The facilities were fine, but since I didn't book online, because I didn't have a printer to print my bus ticket, they charged me an extra $7... The man working there was not helpful whatsoever. Since I needed to get to Boston urgently, I paid it. The bus to Boston was fine. I believe the bus had powerpoints, and Wi-Fi (which was just good enough for Facebook, and e-mail, but not much more than that, which is ok for a bus journey). Just be warned, if you don't book online, or not able to print your ticket in advance, they will charge you extra...

5 estrellas para Holyoke. Me gusta el servicio de transportación. Una estrella para Springfield MA terminal Lo único malo es que el area y la estructura que son demasiado feos, se ve un terminal como abandonado. No tiene estilo ni belleza.
