Overall, definitely a 5 star experience. Some aspects of the tour would rate a 6, some a 4.5, all in all a great experience on the Prague to Budapest river cruise. We travelled on the MS Savoy 3rd floor, the room was literally spacious with ample shower, bath, walk in closet. Further we enjoyed the floor to ceiling sliders, couch and sitting area. The food was great and the service outstanding. The opportunity for improvement is in the App which is non functional. There was literally no reason to open the App, the detailed information on each days itinerary was emailed out manually by the cruise director. Seems like a waste of his time as it would be better spent in front of guests.
