I have been working with Jetset Travel for the last 10 years. I primarily work with Angela, but can honestly say the whole staff is always helpful, pleasant and timely with their responses. Most of the staff travel frequently therefore most of their recommendations is from 1st hand knowledge. They work with you on exactly what it is you are looking for and will always lay out all all of your options for you to get you the most beautiful vacation experience. I wish I could give 0 stars... they charged me 2x and they are hard to reach. They take forever to respond back and I had to be constantly calling them to make sure everything was set because their email were not arriving.. what a headache!!!

After reading a couple negative reviews, i must say i am extremely surprised. I too have worked with Jetset for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences working with them. Never rude regardless how often i call (as i can be anal making sure plans have been clearly communicated) with booking and planning for several families who at times drive me nuts changing cabin categories or number of people to be included in rooms...im surprised they are as kind and patient with me. I usually don't write reviews, but when a company is consistently excellent, it deserves praise. Time after time, JetSet hits the mark when it comes to knowledge, experience, and excellent customer service. The owner, Angela, has been my go-to travel person since the 1980s. From back then to now, Angela has coordinated all of my trips: Italy, the Caribbean, resorts, cruises, U.S destinations… EVERYTHING! From start to finish, she cares about every detail. It is evident in every reservation and destination she plans. Her team is just as dedicated and attentive. I am in NJ/NYC, and I bypass all other travel agencies and use Jetset in Dover, DE… they are THAT good.

JetSet Travel is one of the most professional travel agencies I have ever had the pleasure of delaing with. The bright and cherry office is captained by Angela. I have to say, I have never spoken to someone who know as much about Italy as she does. She was able to book my honeymoon at the best locations at a great price. She took her time to extensively explain possible airline routes and gave me great ideas on what I should see. I have to say theis agency is AWESOME.

Paid for a trip several months ago and 48 hours prior to the trip we have nothing from the travel Agent Dana. Left my son in a mess for his wedding party. American Express is my next call. This Agency should have their American Express affiliation revoked as they have no concept of service. Thanks Google, after I posted my "rant" they called and gave us several excuses as to why they had not contacted us since we paid in March. "I'm sorry" works so much better than excuses. Expedia gives the same service as this Agency.

I used this travel agency as a recommendation found through American Express. I can't thank them enough for recommending me to Angela. I was looking to book a romantic Italy getaway for my 18th wedding anniversary. I contacted Angela and she immediately went to work on my trip. We started planning 3 months ahead of time and that allowed her enough time to piece together the best trip we've had in 20 years. She was so thorough with all her questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. I was interested in a higher end, private experience and she delivered just that. We visited Tuscany and Rome . Within Tuscany, we went to some of the most beautiful places in the region, went wine tasting, cheese tasting, hot air ballooning, golfing, sightseeing, museum hopping with a private guide and driver and visited some of the region's best restaurants. While in Rome, we went to all the must see spots and shopped till we dropped! we discovered some truly authentic cuisine and even did a food and wine tour. Angela listened and delivered. Our trip went off without a hitch. Every driver showed up on time, every guide exceeded our expectations and every hotel was top notch. I absolutely loved this experience and will use her services for my next European adventure which we are hoping to do sometime in September 2019! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to have a stress-free vacation that is professionally planned out with ample down time to explore.

Angela was amazing. Unfortunately, hurricanes started to role into our honeymoon spot 3 days before we left. Angela was able to change our honeymoon and have everything set up within a couple hours. Our honeymoon was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about Angela and jetset travel. Have them book your vacation, it takes the stress and hassle out of everything. They are the best.

Jetset Travel has been our travel agent for several trips and has provided excellent service for all of them. When we were ready to book our first trip after we moved to this area in 2011 we looked for an American Express agency as we had been satisfied with their online reps in the past. Angela and Jetset took that to a whole new level and we have been using them ever since. For example, we had booked a hotel for a couple of nights in Costa Rica. Upon our Sunday arrival they informed us that they could not find our reservation. They and all other hotels in the area were fully booked. We called American Express and they talked directly to the desk Manager who had a room (and some chits for the bar) made ready for us. Anyone can research and book a trip online today but the mark of professional service is not just what happens when things go right, but how things are handled when things go wrong. Angela and her team at Jetset Travel deliver both.

Our travel agent, Angela Armutcu, planned an amazing trip for us. She chose Globus as our travel company. We are so grateful that she did. When we missed our flight from Greece to Italy, I called the Globus office in Athens. The people on staff immediately got to work on our behalf. They sent a staff member, Leonidas, to get us from the airport. He took us to a five-star hotel where we were made to feel so welcome. Another staff member, Angelique, got us ready for our flight the following day. Angelique had been our trip guide the night before on a Globus excursion. She told us that when she heard we had missed our flight, she wanted to be the one to help us, because she remembered us from the excursion. She made sure we had our boarding passes and answered any questions we had. The Globus staff gave us peace of mind. Before we arrived in Italy, someone from the Globus Athens office had already called to check up on us. We were treated with such kindness that for our next trip, we want Angela Armutcu to make our travel plans through Globus.
