I had the pleasure of working with Lia Conti of Pro-Travel on Long Island NY to plan my family 2 week trip to Sicily. Lia was relentless in her efforts to make sure our trip would be a top shelf experience. And she succeeded, additional the few snafus we did encounter she quickly addressed and remediated. If you are going to travel abroad and need expert advice and recommendations Lia is your go to person and Pro-travel stands behind you to insure you have a great trip. I highly recommend Lia and the Pro-Travel agency.

Is it possible to give a company '1,000,000 stars. These idoits booked a trip for me and my family and screwed up just about everything. They did not get book the tours we asked for, they booked us in the wrong airport, now I'm stuck here in Europe and have to find and pay my own way back home, thanks for nothing!
