Without Susan, I'm not sure we would have made it to Antarctica. Flight was cancelled at O'hare and the agent wanted us to come back the next day. Susan researched flights while I was on the phone with her and she found flights that got us to Santiago just a few hours behind our original schedule.

While their website might not be anything special don't be fooled! From the first time I emailed them they have been nothing but prompt! This place is amazing!! My Fiance and I just got done booking our honeymoon through them for 2014! We worked with Deborah and she was fantastic!! I honestly don't think I could say enough good things about this woman! We went in know that we wanted to stay near a beach that had great snorkeling and was within our budget along with time frame! Deborah not only found us the perfect place but gave us plenty of options and variety! This was my first time working with a travel agent but, Deborah made it so easy I am not sure I will ever travel without the help of one again! She worked with me over email (per my request) to fit my crazy work schedule and it was perfect! I no longer have any worry or concern of how our trip will go and it has opened up so much time for me to be able to focus on everything else in my wedding! Seriously engaged couples, let these people help you with your honeymoon!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I just had them plan a "mystery trip" for my wife and I. I gave them a budget (small), things we like to do, and a few other details. They planned an entire trip without my help - flights, hotels, transportation, etc. We recieved a sealed envelope that we opened at airport - before that we had no idea where we were going. Opened it and -- Puerto Vallarta. We were going to mexico. We had no idea - thought probably Florida or Texas or somewhere. Then on the plane a second envelope - we opened it to discover we were going to an all inclusive resort and all transportation was already arranged. What a surprise. Everything about trip was amazing and planned perfectly. Thank you so much - we will be talking about this trip for years and years to come!!!!

Donna is absolutely delightful! I had been corresponding with her over e-mail for months regarding some preliminary information on a cruise for my son and me. When I actually committed to scheduling an appointment with Donna, she remembered every detail from the e-mails over the previous months. I was SO HAPPY that I didn’t have to reinvent the wheel. That exhausts valuable time. Ultimately, Donna was able to complete nearly every requirement for our trip (air, hotel, cruise package, on-shore excursions, and insurance) during that one appointment!
