eu liguei para um orçamento de passagem aérea e fui tratada mal por um homem, ele não falou o nome dele. Jamais compraria nessa agência depois desse atendimento, não sei como pessoas que trabalham com turismo podem atender dessa forma.

Always had the best experience with BACC travel, NYC. I traveled with them for years, was so happy to find an agency here in Newark but hate to say that I was very disappointed, horrible service, they act like they are doing you a favor!
