On one cruise she had us bumped up to Concierge status at no added cost to us and had wine delivered to our stateroom. She does the research for us and ALWAYS goes above and beyond! One trip was to Europe (London, Paris, Rome) for our group of 6. We went over Christmas and Kris had so many memorable tours lined up for us. Our rooms were fantastic and located in the perfect spots in the cities that we visited. We were actually able to be in the Vatican for midnight mass on Christmas Eve. Another trip was a Caribbean cruise. Kris researched and presented us with a few different cruise lines and options to choose from. It was another perfect trip. I have friends who have used her as well and they also think her service and knowledge is amazing.
