My wife and I recently returned from a Danube River Cruise that was arranged with Dan at Highlands Ranch Travel. He was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the whole process. It was great working with a local business that I could stop in and talk to a person face to face. When doing so, I found all of the staff at Highlands Ranch Travel to be welcoming. I will definitely use and recommend the services of Dan and the staff at Highlands Ranch Travel.

Our cruise on NCL was so well planned for us. we had 8 in our party and our rooms were next to each other . She suggested a cruise that was more fitting for our ages. Actually. I am using her again for a River cruise!

Linda at Highlands Ranch Travel is an absolute delight to work with. She is well traveled and gave us great tips and worked out an amazing trip through Italy, Greece and Turkey. She worked hard to keep it within our budget which I appreciate. Super nice with a great sense of humor. Plus you'll love the company dog!

We worked with Linda Eyer. This was our first trip to Europe. Linda seemed more annoyed with our lack of overseas travel, rather than helpful. We stayed with here only because she came recommended by a friend. After booking our airfare, the communication regarding hotels and excursions went silent. So we booked everything else on our own. In hindsight, we should have trusted our instincts and booked the entire trip ourselves. There were no seats assigned on any of our planes. There was no heads up that, even though we were flying British Airways at one point, we had to check in through American Airlines. The one time she did actually get us seats (only upon request), we decided to log innto AA ourselves and got better seat assignments than the ones she obtained. In conclusion, trust yourself and your ability to book trips online. The amount of websites out there are too convenient to trust travel agencies like Highlands Ranch.

Jana Emery booked our Alaska Cruise and Land Tour along with a few days in Vancouver following the cruise. Jana was very knowledgeable regarding the various cruise lines and the ports in Alaska and we were so happy to find that everything she suggested made our trip just that much better! She was able to get us some deals with the cruise line that I couldn't get myself. She is well traveled and kept within our budget and a lot of fun to work with. We'll be booking with her again soon!

Sorry I will not be coming back here. I came in to look into a cruise but the cold welcome and overall lack of interest in trying to book me a cruise was a huge turnoff. I received a call later on as she could not get the info while I was there, but not much of what I requested and was looking for was looked into. I could have done everything she did online.
