Guy in store front where you buy tickets is a little weird but bus is usually close to on time and driver's are amazing. Buses are clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The guy who sits at the Peter Pan Elm Street stop is pretty rude. When I was there a Land Jet bus stopped at the same time I was expecting my bus and I just asked him if this was the one because sometimes they just tie up with others to take passengers. He just yelled at me saying that it is a Landjet bus !!! Having some nice people would have helped. It spoilt my mood for the entire trip. I don't know why it so hard for some people to be nice and specially when you have a customer facing role.

Bought an express ticket from Springfield to NYC. For some weird reason the bus stops in Hartford. On top of those passengers they made the driver wait 20 mind for another bus to take on another 27 passenger needless to say more than half of those didn't even make it on the bus since the bus was full. People who went inside at the station came back to find they didn't have a seat. Ever since greyhound took over the bus line has become a huge mess. This isn't the first time they're changing the route along the way. Even the drivers aren't made aware of these changes until they get to the station. It's a mess, won't ride Peter Pan again.

This man should be promoted to supervision or giving a raise. We were on bus 724 and 15 mins into NJ when he announced we had to stop at a service station due to a faulty bus. A mechanic came out and told him the bus was fine and drove off with an attitude. Our driver didn't feel our best travel experience was being taken into consideration. Apparently the bus kept shutting down, so he drove directly to a satellite station in NJ and insisted on a new bus. He took the bull by the horns and possibly saved our lives. As he safely transferred the passengers from one bus to another he asked for all the woman to kindly take their seats and all the men to assist in transferring the luggage from one bus to the other. We few of us formed a chain and transferred all the bags ourselves. Nobody from Peter pan came out to help. This is the type of man you need to place in Management. This driver deserves 5 Stars Not all of Peter Pan
