The staff (Denise) at Red Carpet World Travel was very rude. A vacation is something you look forward to and are very excited about booking. When I attempted to contacted Darlene I was treated very rude by her staff member Denise. Denise is extremely rude and I want to make you aware of this and want you to consider using another company. The way she treated me via phone was very uncalled for. If I could give zero stars I would. Small business with no professional etiquette whatsoever.

Took a Rhine River cruise with Darlene Stacie and Mike Boyle's Restaurant Show and the trip was amazing. Darlene was able to get us a discount because we had to change ships at the last minute due to the low water on the Rhine. Also, took a trip to Kenya with Red Carpet World Travel recently. The tour was amazing with all the animals in their natural surroundings. Darlene arranged for us to see some local community service organizations, once the safari was over. She worked with a local travel group to have us visit and contribute to Nairobi organizations helping women and families gain skills and earn a living. It was a nice way to end the trip.

She is always honest and gives you her opinion about the places you would like to visit. This is very helpful because she has been to almost all of them. I highly recommend her!

I wouldn't think of crossing the street without calling Darlene, owner of Red Carpet World Travel. I travel extensively and she has handled, for over twenty years, my personal and business travel needs, and the needs of my daughter. Further, I invite groups of people, generally 35-40 people, to join me on vacation quite often. A lot of thought and consideration, as well as time and effort, need to go into booking a group of this size. She and her staff are always very conscientious and actually care about you and your travel needs.

We have traveled with Darlene three times, including a recent river cruise in Germany, and two other trips to Hawaii. She really does thorough research regarding places, accommodations, and potential excursions for anyplace that you wish to go. She is professional and friendly, prices quoted are the same as prices paid, and you can be confident that what she promises will be delivered, which is a great service to have in this oversubscribed world. Book with Red Carpet and relax!
