please don't book international flight with this agency. my wife and daughter stock in Amman jordan because the agent booked the flight on 8-14 and they email the confirmation showing 08-15 ,.now I have to pay Emirate Airline 8000 if I want to get back by 8/19. My daughter is going to miss school if I wait until 8-26 and I have to pay 800 for missing August 18 .This is my first and last experience dealing with this agent . I will take every legal action to close this agency

The liars steal your money and always remain wrong, their words are wrong, their style is ugly, the place is not clean, and the treatment is very bad. I do not advise them that the hypocritical liars always steal the money of many people

terrible service if I could rate with zero star, I would. they don't stand up for their customers when they have a problem with their flight if their flight was delayed or cancelled . they would just login to the internet and book a flight that everyone simply could do using their phones or computers ,they would give up on you when you had a problem with your flight. I lost my ticket money when my flight was delayed and they did nothing to help me out. I'd recommend buying your ticket online.

Most unprofessional agency I have dealt with. The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is I can't rate them any worse! Buy your ticket online or buy it straight from the airlines, that is less hassle for you than dealing with Royal wings when you need them.

Anthony & Ray are truly amazing at what they do! They helped me and my two girl friends go on a trip to Fiji, Auckland NZ & Sydney AUS. The way they found our flights to make it fit into our schedule and to also save money when we flew in DEC through JAN (which is their summer & High season) was great. I thought it was going to cost us arms and a leg but it turned out to be reasonable. They help with hotel decision, picking a car rental place in New Zealand & even help us figure out what to do for our New Years celebration in Sydney! I highly recommend them to my friends and family- I can't wait for my next trip! Thanks a million for going above & beyond!!!!
