I think it's awful that they charge you a fee ($43.00) for booking your bus trip.

I give five stars to the Waterbury travel center when you need a 10-ride bus pass they are fast and friendly you're cheerful and they will help you no problem and they also take your card so you don't have to pay with cash if you don't have it on you they do charge you an extra dollar but that is for the convenience and that is okay they're friendly chipper and they really treat us well
