watching the show. Is kind of sad to see the animals in captivity but I understand that sometimes is better for them because otherwise they would have kill them or would be dead. Carlos was super cool with us and taught us pretty cool things.
Amazing ride with amazing staff. Detailed information about the animals and the wild life refuge and mainly giving you the impression why we need to protect these wild life creatures for the future. The airboat ride was phenomenal and the guide was funny and knowledgeable as well.
Our Airboat broke down 5 minutes into the Everglades. In the middle of a lightning storm. It took 40 minutes for another boat to come get us. It was terrifying and they refused to refund us.
It’s like going on an Africa Safari and not seeing any wildlife.
What a fun place to take the kid!! It was a great tour of the Everglades. Our boat captain was very entertaining! Friendly staff. We saw several different wildlife, but no alligators. At the end of the tour we got to hold a baby alligator which was well worth the whole trip. We were adventurous and tried the fried alligator and frog legs!! Good experience, but I'm not necessarily wanting more or to try them again.
Air boat rides , good food. everglades fun.
Great way to spend the day. The crew was very skilled and gave me a completely different view of the everglades. I have lived in Miami for years and learned a ton from visiting. It's worth the visit for visitors and hometown folks alike.
Completely awesome experience. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. We WILL go again when in Florida.
This was a very informative and fun experience. The location doesnt look the nicest from the outside but dont let that sway you from trying this out. I saw alligators and plenty of birds along the route we took. The pilot seemed knowledgeable and provided us with a fun learning experience.
Got the tickets from Groupon. They accept the same and for the child gave a discount similar to Groupon. Loved the boat ride. Before the boat ride they give a presentation about alligators and snakes. Good information. My son loved the presentation.
We booked a private two-hour sunset airboat tour for our family of four. Our driver, Mike, is the real deal! He is truly passionate about the Everglades and the birds and gators that make their home there. He knew how to find the gators and get them to come to the boat. The kids really enjoyed the tour and especially when Mike demonstrated the tremendous power of the finest craft in Coopertown's fleet! Mike explained the many medicinal and practical uses of the different plants in the Everglades. Although the sky was too cloudy to get a perfect sunset photo, we know that our memories of this adventure will last a lifetime!
Friendly people. Awesome ride!
Great experience taking an airboat ride and eating in the restaurant! Old Florida still lives. The airboat ride was about 45 minutes and took us through a small portion of the Everglades grasses, we saw 2 alligators, and many beautiful birds and plants. This was followed by lunch in the restaurant. Frog legs were delicious and alligator was a little chewy. Both were fried. It was very tasty and a fun experience. I highly recommend it.
Friendly staff, great airboat ride, they've even let us take pictures with the baby alligators. Take the kids with you!
Went during the week so it wasn't very packed at all. Got a good deal through Groupon. There was a brief show where snakes and baby turtles were presented along with baby alligators. Adult alligators were in several enclosures. The ride lasted some 30 to 40 minutes. Guide was informative and full of some dad jokes. Had a good time and at the end we were allowed to hold a baby gator to take pictures with.
Nice air boat tour through Everglades and you can also eat some gator or frog legs.
The private tour was amazing. My family had a great time. Gianni was a friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great guide.
It was cool lil boat ride. You could possibly see a gator or you could not type of thing. Either way a nice experience
I liked the airboats even though we have not seen many aligators (and those we have seen were probably artificial). I disliked the little zoo where the gators had barely any room to move.
Our airboat tour guide, Sam, was terrific. We had a lot of fun and saw a lot of wildlife. Would definitely recommend it!
Awesome! We took a private, one hour airboat ride for 4 here and it was the highlight of a week long vacation in South Florida and the Keys. Smaller boat is the way to go and is well worth the extra money. Our guide knew where the wildlife was and we even stopped off at an abandoned hunting cabin. This is an adventure you need to experience.
Support animal cruelty here. Large alligators in tiny cages. Totally disorganized tour. Costly. I hate myself for going here.
Not bad but I prefer some of the other ones up the road
A wonderful tour with Charles as well as a close up chat with pythons Gators & turtles! Recommend highly
Just a airboat drive across grass!! Not much of alligators to be seen in the canal! The initial intro is good though!!
We used a groupon and got tickets for about 17 per person! It was so worth it. Everyone we interacted with seemed to love working there and welcomed us. We enjoyed to airboat so much! It is definitely loud!
A great stop!! Educational, very knowlegable and fun staff wont disappoint, even you dont get to see a wild alagator they have a few in the zoo to check out also they let you hold a baby alagator (only if you want to)
Booked a private 1 hour tour despite a few negative reviews. So glad we did. Wonderful time through the glades and lots of information . Saw gators, hammocks, birds, fauna. Our guide antonio was amazing and knowledgeable. So worth it.
We had a great time, the price was reasonable. Didn't see any gators in the wild though. Luckily, they have a few, including a young one you can handle at their base of operations.
I dont normally leave reviews but we came to this place because it had great reviews. We were really Dissapointed with the experience. The lady that checked us in was rude and seemed very unhappy to be working there. The boat seemed poorly maintained and water had to had to be emptied from the boat half way through The trip The tour was very rushed. We didnt see much wildlife just a few birds and plants. Overall not what we expected from a well established company!
It was a nice experience. Our tour guide on the boat was really cool and had a deep insight on the reserve and in preserving the place. The ride was great and we managed to see a nice female croc in the wild. Would recomend my friends or someone interested in the experience! A bit pricey but i guess the crocs they keep need to be feed and it is expensive to run a place like that!
It's the 1st one when driving from Miami and also the oldest, but unsure if the best. There are some alligators on the show, which you can see before the boat experience. There was also ca 3 min long talk about them by the guide. The boat ride was about half an hour, saw a few birds and 1 alligator during the ride. How thrilling fast the ride experience is probably depends on the guide. Was expecting somehow more. You can get discount via Groupon deal.
Great experience! Thank you!
Unorganized! We waited 30 minutes in line (not a long line) to get assigned a boat, then waited over an hour to get on a boat. We spent a total of 2.5 hours there for a 30 minute airboat ride (which was uneventful). Next time I would go to Florida city instead.
Good experience with very informative and friendly staff.
It was a really hot day,but going thur the Everglades on the fan boat. Really cooled us off. The guide was really good he really knew his stuff.
I didn't know what to expect. It was a great experience! Loved cruising on the water.
The tour guide (young Puerto Rican gentleman) was entertaining. He made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely revisit.
We went out in the rain which was fine, however the boat engine failed and we were stuck in the middle of the everglades in a lightning storm for 40 minutes. Then we got back and they wouldn't issue a rain check. Go somewhere else
Good and plenty food! waitress is a Gem. Tour was good . Nice tourist trap
Great airboat ride. The driver really knew how to handle the boat. He turned the boat around to get right next to a gator. Nice animal talk (and no wrestling!) and even got to hold the baby gator with no extra charge.
Rating is for restaurant only. Really tasty cheeseburger. The owners are great people. Very busy airboat tour vendor. Choose this over the other vendors for sure
Awesome experience every single time. Our boat tour guide was awesome. I think his name was Robert. And Carlos, who shows the animals later, is amazing. Recommended.
Our knowledgeable tour guide stopped several times to point out flora and fauna. The Everglades are truly a treasure. It was a lot of fun.
While the airboat is still the best way to get to the swamps, the boat is super super noisy and cold due to the strong wind. We spent about an hour in the swamp, but only see 2 or 3 alligators, and I could rather the guide to stop more frequently to show us more variety of the swamp, not just alligators.
People there are rude , the bathroom is filthy dirty, the only good about it is the airboat ride.
Perfect airboat trip with an additional small zoo. The kids enjoyed it.
Amazing tour, the captain was enthusiastic. I had a wonderful tour in Fort Lauderdale. It’s a little bit had to find the ticket counter so please come early before the boat departure in case you miss it.
Great views of the Everglades. Great guides
Great tour. Guides were fun , knowledgeable, and humorous. They genuinely care that everyone has a great time. The zoo show was informative, the boat ride was great, we got to see a few alligators. We also got to pose holding a baby gator for a great photo OP. Overall, highly recommended and great prices
The ride was really good and we saw 1 wild alligator. Our tour guide, Claudio was nice and had quite a few interesting things to say, especially about various types of habitats that exist at Everglades also his driving skills made the ride really enjoyable. Lisa at the entrance was very friendly and helped us with the payment (we had some troubles with Groupon). It's true that the guide was calling alligator many times (slightly cringy) but this could be used as an opportunity to stand up and take some photos. The benches on the boat were hot indeed (for like 30 seconds after sitting down), but it was far from unbearable, although I strongly recommend not wearing shorts. A few years back I was at some other place and I had really OK experience but this was far better.
Great place to explore and great staff
Very friendly and saw several alligators. The education before your was great and holding baby gator afterwards was fun.
Professional, funny and good price. Those guys really love their job and the nature!
It is the best alligator trip. People are gentle and friendly.
THIS IS A GREAT RIDE AND VERY EDUCATIONAL WITH THE PROFFESIONAL STAFF THAT GUIDES YOU THROUGH THIS WONDERFUL ADVENTURES AIR BOAT RIDES IN THE EVERGLADES PARK THEY KNOW THIS BACK BONE TURF LIKE A MAP LOVED IT VERY NICE ME AND MY FAMILY ENJOYED THIS TO THE FULLEST THANK YOU VERY MUCH DJ WHODENI MAGNATE ENTERTAINMENT
Our family really enjoyed the tour.
The boat ride was excellent had lots of fun seen one alligator in the wild habitat. Got to hold a baby alligator as well.
Tourist trap, plain and simple. The guide sort of tried and was friendly enough, but it came across as forced. We saw one alligator for about two seconds right at the end of the (short) ride. The fenced in alligators looked a little sad in their enclosures. Overall, it was just ok but I definitely wouldn’t rush back.
Sometimes the original is not always the best. Perhaps my opinion of the place was colored by my initial experience with the bathrooms. As many other reviewers have noted, the bathrooms are not kept stocked. Four stalls in the ladies room, each with a toilet paper holder capable of holding more than one roll, and no toilet paper at all. Two paper towel dispensers, also empty. It takes a lot of neglect to have a bathroom in that condition. When I brought it up with the staff, they said they'd radio someone to take care of it but why was it allowed to get in that condition in the first place? There is another single bathroom in the restaurant that might be a better option to check before or after your airboat ride. The nature show before the ride was nice, mostly about snakes and alligators. The ride itself I considered pretty tame. Some speed and sliding, but not the 180 turns I'd experienced in the past. The tour part of the ride was nice, the guide knew the area well.
Great time there w family, grab a beer @ restaurant for your ride..
Airboat tour is fun. Saw an adult gator and multiple birds. Lots of interesting vegetation. They had an albino python in a cage. Held a baby gator.
Awesome thing close to the city only thing i didnt like is a 200$ price for the private boat tour but ist still better than beiing stuffed in a small boat with 20-50 other people
This was a great experience. It also included, which we didn't know, a time beforehand to hear about some animals and see and hold them. Very cool. The tour itself was amazing. Our guide was Antonio, very friendly and knowledgeable. Being out on the glades, seeing alligators right there was awesome!
To Long wating time and it seams all wearn out. But the alligator taste good
It was a good time and got to see a best with the momma there guarding her babies...
