I called and asked for information on a trip to Mexico, I was told that I would have the information the next day.....2 days later I got an email stating that I would have the information the very next day, it has now been over 2 weeks with no reply, I even emails them back to check in and still did not get a reply back. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!

I booked a Disney Land Vaction with this travel agency back in 1996 and my experience with them even then was excellent! So excellent that is why after all this time of saving up again I’ll be booking through them when my vacation time rolls around.
