Rude employees and horrible customer service. The owner Sylvia goes on 3 week vacations without notice when there are time sensitive deposits due and no one else in the company has the authority to do anything. Then comes back from vacation and blames you the customer. If you want a unreliable, impolite and dishonest travel agent give Sylvia a call.
