Janet Ash with Hot Spots Travel Group has helped us arrange several international trips over the years. She listens and works on our travel plan requests and makes suggestions where she thinks it could improve our trip. She is very knowledgeable of travel location possibilities, respectful of our budget, pays exceptional attention to details, and manages & arranges coordination to match up with our friends (we travel with a group of friends). She is a joy to work with in planning our vacations. She communicates and explains every step of the way and what to expect & look for at the airports, resorts, etc, which has been a tremendous relief when traveling with one very nervous husband.
