When I arrived there was 1 customer in the store with 6 associates working. I was told to check in and someone would be with me shortly. It is now 50 minutes later. I have still not been seen. No one has updated me on the wait time. 4 of the associates haven't so much as lifted a finger the entire time I've been here. I could have at least been told or updated on the wait, but I have been ignored.

Terrible service with an inexperienced person who had no clue what needed to be done to transfer a car title with a death certificate. Was completely unwilling to provide any helpful questions or info other than she "Did this all day long so I know what I'm talking about" statements. She is very impressed with the power of her position at AAA, obviously. Called Wiggins right after and they confirmed the info we already had is all that is needed. Will be taking our business there from now on.

Fast tag/title, great customer service. I moved to PA recently and didn't realize that private companies handle tag and title here. Came to this store and they not only helped me through the process, they also helped me work out a problem with my car insurance that was holding things up.
