Our family of 9 rented Whispering Aspens from Resource Property Management. The house and view exceeded our expectations. With 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, there was room to spread out and for everyone to have their own space. We found the house immaculate on our arrival and the beds were comfortable. We had requested a pack n play and high chair for our 2 year old grand daughter and they were in place for her to use. We cooked many meals in the expansive kitchen and seated all of us at the dining room table. Resource Property Management was easy to deal with and answered any questions we had during our stay. We recommend this property to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway in a beautiful mountain home.

The app was helpful in having details handy but for someone from out of town I felt like I had to figure a lot out on my own. I had forgotten what time check in started and couldn’t find that info anywhere and I then ended up showing up after hours in which case your keys and everything are just in an envelope outside. The condo we rented we were unable to shower in because the Sulphur smell was so so strong in our water (some is expected but it made the entire condo stink strongly) thankfully we were there for a wedding and were able to shower at another persons place but that is terrible! The heat also apparently wasn’t working(no instructions on using it and there was a piece of paper folded over the thermostat) in our condo and there were no extra blankets which made for chilly nights. The sofa sleeper was a little gross, had stains and the bed was pretty difficult to pull out. The Murphy bed definitely could use replacing and was not very comfortable. I do not think Summit 2206 was worth what we paid for it, they can just charge that because it’s in a beautiful location and one of the cheaper places you can rent there. Overall-RMG was decent, condo was not great.

This place is outdated. It doesn't look like it has been updated since it was built. The TV was not working when we got there, when we called the response was " that person just left, someone will call you tomorrow" I had to fix it myself. Later that night there was nowhere to park our car, we had a parking pass, when we called the leasing office they basically said "not out problem we don't manage the building". When we tried to call the building staff it was impossible to get a person on the phone. My husband misplaced his hat by the hot tubs and again could not get a single person to answer a phone to ask about a lost and found. The hot tub was getting serviced at 4:00, right when everyone was getting off the mountain. The onsite restaurant was never opened, I'm pretty sure it is never opened so not cool to advertise on site food. As we were leaving we noticed the toilet was leaking every time it was flushed, I had originally thought it was wet from the shower. For the price per night, I'm not so sure it's worth the convenience of ski in ski out. Was not a fan.

4 stars due to the added difficulty of booking through a 3rd party and having to go over things multiple times on the phone. Other then that it was great.

We choose Granby Ranch (Summit 2-206) for a first time sking experience because it was cheaper than the other resorts. I realize that for about $100 a night (plus the cleaning fee they charge which is ironic) I was not going to get a 5 star place. But, I expected that it would have been well cleaned prior to our check in. Here is what I found when we got there: "This place sucks" written into the dust on the lamp, beer cans in trash can, used medicine cup in cubbard, dirt or some other substance film on counter, dirty utensils. My wife had to put a towel over her pillow because she said it smelled. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was only $100 a night. The place appeared run down in need of a paint job and lots of wear and tear in furniture etc. I supposed that's what $100 a night gets you, however, having a dirty place is unacceptable. The pics are what I took when I got there (see attached photos.) The front of the place with the random piece of plywood lying there is the front entrance. This management company appears to manage a ton of condos up there and the google reviews are pretty good so maybe this is just an isolated experience. However it was bad enough that we won't be back or ever go to a place managed by this company. Overall we were extremely disappointment. I would recommend that whoever runs that management company take more of an interest as to what kind of care is being taken on the properties there. Paying someone to do a good job to clean, especially when you are charging a cleaning fee, and something as simple as some painting would go a long long way. 2 positives are that when we couldn't get the TV working they sent a guy over right away to fix it. And there was ski lift very close to the building.

Couldn't find the room as the building was not clearly marked. Did not say 29 stair case with no elevator! The mattresses in all rooms were horrible and very uncomfortable. Very springy mattresses, and master bed we rolled to the middle. Blanket/spread in master smelled musty and old. Advertised on website having shuttle service only to find once in the room this was only offered in ski season. No cell service. We will never stay here again and will be leaving a review on this rental. However the place and layout was nice but very inconvenient and poor accommodations.

We had a wonderful time at our rental for a family reunion! Great town, lots to do, house and bungalow were perfect for the size of our group. Check in and out were easy and quick.

cynthiaive05

Amazing experience! Thank you! ~ A little more lighting in the downstairs hall area would be perfect ✨

Daniel Devoe was incredibly helpful this season and we had a series of great rentals around Granby Ranch at Base Camp, Summit, Kicking Horse and Mountainside. When we had an issue he took care of it and us. Carlos has also been very helpful this ski season. Thanks for all the help!

Unit 9 was very well equipped and very comfortable.

We stayed at this resort and booked through VRBO. It was quoted for 350.00 a night and I booked for 3 nights. My agreement came through and I signed it. My total was 1.000.00, but they marked it for 2 nights, so we were asked to leave the room a day early because others had booked. We were on the slopes and MIA when the resort tried calling. We made it back to the room ASAP, but management (Charlotte), was extremely rude and lecturing me that others are trying to vacation. I have never dealt with someone so rude in my life. I’m still trying to do the math on my bill being 1k when they claim I only booked for two nights. My room was clean and spacious, but management at the resort and the management resort were absolutely terrible.

The reservation we originally made had maintenance issues and we were upgraded to an amazing 2 bedroom townhouse. They really took care of us and will use them again if we're in the area.

Such a beautiful home in with a beautiful backyard setting! (not so much in the front with all the construction) One thing that was upsetting is that two smoke/CO2 monitors went off starting at 2:30 am. They stopped making noise, then starting up again an hour later. On the third time, we got up and disengaged them from the ceiling. We got new batteries and put them back on the ceilings. It was scary, loud, and we didn't get any sleep that early morning. Would have been nice to have spare batteries there for us to have used so we didn't have to buy them.

This was our home base for a destination wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch. Our large family stayed here the entire week and we were so amazed by the wonderful accommodations, from the spacious living areas, to the comfortable sleeping capacity for up to 12 (or more), to the fully appointed kitchen, to the hot tub, and to the access to so many outdoor activities nearby. There are hiking trails right in the neighborhood that take you to a beautiful vista overlooking Fraser and Winter Park. You are 35-40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and 10 minutes from Winter Park. While our trip was in the summer, this would be a perfect ski lodge for a Winter Park/Mary Jane ski trip. We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this wonderful house and thank our hosts for such a memorable trip. This is a must if you are planning a trip to Winter Park with a large family or group. The attached picture is of a moose taking a little rest in the backyard of the house. There were actually 3 moose hanging out in the backyard.

Telemark 514 is a nice 1 bedroom. Photos are accurate. Kitchen has lots of dishes, glass wear and pots/pans. Entire extra empty cupboard so you can store your food items leaving counter free of clutter. Bedroom has several dressors and a closet. Would suggest a king bed and to remove the plastic mattress cover. Booking was easy, used chat to ask questions. Arrival was as expected, however inconsistencies in paperwork had me worried I would be charged one of the many fees they threaten. RMG has informed they will be updating their documentation for the few pet friendly units so that those with approval that have paid the fee will not arrive to paperwork that says no pets allowed. They also threaten parking violations - so make sure your vehicle fits in the garage and leave it there. You can walk to the bus.

The location is great and very close to the alternate chair lift. The accommodations were sufficient for a family of 4 but there are a few things that need fixed or replaced. Nothing major but several little things the most important of which was the stained up sofa sleeper that was missing some hardware and needs replaced since that represents half of the sleeping accommodations. There was a nice TV that gets about 1,000 channels but 995 of them are scrambled so you can't watch much but there was free WIFI so that was a plus. There's also a DVD player so you can bring your own movies. The room itself was nice and comfortable and would be worth 5 stars with a little work.

Courtney Wheeler

When we arrived there was about 1 1/2 inches of snow on the walkway. We have a wheelchair bound child and that made it difficult. When we got inside it was only 55 degrees. It would have been so great if you had had staff sweep the walls and bump the heat up before our arrival. We all agreed that though it wasn’t expected, it would have been a pleasant surprise and made us feel more “at home”. The website stated that the kitchen was “well-stocked”. Yet we didn’t even have enough dishes for 8 of us (cereal bowls, silverware, and glasses). That being said, the beds were comfortable and everyone had good sleeping room. We were hoping for a DVD/Blu Ray player but there wasn’t one there. We loved the proximity to skiing and tubing and the grocery store. But we have stayed at many different properties over the past several years and will most likely opt for a different one for our next trip.

Great place had a blast, walk out the door and ski is the best. The lodge is very kid friendly and quiet

Christine Martin

We stayed at Antler Chalet, could not have been more beautiful.

stephanie Carlson

Great place to stay. I will try to stay there when in town. Clean cozy great atmosphere. My family had an amazing time. We don’t have any thing but love for this place. Thank you!

Michelle Herrera

RMG was really easy to work with and were very helpful with planning our stay. Our place on Elk Track was very cute and clean. It was very accommodating and close to town and centrally located to our events for the weekend

Tami Acheson

I had an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back. The staff was extremely friendly and very nice to work with. I loved the condo that we stayed in and have already recommended it to several friends/co-workers.

Ryan Vickery

Our place (Mountainside at Granby Ranch), was clean and the perk was the private hot tub. Our family enjoyed our stay. Mountainside condos need some renovating

L Powell

Condo was nice: decor, comfortable, scenery, easy walk from parking, no steps, washer/dryer. Downside was NO WIFI. Maintenance came to work on WIFI and then no TV in bedrooms. VERY loud, late party in nearby condo: music, rowdy people. We didn't know who to contact that late. No cleaning service during stay.

Wow! Inspiration Point was absolutely wonderful. The view was spectacular. The pictures do not do it justice. All of the amenities, especially the hot tub, made our stay warm and cozy. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the Fraser/Winter Park area. Resort Management Group made everything very simple. RMG even surprised my husband and I with a bottle of champagne since they knew we were celebrating our anniversary. It was a perfect vacation!!

Great location, excellent accommodations, superb service... we will be back!

The Mountainside clubhouse was a perfect choice for our size of party. It comfortably handled 75 people and the patio area was perfect. If you are looking for a party gathering space, Mountainside is a perfect, informal space!

Kathy Nyman

We thought it came with a hot tub,as advertised, but the unit we got did not have a hot tub, which was disappointing after full days of skiing. Some of the blinds were in disrepair and some dishes in cupboards dirty.

Heather Summers

The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to host a group of 9. We spent so much time on the deck. The view was amazing. We enjoyed using the fire pit and grill. Check in and check out was super easy. RMG was very responsive to any questions that I had. Overall, we had an amazing trip and will likely book again in the winter!

Angel Mireles

great place

D Bassett

We had a nice visit to the mountains and enjoyed our stay in Meadowridge. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with what we needed. The views are beautiful!

Cari Koster

Beautiful place, very welcoming! Only negative was our condo itself, the bed sheets were like tissue paper- not comfy, we also expected a few kitchen cooking essentials like some cooking spray or oil or more seasonings. Minor things that would have made this 5 stars!

Linda Hunt

The service was great and the management company was great! The condo was clean but could use some updating. But we had a great time and would visit again.

Sheila MacDonald

Our condo was perfect for our weekend stay. Great location with everything we needed for our stay.

My coffee slopped over the cups edge so I wiped up the floor, The paper towel was filthy! Obviously the floor hadn't been cleaned. One of the beds in the loft had evidence that someone had slept there. The shower off the master had a half used bottle of shampoo left in it. Rather disappointed in the cleaning or should I say lack of cleaning.

Jake Freedle

Had a great experience renting out a beautiful home with these folks. They were very responsive and helpful, and the place was the perfect setting for a weekend business retreat. Thank you folks!

The condo was neat and clean and totally updated. Brand new faucets, excellent kitchen and baths. Very clean. Resort management was very pleasant to deal with. After hours check in was a little stressful after a long day, but we managed to deal with it. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

We stayed in Winter Park/Fraser last week. The condo was great. It was clean, roomy and everything in working order. We will stay again when in Colorado next time. Check-in and check-out were simple and the representative was friendly. We were given very specific directions to our unit so we were able to find it easily. Thank you for a wonderful visit!!

Worst Customer Service & Maintenance. It took them 3 days to get out to us to fix the clogged toilet & then they left the dirty snake that they used to declog the toilet with in the shower. We also had very thick ice & lots of snow in our driveway and got stuck for about an hour trying to break up the ice n shovel the snow. All that should have been taking care of before our arrival. The sofa bed was dirty with cereal crumbs. Beds were comfy and view was nice. And fully stocked condo.

Nice place, very spacious. Had everything we needed.

Jeannie Reakirt

Our stay was in June 2018. The location was very good. It is walking distance to the river. The condo was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. There are two decks and the one in the back faces a creek. Very pleasant stay.

B Hambright

Beautiful house, good customer service, awesome!

David Cruickshank

This was so completely unexpected. When I opened the front door I thought I had the wrong room! I’ve stayed at a ton of places but none that made me feel so pampered and at home (wishing this this was my home!!) from my morning coffee in the hot tub next to the fire to watching the stars at night from the living room couch under blankets, this was just the best trip. Completely reinvigorating and what I needed. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Linda McQuain

This is a lovely condo in a good location. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed except an iron (we were attending a wedding and had wrinkles in our clothes). We were very pleased with our rental and would gladly stay there again.

Jeff Sulzbach

We had a great time at our Lone Eagle rental property. The home was comfortable, well appointed and the views were great. The only snafu was that we were told we would have access to the fitness facility which turned out to be false, so, had to go to the resort down the street for a workout. Nonetheless, everyone had a good experience and we will be back.

Tara Powers

What a great location and perfect for our family. The townhome was clean, close to everything and easy to walk right outside and hike. The hot tub off the master is perfect for a relaxing night time activity and the kids loved the downstairs they had all to themselves. We will definitely rent again!

Patrick May

Stayed at Mountainside and the price matched the value, a little dated, but not overpriced. We will go back. The ski in/out was a little difficult to figure out on account of the distance to either entrance. For those staying in units 100+, you are close to the west side entrance. For those staying 1-40, you're closer to the east side, crossing the road. Both of these require a walk up and down some stairs. For everyone in the middle, equal distance, but east requires less steps. Granby is a small ski area, but it was never crowded. The 3rd floor bistro is the best place to relax in between runs. Mountainside is a little dated in their units. The maintenance crew took a couple days to fix some issues that kept us from using some of the amenities like the ski storage and hot tub. But they ended up getting to them before we left. Fireplace needed a new part so never turned it on. I believe it's because past vacationers didn't report broken things. Oh well.... A good place and a place worth going back to.

George Sargent

The house was perfect for our planning and retreat. The rooms were comfortable and as described. Eating breakfast on the deck was a nice way to start the day

Tina Leclaire

This place was perfect! Super clean and spacious for our family of 4. Right by the bike trails and close to downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The amenities were also great and fun for the family. Can’t wait to come back

Bobby Ross

Amazing time celebrating our wedding with our bridal party in the Nut House and Bungalow. What a great home!

Blair Seymour

Great friendly staff. Easy check-in and out. No complaints

Stephanie Perry

We stayed with RMG and we loved it!! Booking was easy, and accessing the home was a breeze! The accommodations were above and beyond perfect!

Blanca Zamarron-Torres

Loved staying here! It was very cozy and pleasant.

Our daughter was married in Granby and this was perfect cabin to rent for our family. Plenty of room and natural light for the girls and family in the wedding party to congregate for hair and makeup. Beautiful views, large rooms, and comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. This cabin had everything we needed including appliances you wouldn’t find in most cabins. It was also in a great location. Close to the Lodge where our guests were staying and close to the grocery store. Would defiantly come back again. Great for large groups. Only negative is some of the wood planks on the deck were lifting causing a potential tripping hazard. I reported it to management and they were going to repair it.

Jennifer Varra

This was a beautiful mountain home, and provided a perfect place for our group of 7 hikers to stay. We would definitely rent this home again!

Townhouse was awesome! Great finishes. Customer service was great. Couldn't of asked for a better area as well. Only negative no air conditioning. We where there in July and could have used air during day.

Cathy Hall Stengel

Our stay at Granby Ranch was wonderful. We encountered helpful and encouraging staff at every turn. Everything was impeccably clean and fresh. The kitchen was well supplied. One of our larger party had some medical concerns and the staff at Granby Ranch cared for them at the Ranch, at the hospital and then back at the Ranch. Outstanding!
