Whoa! Let me set the story straight on Denver Travel. I have worked with them for about twelve YEARS. I wouldn't go ANY other place. Pamela and her associates (Hello, Debbie!) have sent me all over the world - Mexico, Tahiti, Paris, Amsterdam, and now they are putting together a trip for my husband and I to Eastern Europe. I'll tell you AGAIN, I have worked with other travel agencies and I will not work with ANYONE but Denver Travel. Thorough, helpful, understanding, patient, staying within my budget, knowing my needs personally and tailoring their recommendations to me (and my husband). Years ago, they set up the trip to Tahiti and my sister said (uninvited, as much as I love her), "Oh, I can find you better rates than that!" And she got on her computer and searched and searched and called me back, saying, "Wow! I was wrong! Your travel agent got you a great deal!" I said, "I know!" Denver Travel ROCKS!!!!!

Lady who answered the phone was rude and unwilling to help and answer questions. I called looking to ask questions and she said they were short staffed and did not have time. I will be booking a vacation this summer and I will not be using them or recommending anyone uses them.

Called to ask a few questions about possible train excursions and what would be available and ideas and I felt like I was bothering the lady I was on the phone with. She was very rude and hung up on me. WOW. I would move on to the next agency. I will NEVER call them again.
