Having used AAA Car Care Centers across the country for years, with confidence, I had several bad experiences here, including their insistence on "policy" that requires them to use their higher-priced synthetic oil instead of the customer's; their inability to rotate wheels because they didn't have the proper socket to remove non-locking lug nuts (this on a common size lug); installation of an after market part rather than OEM (without consulting me for a choice) that resulted in severe body-contact vibrations and noise, and subsequent dealer replacement $$$$$), and misaligned driving lights following a bulb repair and replacement. However, counter service was good, courteous, and professional. I will NOT again, nor will I recommend using this car care facility.

This was my first visit to AAA Dover Car Care. Needless to say that I was impressed. They were prompt and courteous and had my vehicle done under the promised time. They showed me the few things wrong with my vehicle with no up sell pressure. Made their recommendations for further work with priorities 1,2 &3. I will be going back.

I needed new tires and a 100k mikes service. I was avoiding it for weeks. Anthony made it the easiest auto service I’ve had. He asked about my driving and knew exactly which tire to recommend. Anthony knows his stuff and explained so I could understand. When I left, the 100k mike car ride better than when I bought it! Thank you Anthony!

My experience was better than I expected. I came into the store looking for an insurance quote, as I was completely dissatisfied with my old provider. The gentlemen guided me over to Rena and she took care of me on the spot. I ended up saving over 2K a year on my insurance by switching to AAA. I am more than satisfied with my visit, I simply couldn't be happier. Plus Rena was drop dead gorgeous, so yeah worth the visit :)

i am a premier member. I called the Dover AAA this morning to set up a trip, and could not get anyone to answer the phone. The Wilmington store answered the phone. I wanted to go in the store for this so i wanted to use the Dover AAA store. the Wilmington store called them for me and they couldnt get an answer!!!!! or a place for voicemail. Im done with them

Tried to call Dover office about my auto and home owners insurance . Was put over to someone that did not sell me this policies and told me that not much they can do about reviewed results on done this month . How do you up someones insurance on 1 mph over the speed limit ticket. By 500.00 a year wife and i own 3 vehicles and a home . All insured thru AAA , but not for long. YOu always get the same ole run around over the phone well I am not able to do this or that etc.. So ask me again if i would advise someone to come to AAA NO !!!! Our home is also insured as well not for long as well

I work at a local museum but live in Wilmington. Got a flat during work and have to say that the tow was great and this location had really great staff and quick service like the other ones I’ve been to. Explained all the costs and put it in terms that someone who doesn’t know cars (but needs to drive them) could understand. Definitely would recommend!

I went in to my local AAA car care Dover Delaware at 1130 with no appt for a oil change they took the car with other cars ahead of mine and they called at 1:00 and said the car was done . Definitely fast and friendly service . I delt with Dave , Rena and Jeffery and they are superior employees . I had a excellent experience and will be returning for my future car needs !!!!

My problem as a premier customer i was told one problem had was ready to get it done somewhere cheaper cause i just didn't have the money to spend with AAA (which they didn't know) it was my caliber it was my brakes. So i was ready to spend all this money on something it wasn't.

This is the second AAA location that I have dealt with in reference to vehicle repairs for my truck. The first location was in Pennsylvania. I moved to Dover in August 2018 and was pleased to find a location close to me. Just like the service I recieved at the AAA location in Pennsylvania, the customer service at the Dover location is phenomenal! I made an appointment for new tires, rear brakes and an oil change which was pricey. Ms. Kay, the AAA representative helped me by offering me a promotional sale on the tires, a AAA membership discount and a military discount. These discounts saved me a significant amount of money. I am very pleased with the professionalism and excellent customer service I have recieved from AAA. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you Ms. Kay and Mr. Patrick for all of your help.

Had my oil changed new tires etc. and diagnostics done two weeks ago and car hasn't run correctly since. I took it back for service because my brakes failed and they said the couldn't find anything wrong. They kept for three days saying they couldn't find the problem. On the 3rd day they said they couldn't find the break problem I reported, but by the way, they just discovered there were several issues that they did not let me know about I initially, Including issues with dirty fluids that were not mentioned on the diagnostics I had done two weeks ago. I asked them when they knew of these problems, turns out after reviewing the tickets they ran, they knew of the other things the day I brought it in and didn't tell me until three days later. The service tickets were dated for the day it came in to the shop. Meanwhile my rental car bill is escalating each day that goes by. In summary--- they kept my car for four days-- couldn't find the issue, then let me know three days later that there were other issues, that may have contributed to the primary issue I was concerned with. ( I have the written documentation). The worst part? They questioned if my breaks really failed. I assured him they did and that the tow truck driver witnessed the failure as well. Unacceptable ..... I've been an aaa member for over 20 years and have never been dissatisfied til now.
